Ingredients:
1 cup dried figs
1 cup Medjool dates (pitted)
1/2 cup almonds
1/2 cup walnuts
1 tablespoon chia seeds
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
Instructions:
1) Place the figs, dates, almonds, and walnuts in a food processor. Blend until
finely chopped.
2) Add chia seeds, vanilla extract, and cinnamon. Blend again until everything
sticks together.
3) Transfer the mixture to a lined baking dish and press firmly to form an even
layer.
4) Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, then slice into bars. 5) Store in an airtight container and enjoy as a guilt-free dessert or snack. Tips:
Use a mix of nuts for varied texture and taste. If the mixture is too dry, add a tablespoon of water or coconut oil. Dust with unsweetened cocoa powder for a chocolatey touch.
