Cabbage 'Macaroni' and Cheese

Ingredients:
3 cups cooked cabbage
10 ounces cheddar cheese -- I like extra sharp2 tablespoons heavy cream

How to Prepare:
Separate cabbage leaves individually, cut into 1 inch cubes. Put in pan of cold water and boil until tender but slightly undercooked. Grate 10 oz of cheddar cheese. Use 8X8 inch square pan. Place 2 tbsps of heavy cream in the bottom of the pan. Layer
cabbage and cheese like you would a lasagna making sure top layer is cheese. Bake in 350 degree oven for 10-15 minutes or until cheese is melted. Enjoy! This receipe makes 6 1/2 cup servings.
