1 pound pork sausage -- hot, in roll 2 cups sharp cheddar cheese -- shredded1 cup Atkins bake mix
How to Prepare:
Preheat oven to 350 degress Cover large cookie
sheet with heavy duty tin foil Mix all together and roll into 1" balls. Bake for 30-35 minutes
Makes approximately 60 balls Remove from sheet
and throw away foil. Voila the cookie sheet should be clean!
