food processor for best results.1 clove garlic -- chopped fine 1 egg 2 tablespoons parmesan cheese 1/4 cup heavy cream 1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce canola oil for frying

Mix together well the ingredients and form 1 inch balls and deep fry till crispy brown all over.
