This is Vinyasa. The flow. If the mind interferes

too much, overthinking what’s next, you’ll

never be able to appreciate the full benefits of

the pose you’re performing. Your attention

won’t be in the inner energy flows; it’ll be in

the mental process.

This is not yoga. Yoga is the union of the body

and mind. Stay in the pose until the body tells

you what’s next. Exercise patience. Don’t rush

for things.
