Try to make a few Plow pose variations and
see how it feels:
(a) Place your arms down alongside the body;
you can interlock your fingers to help the
shoulders rotate backward, or
(b) Open the fingers and bring your arms
above the head;
(c) Keep your knees straight or
(d) Bend them and bring behind your head,
(e) Bring your knees to the forehead, or
(f) Place them near your ears.
You’ll notice that the blood circulation
increases in different regions of your body. It’s
only you who knows where there’s more
muscular tension at the moment. So, it’s your
own job to find the right adjustment.
