The outward travelers

We have been traveling towards that world. Now we have been getting audio signals from that world that they call radio. The closer we get the better the signals. Soon we are receiving visuals from the world.

Their television and radio signals are just leaks from broadcasts but we record them for our records, Some are funny but some also show war. We start to question a course change when we start receiving the news that it will be exploding in a short time and that the entire worlds population will be leaving to the thriving worlds in the inner core.

We called out to them to warn them but they did not receive that transmission. Just at the time they said, all transmissions halted. They were headed near our course but all hails went unanswered. At the time they said their world would explode, it did not.

Foolish people. We now had hope. That world had people, it had life, and now was abandoned. We found a home. The only problem is that in another matter of time, we will pass each other. Do we tell them that their world did not explode?

We are honorable so we will call them. We will but I feel that they won’t listen. Watching what their leader was telling them what was inevitable that leader may not listen. He seemed very charismatic, very hungry.
