ok, back to the book......If I take meds for depression and I am ok "normal" on them.....if I stop taking them......will I return to being depressed?

ok, then ask yourself.....If I stop taking my head meds, I will return to some level of depression. But the meds make me feel normal. Then who the hell was I before I became depressed and had to take meds to be normal........have I been depressed since birth?

Not necessarily since birth. As we age the chemistry in our body changes. Sometimes it becomes off balance--

i.e. Too much of something that causes the imbalance in emotions, thereby causing the depression.
