Goodbye to our old life and settling in to the new world

Now knowing that we are moving to the origin world, I leave Regina to the wiles of Brad’s wives and return to our original world. I look at what I want to take with us and see that even our clothes do not fit in.

I really see that only the family paintings will come with us. I talk with the chief of our town and tell him that we are moving to the origin world. I informed him that I will make a world announcement.

“My dear world, the time has come for Regina and myself to leave this world. We now will be living on the origin world. This is partly because my wife is pregnant but mainly because, if we do not move, the sage would be at a disadvantage because people would turn to us. You have a good system now, so it is time for us to fade into the background. We will be available but please think for yourselves for your greater good. Ask the mage for advice . We thank you all.”

I packed up our pictures and asked to have them sent to us in care of Brad Jenkins. All the other items and the land are given freely for the love of this world to do with as you see fit for the benefit of the town.

Now that it is decided, I just wonder where those women have decided where I am going to call home.

There is always someone that clicks with another. That is Regina and I but now, even though we still have the same love that we did on our world, it is Rose that has become her best friend.

Regina had many a friend on our world but all were aware of her status, so they did not get to the level that she and Rose are on. They are just themselves. Joke, argue and all the other things that we, as a married couple did not have. Yes we have fun, we confide in each other but there are things that only a best friend can understand.

They are both felids. Rose is giving her advice and warnings about felid children. Her best advice to Regina is that she needs to remember all those things that a fearless kitten gets into but remember the stupid things she did as a child and know that her children will do the same.

“Scold them, instruct them, but most important, make sure that you still love them. Make sure that they know that you are there to pull them out of that sink hole they find themselves in.”

Rose did tell her one thing that all Brad’s wives told each child regardless of who the birth mother is. They were told that if they did something so stupid as to get killed, the mother’s will find where they are reborn and whoop their butt.

I did get a good laugh at that.

Because of their budding friendship, we bought a large piece of land in the neighboring town that abutted Brads mansion and I used my magic to create a home like the one we had but with the modern amenities. That was my wife’s request. One thing I wanted was a large bath for soaking. Of course it was big enough for two to have fun in.

The now girl club, have gone shopping for the furnishings needed but Regina, with her new camera, only needs to take pictures of what she wants. Why spend money when you have a husband that can magically make what he sees.

I was told to expect some requests from three envious women.

The closets were now filled with clothes in this worlds style.

As far as our home, it was the corporation that set up the interviews for the staff. All there had our best interests at heart. Regina had the final say in that.

She also was invited to join the board of the Gloria Satten Edith Granden Philanthropic organization. She really fit in because now Brad’s wives were the chairs. She has brought new things that were common on our world.

“Since there is some magic on this world, the park lights should be converted to the magic ones we had on our old world. The children can practice control of their abilities by charging them.”

They were strange at first but when the children saw how they worked they loved it. The first park to have these lights was the first that was created. The Gloria Satten Children’s park.

Brenda made a special trip to the mausoleum to tell her parents about it. Both her parents are now in the same glass. Side by side sleeping hand in hand. Maribell’s parents are also here together.

Pompa does get regular visits from his loving granddaughter.

I have found that Brad’s younger children are coming to me to see if they have magic and get training from me. It seems that all have the ability but it is not as prominent like my home world.

The flash, as they call it, is something everyone can do here. It took an outsider, me, to tell them that it is what we call magic. I use the door to Randan and talk to Ruth, the great mage, about letting some of the most talented on the origin world come to Randan to be trained to mentor the children.

She likes the idea but insists that she be the sole authority as to who she will entrust that sacred duty to.

“I do not want someone to teach who does not have the patience required to teach the young ones.”

Laughing, I told her about Montgomery Salas handing me my ass every day. “Pardon the language but his morning greeting every day was ““Shit, shower, eat and be ready to be beaten senseless. Get moving.”

She laughed. “I wish he was still available. If he was the type to tell a god level mage that, he was the right person to teach. I’ll do it in his way and I will use his words. It will be in reverence to him. I need to pass on my knowledge and this is something that I never thought of. Thank you.”

With this set up, I go to corporate and gather Kile, Gloria and Arron to fill them in on what I have set up. They love it and they now will sponsor the program. They take me into the meeting that the organization was having and interrupt the mothers.

They have me explain what I have set up and the people all love it. The three tell the people that the corporation will now increase the budget to be able to oversee the logistics of how to place those who are trained. Also the over sight of those schools.

“Set the standards and the over sight,” Kile tells them “Meet with the great mage on Randan or ask her to come here. Get her input on this.”

Maribell is smiling. She and her two sisters see Brad in all ways coming from each of these three. She can’t help herself. “I cannot be any prouder of you three. You picked right. Anthony, you are going to be a wonderful addition to this team. I see that your worlds normal will help our upcoming youth to not only develop but for this world to take a step back. Welcome to the team.”

Guidelines have been established. Even I must adhere to those guideline. I got special instructions as to my god level. It is a big no!!!!! Low level helpful magic. Not that I had any intention to. It is my intension to teach the basic control. I will let Ruth and the people she trains will be left to the higher level.

I have been told that I will be the one to monitor the teachers and students. What I did not tell them is that I received a warning that the gods are watching. Their warning is very harsh. I did experience it in Montgomery’s training.

You don’t want to experience. I believe that those instructors will be the ones that receive it. I need to contact Ruth on Randan.

I do believe that she has received that warning.
