Introduction

Supposing that any information transfer that occurs between two points of consciousness could be interpreted as the following.

Communication

Communication can further be classified as : 1. Honest Communication

2. Dishonest Communication

The implication for dishonest communication is the existence of information, however small or large, that was not consented to by Free will under 100 %.

Time corruption

The elements of information however small or large that was not consented by Free will are called redundant information. The proportion of time that was collectively spent associated with that information would be defined as Time corruption.

Illustration

In a span of one year, Time corruption could be averaged in a work environment by defining the following.

Goal of work interaction: To complete task A Duration of Time required to complete task A: T units If the goal of interaction for any of the individuals in the work interaction is anything other than competing Task A, then the duration of time to complete Task A would be D ̸= T. The difference in time units abs( T - D ) could be Time corruption Tc.

Defining Work

Work can be classified as :

1. Creative strategy plotting

This is defined as analyzing the current situation at time t for accurate information about the goal status and plotting the most efficient course of action for time t + δ at every possible increment of δ.

2. Bureaucracy

Since the solution is prepared at time t, the implementation of the solution at t + δ will require updating the status of the goal by realigning and reorganizing information, collective status analysis, etc. The additional component of work that has no creative component is called bureaucracy.

Bureaucracy can further be classified as : A. Avoidable Bureaucracy

The proportion of Time Corruption that would be used for this kind of work could be defined as X.

B. Unavoidable Bureaucracy

The proportion of Time Corruption that would be used for this kind of work could be defined as ( 1 - X ).
