
How to copy, edit, and use the Agency Google Forms:
1. Sign-in with your Gmail or G-Suite accounts when accessing this public folder.
2. Create a copy of the forms-- select the form(s) you want to copy, right-click then select Make a copy:

Doing so creates a copy of the forms in your own Google Drive. Now you can edit your copies to your branding.

Now that you have copied this form to your own Google Drive, anytime someone submits a form, you will be notified through your Gmail or G-Suite account.
