Power Hour FAQ

1) How long does it take to get a Power Hour meeting? Scheduling depends on how many others are in the queue and travel schedules. It usually takes 10-14 days, which gives the client enough time to get their GCT in order-- not just roughly filled out, but thought out carefully.

2) Will the client need to be there or just my agency? We recommend bringing the client in to achieve maximum clarity on action points and dependencies as well as to have alignment on expectations.

3) Is the Power Hour a kickoff to a larger proposal and plan as well? The Power Hour is to figure out how to tune and apply their strategy (GCT), which also lets us assess the level of risk or opportunity for taking them on. We’ll know rough success probabilities at the end, plus the client will know what they have to do next, whether with us or your agency.

Before

Before the Power Hour, you’ll define your goals, content, and targeting for us to review. This helps us make sure the right specialist joins Logan on the call.

During

Our Chief Executive Office, Dennis Yu, along with one other specialist, will help you get things back on track. They’ll walk through anything you may have concerns about, and even identifying things you may not have known were broken.

After

We’ll set a time to go over anything you’d like to talk about. We’ll record both the audio and any shared screens so you can have a copy of the whole thing after it’s done.
