It was quiet in the hallway, there were shops and they all had broken doors, glass, and blood stains next to them. Then there were two shadows on the walls one shaped as a man, the other a woman.
“I think we lost them.” said Joey catching her breath while Jason looked round for Alex and Lea.
“Oh sh*t we left them with the infected!” Jason started to panic till Joey said “Don’t worry, Alex will kill every single one before they can kill Lea.”
Then there was a crackling sound coming from the supermarket speakers, a voice said “You two managed to survive. You need to get to the city centre, there’s a group of survivors.”
“Why should we trust you?” said Jason.
“They can help you find your friends - the little girl and the teenager.” The voice replied. Jason looked at Joey and Joey looked at Jason and nodded. They both turned around and start walking to the city centre.
Two hours later...
“Well we are at the town centre and all I can see is broken hover cars.” said Joey. Jason turned his head and saw a door open and he started to walk towards it. Then suddenly a person out of nowhere speared Jason on the floor putting a gun to his head. Before Joey could do anything she had a dark skinned man pointing a gun at her head. Jason quickly knocked the gun away from his head and punched the man in the face making him lose his grip on Jason, while that was happing Joey grabbed the black man’s arm and twisted it so he would let go of the gun and kneed him in the face a couple of times. Suddenly there were more people outside pointing guns at them both.
Jason put his hands in the air and Joey let go of the black man and put her hands up too. Then a man walked out, he was wearing green army clothing and black boots he also had a badge saying Captain Robert Mercer.
“Hello, Jason nice to see you again and you Joey.”
“Sir, do you know these people?”
“Yes, I do - ones my brother the other is a friend of the family. So put you guns down.” Everyone did as they were told and Jason walked up to his brother Robert and gave him a hug and so did Joey.
“So, where is John and Sarah?” asked Robert.
“They’re died.” Jason replied with sadness in his voice.
Then Robert said something in Romosean. “Well lest they are at a better place.” He finished in English
“Anyway, your nieces want to give you a hug.” said Robert as they walked into a big building where Jason and Joey saw children playing, people cooking food and people training to shoot. Then two teenage girls came and gave Jason a hug and said “It’s good to see you again unc.”
“It’s nice to see you two again too. Lucy you dyed your hair red.”
“Yeah, I wanted to be like Sarah. Oh! Guess what?! Maria is going out with Luke!” the girl said excitedly.
“And who is Luke?”
“The man who Joey has just kneed in the face.” She laughed.
“Shut up Lucy, we are not going out!” he said embarrassed.
“Well Maria, Luke looks to be in his twenties and your what... Eighteen now?”
“He’s twenty one and I’m nineteen thank you unc.” Maria turned around and walked off in a mood.
“So how old are you then Lucy?”
“I’m fifteen.”
“I bet your dad isn’t happy about Maria going out with Luke.” Jason laughed.
“No, he's not happy.” Then Lucy turned round and followed her sister, smiling to herself.
“Robert can you help me, I lost two of my friends. Ones a little blond girl and the other a teenage boy.” asked Jason
“Yeah, I’ll send Titan to find them. Will you help me get these people off this ship and join the army to help me win the war?”
“Yes, I will.”
Then suddenly a big robot walked up to Robert, it had big rubber pieces holding big plates of metal together. The rubber was acting like muscles; the robot also had black glass going across its face like sunglasses.
“Titan, can you find two people for me? Ones a girl the other boy.” The robot turned to face the door and started to walk. “Well, we need a plan now then.” said Robert.
“I know how we could get off the ship. Jason can we use the Black Hawk to get to one of our military bases in planet Froze zone?”
“Yeah, but it will be a slow journey because of the weight.”
“Sir?” Interrupted Luke.
“Yes, Luke”
“The Vampire is heading our way sir.”
“Crap, Jason can you get everyone who can shoot at the front and Joey can you get all women and children in a safe place?”
“Yes” said both of them and sprung into action.
