Pages of the Tales
Late in the evening, Mr. Nortreus was observed sitting at his desk in his room, working on new pages for the tales he was crafting.
Saturday night marked the fourth day since he began writing.
“Day 4th, right?”
“At last, I'm nearly finished with the novel,” he remarked as he continued to write.
As the temperature was really cold and snow was falling more heavily, he shut the window in his room to enhance his focus on the narrative.
“Alright, everything appears to be in order,” he said a few minutes later while reviewing some pages.
“I can't wait for people to read my novel.”
“I hope the townsfolk will learn more about it,” he added, offering a hopeful smile.
