Mr. Sparkman has 17 years of experience in business development and account management. Of those 17 years he spent 12 selling security guard services across multiple verticals. Mr. Sparkman has served as manager, VP of sales and operations, and director of business development across multiple organizations. He is well versed in many aspects of sales and marketing including consultative selling, lead generation, social media, and social selling.
Mr. Sparkman has a private security contractor license in Illinois, a Bachelor of Science in agricultural economics from the University of Illinois Urbana Champaign, and is a candidate for a Master of Science in emergency management from the University of Chicago.
