ONCE UPON A TIME ONCE UPON A TIME
As a child,
I had the pure
Sweetness,
The innocence,
Almost like
Gliding across
An open ocean of love.
In those days,
It was magical,
An adventure,
And I pondered the love of life,
Knowing it would be love
That was forever mine.
Of course,
I knew nothing could hold me back,
And I felt like a guiding light,
A source from another realm.
Grateful for my childhood,
Where I didn’t have a myriad of friends,
Yet felt content,
Like a robin on a summer's day.
