14. Trusting Body Intuition
Our bodies know what feels comfortable with each other. If we feel intuitively that we should sit closer together, we can follow this impulse unless we receive verbal or body language signals from our partner. Our hands find their places almost automatically when we let them decide where it feels most enriching for both of us.
We place our hands here for a while, then there, wherever it feels natural and healing. Good places are always above the chakras, especially the heart chakra.
During a meditative embrace, we normally don't move, although to stir up kundalini energies in a seated hug, the yin part may sometimes feel like swirling ever so slightly around the combined axis.
