2. Feeling LOVE
Heart chakra breathing is the simplest spiritual practice in the world. The characters in the books of Sanuela are asked to practise this whenever they are around the High Priestess Ayana, as a reminder to stay in the heart at all times. Focusing the attention in the heart with the help of our breath is a very practical way to feel LOVE in a conscious way.
What should be the easiest is often the hardest for us. The opening of our hearts is often heavily guarded by a mixture of unresolved pain from past traumas and our self-constructed rules for LOVE in order to stay 'safe'.
We need to feel strong enough to let it all go. LOVE can only be felt after this conscious exhalation, when we release the strong grip that our protective ego has built up.
Apart from breathing into the heart chakra or placing a hand over it to help connect with it, and possibly holding hands with the other soul, there are no other techniques to learn or practice. There is also no need to consciously guide the astral energies if we prefer to just feel. Just feeling ourselves and the other, surrendering and letting go completely is hard enough. If we can just concentrate on that, it's very good and nothing else is necessary.
