A 13 year memoir of living in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia as a Government Relations and Security administrator with the Royal Saudi Air Force from 1983 through 1996 while employed by McDonnell Douglas Services. Coordinating the daily administrative activities of the Company, its employees, their dependents, and our relationships with the ministries and individual officials of the Saudi Arabian government. This memoir deals with an employee’s death from an automobile accident, drug and traffic imprisonments, the first Gulf War, the purchase of a Rolls Royce, and the many faceted cultural differences with regard to freedoms westerners have as compared to the closed society of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia then and as it is today.
