 2 cups chopped okra

 2 cups of water

 2 cups chopped pumpkin leaves or “ugwu”

 1 tablespoon dry, ground pepper

 2 tablespoons dry, ground crayfish

 1 wrap, locust bean or “iru”, (optional)

 1 -2 maggi cubes

 1-2 pieces stock fish (optional)

 Salt to taste

 2-4 tablespoons olive oil or coconut oil
