OMNIPRESENCE IS AN ATTRIBUTE THAT BELONGS ONLY TO GOD

Omnipresence is an exclusive attribute of God, He is Omnipresent, that is, He is present everywhere at the same time.

Jonah 1

"1 The word of the Lord came to Jonah the son of Amittai, saying,

2 Get up and go to Nineveh, that great city, and proclaim against it; for his iniquity has gone up before me.

3 And Jonah arose to flee from the presence of the Lord to Tarshish, and went down to Joppa, and found a ship departing for Tarshish; and when he paid his passage, he entered it and went with them to Tarshish, far from the presence of the Lord.

4 But the LORD raised a great wind in the sea, and there was a storm in the sea so great that it was thought that the ship would be broken.

5 And the sailors were afraid, and every one cried out to his god; and they threw into the sea the belongings that were in the ship, to unload it from them. But Jonah had gone down into the ship, and had gone to sleep.

6 And the master of the ship came to him and said, "What is it, sleepyhead? Arise, and cry unto thy God; perhaps he will have compassion on us, and we shall not perish.

8 Then they said to him, "Tell us now why this evil has come upon us." What trade do you have, and where do you come from? What is your land, and what people are you?

9 And he said to them, "I am a Hebrew, and I fear the LORD, the God of heaven, who made the sea and the earth."

10 And those men were terribly afraid, and said to him, "Why have you done this?" For they knew that he was fleeing from the presence of Jehovah, for he had declared it to them.

11 And they said to him, "What shall we do with you that the sea may be stilled for us?" Because the sea was getting rougher and rougher.

12 He said to them, "Take me and throw me into the sea, and the sea will be still; for I know that this great storm has come upon you because of me. 13 And those men worked to bring the ship back to land; but they could not, because the sea was getting rougher and rougher against them.

14 Then they cried out to the LORD and said, "We pray you now, O LORD, that we do not perish for this man's life, nor put innocent blood on us; for you, O LORD, have done as you have pleased.

15 And they took Jonah, and threw him into the sea; and the sea was stilled from its fury.

16 And those men feared the Lord with great fear, and offered sacrifice to the Lord, and made vows.17 But the Lord had prepared a great fish to swallow Jonah; and Jonah was in the belly of the fish three days and three nights.

GOD WATCHES EVERYTHING THAT MAN DOES.

THE OMNIPRESENCE OF God is present among His creatures or beings in the following ways:

1. Glorious.

Among the hosts that worship Him in heaven (Isaiah 6:1-3 "In the year that King Uzziah died, I saw the Lord sitting on a throne high and lofty, and His skirts filled the temple. Above him were seraphim; each had six wings; with two they covered their faces, with two they covered their feet, and with two they flew. In the natural order (Nahum 1:3 "The Lord is slow to anger and abounding in power, and he will not hold the guilty innocent. The Lord marches in the tempest and the whirlwind, and the clouds are the dust of his feet.")

GOD IS THE CREATOR and sustainer of all things and all beings, none of the created beings has the attribute of Omnipresence since this attribute corresponds only to God.
