Click on the tab for the HEADER SETTINGS located under Appearance/ Nirvana Settings.
Set the HEADER HEIGHT to 250pix and for the HEADER IMAGE option, you can choose to DEFINE HEADER IMAGE, but since you don't have your header image yet, you are going to find one and prepare it for upload.
