Ssen Krad was born Sindisa Masiza in Frere Hospital, East London on the 25th of February 1997 on a late Tuesday afternoon to two loving parents. His pen name is darkness spelt backwards.
Darkness finds its metaphorical reach into Sindisa’s creative exploits with the majority of the conceptualisation of his ideas occurring either at night, or in the early hours of 3 am where darkness rules rampant.
Where nothing exists.
And when one of his ideas is full born, it gives birth to art which in turn gives form to light. And the release of said art unites Sindisa back with the darkness.
