Susan and Kathy worked in the same firm in the IT department. Susan was the older one who initially trained Kathy when she was recruited and had joined the firm being a newbie. They became the best of colleagues eventually sharing workloads and working with a good team spirit. Both loved their work and were contributing to the firm efficiently and with good vigor.
They ventured in their own ways and looked for innovation and modern methods, incorporating into their own work. Therefore, they both were busy all through and thrived high.
Love and romance are what they paid little attention and contributed thoroughly to their career, improving and carving themselves out towards the better along the way.
They had fun times too. Together along with other colleagues, they would dine together at the ground floor lounge. Susan was a little bit more carefree when she retired for the day productively and would help herself to a chocolate ice cream bar from the cafeteria on the bottom floor and find her way out of the office licking it like a teenager, with her hair down and fluttering in the wind. Those were some of the best moments of her life and she treasured and savored them with all her heart.
