There is no limit to the level of integrity. The highest standards of integrity cannot be judged in a person’s life. A person might lose integrity knowingly or unknowingly in their lifetime. Earth-leaders are expected to have a high level of integrity and bring change for harmonious earth.

The problem around is the reason for the earth leader to strive for a better world. And does not get affected and deterred by the greedy and selfish people around. The qualities of an earth leader are:

• Is having consciousness of being with the earth.
• The conscious of the purpose of living on earth is the spirit, which drives to gain knowledge and act.
• The leadership is for the well being and harmony on the earth, but might act and contribute on parts of the earth
• Is committed and accountable for the respective roles in accomplishing the tasks.
• Is truthful to oneself first, whether someone is noticing or not
• Is courageous and ready to take the risk if needed
• Is consciousness of oneness and does not discriminate
• Through awareness, information, sensitivity, learning and knowledge understands the world
• Loves and appreciates everything
• Stands by the word
• Makes decisions and does not procrastinate
• Respects all types of values
• Strives for change by all means.
