- Manage your instinct to group.
- Be positive. Listen.
- Understand the three types of dating.
- Be calm and date someone.
- For romantic dating, no sex for ninety-days.
After a break up
- Relax.
- Start over - back to Letter A.
- Get a new notebook, (not a new lover)- Refine your purpose.
