Random Ramblings When I was twelve, my mother dragged me to the temple for prayers days before my exams. I was annoyed because I felt that the time spent on praying for miracles could be used for studying. I failed to ace my exams and blamed it on her. Fifteen years later, as I saw her praying, I realized the act of praying was her own special way of comforting her stress. She was never begging for miracles to happen because she knew that it was ok to ask for miracles but one should not expect miracles.
