Mystery One: The Cop's Dossier
A leather-bound folder arrives, unasked for, via a courier who refuses to speak. Inside:
A crime scene photo where the shadows are misaligned.
A confession written in mirror script.
A receipt for a ritual performed at the wrong temple.
Albertina cross references the confession with her ledger. William I declares the shadows to be politically motivated. Maxima Furrbaby sniffs the receipt and meows "Forgery." Willem-Alexander yawns, and the chandelier flickers - case closed.
Mystery Two: The Detective's Scenario
A private detective, generated by an algorithm with a flair for noir, sends a scenario:
"Missing: One witness to inevitability. Last seen refusing to annotate."
The aristocrats debate whether the witness ever existed. Albertina insists the witness was a ritual role, not a person. Maxima leaps onto the dossier and sheds fur on the timeline. William I suggests the witness is watching them. Willem - Alexander yawns again. The chandelier flickers twice.
