Tomislav Škrljac (Sisak, veljača 1981.), hrvatski je dizajner, ilustrator i strip-scenarist i pisac.
Diplomirao je razrednu nastavu i likovnu kulturu na Učiteljskom fakultetu u Petrinji 2005. godine.
Aktivno pisati je počeo krajem studija, baveći se prije toga amaterskim crtanjem stripova i pisanjem scenarija za njih. Prve fantastične priče objavljuje u elektronskom SF-časopisu NOSF, a kasnije i u tiskanim izdanjima, u zbirkama kratkih priča "Da sam Šejn" i [...] (Lakuna). Usporedno s time, radi na scenarijima za stripove, u sklopu serijala "Hrvatski velikani" u ediciji "Strip u školi", te na serijalu "Ukleti vitez" Darka Macana.
Povremeno se bavi ilustracijom i stripom. Autor je ilustracija dječjeg književnog serijala "The Bear detectives Agency", američke autorice Bonnie McBride Huntsman.
Doživotni je Petrinjac, s boravištem u Ivanić-gradu.
