Chapter 20
My Message In Detention
Yes, I was apprehended by the
authorities!
And why, you ask?
Well, on December 12, the Mayor of Nelusma City had me taken into custody right after I exited the rocket at sea.
It wasn't a secret; everyone in the City, and indeed the entire Country, was aware of my situation, as it was covered by all forms of media—newspapers, television, radio, and so on.
While I was in a secure interview room at the Police Station, responding to the Mayor's inquiries about the rocket, he said to me, “Alright, young man, what is your name?”, “And why did you do what you did?”
I chose to remain silent.
Then, another Official entered the room and presented a document with my name and pertinent details to the Mayor. “I see your name is Werley Nortreus?” The Mayor stated.
“Is that correct?” He asked me. “Yes, Mr. Mayor, that is correct!” I replied. “I also see you are a resident of Nelusma City?” He continued. “That is also correct!” I confirmed. “Alright, young man, can you explain the rocket and the reason for its launch?” He asked me.
“I built it?” I stated. “Of course, I did!” I responded. “You what? But how?”
“What are you?” He pressed. “I am an Architecture student, as it is the field I am passionate about?”
“So, I utilized my own skills and potential to construct it,” I explained. “Okay, but why did you launch the rocket?” He asked.
“Am I the only one curious about what lies beyond the blue Sky?”
“No, I am not.”
“Therefore, I launched my rocket in search of answers,” I replied. “Really?” He spoke. “Yes, sir?” I affirmed. “Alright, I have one final question for you?” He stated.
“What is it?” I asked. “Can you describe what you saw above?” He asked.
“No living Beings or objects can traverse our blue Sky,” I answered. “What? What do you mean?” He asked. “It’s hard to explain, but the Bible is probably right.” I responded. “What are you talking about?” He asked and laughed like I was acting funny or something.
“I saw the Black Moon, okay? And that Black Moon is from what exists beyond our blue Sky,” I clarified.
“Do you truly believe that?”
“Because we all know about the Black Moon?” He questioned. “And something halted the rocket, causing it to descend,” I replied. “So, what is your message?” He asked. "Our true Creator differs from the skin tone of the well-known creator depicted in the painting and posters that are everywhere I look.”
“And our true Creator is more real than you can imagine.”
“That's my message, Mr. Mayor,” I responded.
“But you lack proof.”
“What proof do you have that makes your response significant?” He asked. “I witnessed what I witnessed, alright?”
“That's my proof and justice is served!” I answered.
“Alright! Thank you very much!” He said as he got up.
Then I heard a sound resembling a firecracker or an axe, but I was mistaken; it was merely the door opening for another Official to enter the room. “You are free now.”
“You can go home,” one Official informed me.
Indeed, they let me out at the entrance of the Police Station, where I spotted my friend Xeyamia waiting for me.
It was around 7 or 8 PM. “Werley, you are here.”
“You are back!” Xeyamia said as I approached her, accompanied by her parents.
“Hi, beautiful!” I greeted her. “How did you know which Police Station I was at?” I asked her. “I called the Police, and they informed me of your location”
“I’ve waiting more than 3 hours!” She replied with a smile.
“Wow, thank you!”
“I really appreciate you!” I told her. “You're welcome! Come meet my parents again; they will give us a ride home!” She suggested.
“Sure?” I agreed.
As I was heading to the car to go home, some Journalists who were there followed me and, with a live-streaming camera pointed at me, asked, “What do you want to say to everyone watching you?”, “What did you see above?”
“Of course! The Bible is real, and I am proud to be black!” I stated. “That's all I'll say for now.” I added. “Thank you very much!” I answered the Reporter.
After that, I got into the car, and we drove away.
