Oliver really didn’t know, but pretended he did, saying; “It’s
all over the place,” waving at the leaves on the ground autumn
had brought. “Here, take one in.”
Stevie did just that and the owner thought he was so cute doing
that, that he took the offered leaf and gave Stevie a fish.
Stevie tried again the next day, and again he got a fish.
And the next, and the next ..........
From those days forward, whenever Stevie wanted a fish, he would
smile and remember his magical leaf adventures.
