Duke Daddy, not to be outdone, barked excitedly, "That's
nothing! I just finished a commercial for the most luxurious dog
treats. They even flew me to Paris for the shoot! The director
said I was the most photogenic pup he'd ever seen."
Lila, with a flick of her elegant tail, chimed in, "Well, I just
wrapped up a music video with the biggest pop star in the world.
My dance moves were so mesmerizing that they made me the star of
the show. Everyone said I was born to be in the spotlight."
Stevie and Timmy listened politely, their heads nodding as the
three aspiring actors and actresses continued to boast about
their accomplishments. Despite the pretentiousness, Stevie and
Timmy couldn't help but feel a bit saddened by their confidence,
fake dreams, and needs to impress.
As the night wore on, the Hollywood lights began to fade, and
Stevie and Timmy felt themselves being gently pulled back to
their blanket fort. They awoke with a start, the dream still
fresh in their minds.
"Wow, Timmy," Stevie meowed, "Hollywood was amazing! Maybe one
day, we can have our own real adventures and stories to tell."
Timmy said; "Absolutely, Stevie! Let's dream big and make our
own dreams come true."
