Stevie Appears in “Bringing Up Father”

Stevie, a curious and playful tabby kitten, loved to curl up in

his cozy bed by the window. One warm June night, as the “cotton”

from the cottonwoods gently fell outside, Stevie drifted off

into a deep sleep. Little did he know, he was about to embark on

an extraordinary dream adventure.

In his dream, Stevie found himself in a bustling city from the

early 20th century. The streets were filled with vintage cars,

and people dressed in elegant clothes hurried by. Stevie's

whiskers twitched with excitement as he realized he had been

transported into the world of "Bringing Up Father," a comic

strip he had once seen his best friend Timmy reading.

Stevie padded down the cobblestone streets, his tiny paws making

soft tapping sounds. He soon spotted a familiar face; Jiggs, the

lovable but bumbling protagonist of the comic strip. Jiggs was

known for his love of corned beef and cabbage, and his constant

attempts to escape his high society wife, Maggie's, social

ambitions.

"Hello there, little fella!" Jiggs greeted Stevie with a warm

smile. "What brings you to our neck of the woods?"
