balance and joined in the fun. They chased each other, their
laughter filling the air.
But as they played, Stevie ventured too close to a thin spot in
the ice. With a sudden crack, the ice gave way beneath him, and
he plunged into the icy water. Stevie's heart raced with fear as
he struggled to stay afloat, the cold water shocking his system.
"Stevie!" Timmy shouted, his voice filled with panic. He rushed
to the edge of the hole, trying to figure out how to help his
friend.
Stevie's instincts kicked in, and he remembered something he had
learned about staying calm in emergencies. He took a deep breath
and tried to keep his head above water, his paws paddling
frantically. Timmy, thinking quickly, lay down on the ice to
distribute his weight and reached out to Stevie.
"Grab my hand, Stevie!" Timmy called, his arm outstretched.
Stevie reached for Timmy's hand, his claws gripping tightly.
With all his strength, Timmy pulled Stevie towards the edge of
the hole. The ice creaked and groaned, but it held firm as Timmy
carefully dragged Stevie out of the water.
Once Stevie was safely back on solid ice, Timmy helped him to
his feet. Stevie's fur was soaked and cold, but he was grateful
