The willingness to question inherited beliefs about LOVE, possession, and intimacy, and to stay curious even when it is uncomfortable.
- Seeking out resources, communities, or mentors who model healthy relational networks. You do not have to invent everything alone.
- Remaining open to feedback without becoming defensive immediately. Growth requires you to hear how your actions affect others, even when it hurts.
- Being patient with yourself and others while new patterns are being learned. Unlearning takes longer than learning. Setbacks are not failures; they provide valuable information.
- Regularly revisiting your assumptions. Ask yourself: "What do I believe about LOVE? Where did that belief come from? Is it helping me to become the best version of myself?"
- Celebrating small progress. Every time you choose honesty over secrecy or curiosity over control, you are winning. Acknowledge it!
- Letting go of the myth of arrival. There is no finish line where you are 'done' growing. The work is never complete, and that is not a burden, but a relief. It means you are always becoming.
