Chapter II.
On June 15 1975, Luca Verano Genovese was born at Sharp Grossmont Hospital, in La Mesa, California. Luca grows up in La Mesa, which is a suburb of San Diego.
Luca’s dad, Liam, is a Mechanical Engineer. He works for Syska Hennessy Group, in San Diego, as a Senior Mechanical Engineer (Design Engineering).
His Mother, Yvonne, is a Pharmacist for Nana Regional Corporation, in San Diego. His parents are both graduates of Stanford University.
Luca attends Christ Lutheran School from pre- school to eighth grade (La Mesa), then St. Augustine High School in San Diego, for grades nine through twelve. Both are private schools.
Luca excels in soccer and basketball in middle- school and high school. In 1992, Luca takes his S.A.T.
In 1993, Luca starts at UCLA. He majors in Economics/International Business. Luca earns his bachelor of arts degree in 1997. He takes his G.M.A.T. in 1996.
Luca earns his M.B.A. from UCLA’s John E. Anderson Graduate School of Management, in 1999.
Adrianna meets Luca at UCLA, on an arranged date, in 1995. The two mesh emotionally, spiritually, physically, and of course, passionately.
They are deeply fond of each other, and inseparable on many levels. Luca proposes to Adrianna in November of 1996, while both of them are graduate students at UCLA.
Adrianna immediately accepts, and they set a wedding date for Saturday, June 9, 1999. The wedding takes place at Adrianna’s home church; St. Paul’s Lutheran Church, Santa Monica, California.
When Adrianna graduates in 1997 from UCLA, she has offers in San Francisco, Los Angeles and San Diego for work.
Adrianna accepts a position with Cannon Corporation in Santa Monica, as a Principal Process Engineer.
They live in an apartment together in Santa Monica, from 1997 until 1999.
Adrianna Contessa Fontana picks out an Ivory/Silver, Allure Bridal, Organza Fabric, Wedding Dress, with a Crystalline Bodice. Adrianna and Luca are wed in Santa Monica, California, at St. Paul’s Lutheran Church.
Her married name is: Adrianna Fontana Genovese. Adrianna’s father, Dr. Marques Fontana, gives her away.
They use the hymn; “A Mighty Fortress Is Our God,” as the main wedding song. Adrianna’s match- maker, from UCLA, serves as her Maid of Honor; Brittany Whittaker. Luca’s Best Man is his best friend from St. Augustine High School, in San Diego; Henri Paul.
Luca and Adrianna take a chauffeured, white Bentley to the Millennium Biltmore Hotel, Los Angeles.
Once they check in, and take their luggage to their suite, they sojourn back down the elevator, to the hotel lobby, where their sheik Bentley takes them to the Bottega Louie.
The newly married couple dines at Bottega Louie (Italian) on their wedding night, and stay at the Millennium Biltmore Hotel Los Angeles.
Adrianna and Luca take a hot, steamy shower together in their suite, on their wedding night. Then the stunning bride puts on her black, La Perla, Silk Essence Short Nightgown.

They take a taxi to Los Angeles International Airport (LAX), and depart for John F. Kennedy (JFK), in New York City.
From John F. Kennedy Airport, they fly to Lisbon, Portugal. They arrive at Lisbon Portela Airport (LIS); Luca and Adrianna stay at the Corinthia Hotel Lisbon for one night.
At the Corinthia Hotel Lisbon, Adrianna wears her ruby wine, Victoria’s Secret, Very Sexy Chantilly Lace & Satin Kimono.
On Monday, June 11, 1999, Luca and Adrianna depart on Windsor Cruises, from Lisbon, Portugal, to Cadiz, Spain. From Cadiz, Spain, they sojourn to Malaga, Spain.
After they tour Malaga, Spain, the couple ventures to Almeria (Granada), Spain. From Granada, the couple travels to Cartagena, Spain.
From Cartagena, Spain, Adrianna and Luca sojourn to Valencia, Spain. From Valencia, Spain, the couple sails to Palma de Mallorca, Spain. From Palma de Mallorca, Spain, they journey to Barcelona, Spain.The cruise begins on June 11, 1999, and ends on June 19, 1999.
