Heidi Hallifax has been a writer most of her life, although her writing has been mainly through song lyrics. She has always loved creating and expressing herself
through words.
She was born in Sweden, with an English father and a Swedish mother but moved to Edinburgh, Scotland when she was 19 to study modern musicianship. She ended up staying there for 9 years, where she also had her son Marcus. They both moved back to Sweden in 2007.
This is her debut novel.
