Joseph Dillard

Joseph Dillard is a minister at a Minneapolis church. He combines his experience in business and his ecclesiastical calling to counsel, to encourage and to empower those who seek his advice. Joseph has worked in the financial services industry for over 20 years. He spent most of his time developing and coaching bankers to counsel customers and to help solve their problems. He taught them to listen to uncover needs. This is essential to solving problems and making recommendations. Joseph acknowledges that his professional development was not just for use in business. He realized that it was always a part of a plan to help others on their journey through life. Joseph is married to Ann Dillard. They live in Minnesota and have three children.
