The Lord Jesus, The Christ keeps each believer alive in order to give each one enough time to reach Advanced Maturity Adjustment to the Justice of God and receive Ultra Super – Grace blessings. In eternity each and every believer will wear a uniform, which will be greater than any uniform in Human History, the uniform for the Resurrection Body which is to be exactly like that of Christ after his resurrection. These uniforms, worn over the Resurrection Body, will hold decorations of honor and service for any believers who advance in the Spiritual Life, BASED TOTALLY ON THE POSITIVE USE OF THEIR VOLITION REGARDING THE PLAN OF GOD, with special decorations for those believers who make it to and beyond Maturity Adjustment to the Justice of God. When the believer stands before the Judgment Seat of Christ there is only ONE answer for those who do not receive these special decorations and blessings, “NO EXCUSE SIR”, since the Lord provides everything for each believer to reach that status. He gives to all believers a Right Pastor Teacher, a collection of positive congregation members, the preservation of Bible Doctrine, the sustaining of life with food, shelter, clothing, and any other necessity for each day, science and technology to ease the burdens of living to allow TIME for spiritual advancement. The believer, therefore, has all the Grace support of all the provisions from Logistical Grace needed for consistent Perception, Cognition, Inculcation & Metabolization of Bible Doctrine. If, when he stands before the Judgment Seat of The Lord Jesus, The Christ and he does not receive the maximum Surpassing – Grace blessings of the Alpha Cross, Beta Cross, Gamma Cross, Delta Cross, Epsilon Cross, Omega or Ultra Cross, which he could receive, he can only say, “NO EXCUSE SIR”. The believer must remember always that even if or when he reaches Maturity Adjustment to the Justice of God and receives Escrow Super – Grace and Bravo – Grace blessings, he is to still remain consistent in advancing in RANKS to reach further into Maturity Adjustment to the Justice of God. Therefore he is to remain under authority either of a Pastor Teacher or in the case of the Pastor Teacher, of the Word of God itself. Surpassing – Grace is that which is Above and Beyond Super – Grace and
Ultra Super – Grace and is for certain believers after their life in time. (Phil 3:20-21)
Surpassing – Grace blessings are for the believers who reach Maturity Adjustment to the Justice of God and received their Escrow Super – Grace Blessings for their life in time and hold their position or continue to advance to the point of receiving Dying Blessings. These are the
incredible rewards (Eph 2:7) which are eternal rewards and blessings which believers receive at the Judgment Seat of Christ when their functions as Royal Family of God, Royal Priest and
Royal Ambassador for Christ are evaluated. These are the Escrow benefits as phenomenal
blessings and rewards (1Cor 3:13-14) set aside by God for each individual believer in Eternity Past waiting for the requirements of the Escrow Contract to be fulfilled. These rewards are represented by the analogy of the decorations which ROMAN and other military organizations presented to soldiers who distinguish themselves by their service. The Romans used a system of metal buttons or coins attached to the sash of the tunic and for extreme valor there were woven golden wreaths of various designs worn like crowns. In other military organizations these special valor decorations were in the form of crosses like the Iron Cross for the German soldiers or the Victoria Cross for the British soldier. If the believer during his life in time has been consistent in his spiritual advance especially if he has reached Spiritual Maturity and maintained his status as a mature believer then his Escrow Benefits for Eternity will be realized at the Judgment Seat of Jesus Christ.
There are, therefore, special blessings and exceptional rewards for the believer who has advanced in the Spiritual Life to Maturity Adjustment to the Justice of God and has received Escrow Super – Grace blessings, Bravo – Grace blessings, or Escrow Ultra Super – Grace blessings and avoided or minimized Human Good functions in his life, however, these are for exceptional believers and they REQUIRE consistent use of Positive Volition toward Bible Doctrine during his life as a believer. The Escrow Surpassing Grace eternal rewards also include a myriad of rewards for all believers who function under Positive Volition toward Bible Doctrine and Perception, Cognition, Inculcation and Metabolization of Bible Doctrine and are similar to the coins or buttons of the Roman Tunic Sash. Therefore, there are a multitude of other blessings which are designed as rewards for any and every believer who has made any level of spiritual progress as advancement in his Spiritual Life in time. These varied blessings are not specifically addressed in scripture except to note that they will exist.
Principle of the Wreath Principle of the Wreath
The Greek word “STEPHANOS” is equivalent to the Latin which is for ‘Civic Crown’ while the Greek means Wreath. The Wreath or Crown or Cross is a Greek or Roman or Modern derived military decoration of the highest order and is something to be worn on the head or suspended around the neck as a display of the great progress in the Spiritual Life this believer has made as a result of using the Grace provisions from God. This Wreath in fact glorifies GOD for all eternity when a believer qualifies to receive it. However, the exceptional blessings which go with each and every Wreath VARY tremendously. There are definitely 3 and possibly MORE than 3 of these Wreaths or Crosses for the Mature believer under Escrow Surpassing – Grace
Blessings. (Eph 2:7, 2Tim 4:8, 1Thes 2:19-20, 1Pet 5:4, 1Cor 3:14-15)
All believers who reach Maturity Adjustment to the Justice of God will not only have maximum love for The Lord Jesus, The Christ under Occupation with the Person of Christ but they will love the rapture of the church as the parade during which they will receive and display their formal decorations. NOT every believer will be decorated and be able to display their decorations, ONLY those who have it coming based on their level of successful completion of the previous campaign, life as a believer in time. Unlike the functions of the United States of America, Participation does not qualify for a trophy. This campaign starts for the believer the
moment he enters the Plan of God at Salvation Adjustment to the Justice of God. At this point
each believer receives 39 Irrevocable Assets for his Spiritual Life in time and eternity and also is given a specified time period on this earth AFTER salvation, then he will depart from this life by the rapture or death. There will be decorations and a presentation parade which begins with the rapture as all believers of the Church Age will pass in review. The Lord Jesus, The Christ will then give decorations to all the Royal Family of God who have made ANY advance in the Spiritual Life, with special decorations and rewards for those who have reached and
maintained their status in Maturity Adjustment to the Justice of God as the various (gr) Stephanos, WREATHS or CROWNS of honor. These are acquired as a result of the proper
utilization of Logistical Grace support given every believer at Salvation Adjustment to the Justice of God. In fact, everything in the life of the believer depends on that Logistical Grace support from God. The Wreath is something the believer will wear in eternity but there are incredible variations in the blessings and rewards which go along with each wreath and in fact with every lessor decoration as well. These are all representative of the fantastic blessings which the believer has received in time and will be receiving in eternity above and beyond the
Resurrection Body which will be minus the Old Sin Nature and minus Human Good. ( Phil 3:20-
21) In addition for various Divine Good productions in the Spiritual Life (1Tim 6:18-19) based on Metabolized Bible Doctrine and being under the Filling of God the Holy Spirit, there will be Oak Leaf Clusters or Precious Gems to adorn the Wreaths or Crosses which that Mature believer
receives. (Heb 11:9-13, James 1:25, James 2:12-13)
The result of being persistent in acquiring and maintaining maximum Metabolized Bible Doctrine in the Stream of Consciousness of the Soul includes the ability to attain and hold Maturity or Advanced Maturity Adjustment to the Justice of God while receiving Escrow Super
– Grace, or Ultra Super – Grace blessings (Phil 3:12-14) and thereby acquiring Escrow
Surpassing – Grace blessing for eternity. (Heb 11:5-6) These are special blessings and rewards for believers in eternity which may be over and above what other believers may enjoy in heaven. There will be vastly varying degrees of blessing and reward for believers in heaven and the LOWEST degree is fantastic and beyond all imagination while the highest is far, far beyond that. The Judgment Seat of Christ is the evaluation point for believers in this Church Age where their level of spiritual advance and their Divine Good production will be examined and those who have reach Maturity Adjustment to the Justice of God and beyond will be in a
higher category of ultimate sanctification. (2Cor 5:10) The Lord Jesus, The Christ himself, will give these blessings to the believer in the beginning of the eternal future after the believer receives his Resurrection Body.
Crowns, wreaths or crosses in scripture are therefore used to designate the level of Escrow Surpassing – Grace rewards and blessings for the Mature believer of the Church Age Royal Family of God in eternity. At the time of the writing of the New Testament Scripture the Roman military had the greatest system of rewards and decorations EVER. No roman soldier who ever was decorated was ever ignored after that. In the United States military when even a private receives the Medal of Honor then EVERYONE in every service of any rank after that MUST initiate a salute with him. This is proper military courtesy for the Medal of Honor recipient who is ranked higher than any other rank in the services. Thus (gr) “Stephanos”, being a military term, is appropriately used for the highest decoration for the Royal Family of God who function during this life in the combat of the Angelic Conflict. In the Roman system of military decorations lower decorations were worn lower on the uniform and the highest decorations for their military were worn on the head as the Stephanos or Wreath or Crown. There were a great variety of spectacular decorations for these soldiers including:
• Arm Bands of Bronze, Silver or Gold == to the Bronze Star or Silver Star.
• Necklaces == to the Crosses, Distinguished Service, Navy, Air force
• Metal Discs or Coins == Campaign ribbons or medals on a diagonal leather harness strap
• Silver Spear Head decorations for officers == Expert or Combat Infantryman Badge today.
• The highest decoration of all the (gr) “STEPHANOS” or WREATH or (lat) CIVIC CROWN
◦ The “Stephanos” WREATH == Medal of Honor or Victoria Cross etc.
◦ Gold Oak Leaf Wreath – Lowest wreath
◦ Gold Laurel or Ivy Wreath – Next in Rank
◦ Woven Golden Grass Wreath – Highest decoration available
◦ These decorations included a guaranteed stipend of at LEAST $50,000 per year until
death.
• All of these decorations all carried with them incredible financial rewards.
There are 6 of these highest decorations for mature believers found in the doctrines of the bible. Therefore when a believer receives the “Stephanos” or Crown, Wreath or Cross, he has the highest decoration for all eternity which he will never lose and which will glorify God forever. Consequently those who glorify God the most receive the highest decorations for eternity. For Old Testament Scripture believers who have reached Maturity Adjustment to the Justice of God or Advanced Maturity Adjustment to the Justice of God, Cities are related to their rewards. For the Church Age believers these Wreaths are the decorations added to the Resurrection Body which will forever, throughout all eternity, glorify The Lord Jesus, The Christ beyond anything else which will be seen in heaven. The wreath will be breathtaking in its glamour and beauty and will give anyone who sees it an INSTANT response of Glorifying Christ. The Wreath will be an indication to all that the wearer of such a wreath during his time on this earth also glorified Christ more than his contemporary believers and more than most other believers, with very few exceptions in all generations.

R. B. Thieme in his lessons on Surpassing – Grace. Only after a careful review and analysis of many of the lessons he taught regarding Surpassing – Grace have I made these changes. • This is the first high level decoration available for eternity and the key to this
decoration is the believer being able to say, “I have guarded the Metabolized Bible Doctrine resident in my Stream of Consciousness of the Soul”.

No Man’s Land and receiving Bravo Grace blessings and reaching the brink of Advanced
Maturity Adjustment to the Justice of God. (James 1:12, Rev 2:10)
• Gamma Cross == The Stephanos or Golden Wreath or Crown of Glory as the highest
decoration ONLY for the Church Age Pastor Teacher for fighting successfully in the
Angelic Conflict and leading believers to various levels of Spiritual Maturity.
• This will have many variations depending on whether the Pastor Teacher has
reached Maturity adjustment to the Justice of God or traversed No Man's Land or entered Advanced Maturity Adjustment to the Justice of God.
• Delta Cross == The Stephanos or Golden Wreath or Crown of Rejoicing for the Divine
Good production of successful Witnessing and / or Evangelism.
• Epsilon Cross == The Stephanos or Golden Wreath or Crown of Exaltation or Happiness
ONLY for Pastor Teachers as a result of believers under them advancing in the Spiritual Life receiving lower rewards at the Judgment Seat of Jesus Christ but not the Stephanos
• Omega or Ultra Cross == The Stephanos or Golden Wreath or Crown of Life the highest
decoration for the believer in the Church Age for reaching Advanced Maturity Adjustment
to the Justice of God and receiving Escrow Ultra Super – Grace blessings. ( Phil 4:1,
• Oak Leaf Clusters or Precious Gems to adorn the various crosses or wreaths awarded for
various production in the Spiritual Life including that of the Pastor Teacher for anyone he has led to spiritual maturity.
• Alpha Oak Leaf Cluster or Sapphire == For the Pastor Teacher leading believers to
Spiritual Maturity who then receive the Alpha Cross and are beneficiaries of Escrow Super – Grace blessings, to adorn his Alpha Cross or Wreath of Adjustment to the Justice of God (Righteousness).
• Beta Oak Leaf Cluster or Ruby == For the Pastor Teacher leading believers to
Spiritual Maturity who enter No Man’s Land and who become beneficiaries of Bravo – Grace blessings, to adorn his Beta Cross or Wreath of Perseverance.
• Omega or Ultra Oak Leaf Cluster or Diamond == For the Pastor Teacher leading
Believers to Advanced Maturity Adjustment to the Justice of God who become beneficiaries of Escrow Ultra Super – Grace blessings to adorn his Omega Cross or his Wreath of Life.
• Glory Oak Leaf Cluster or Emerald == For the Pastor Teacher leading men to
discover their spiritual gift of Pastor Teacher or Evangelist possibly to adorn his Gamma Cross or Wreath of Glory.
Alpha Cross or Crown or Wreath of Adjustment to the Justice of God Alpha Cross or Crown or Wreath of Adjustment to the Justice of God
Alpha Cross == Wreath or Crown of Maximum Adjustment to the Justice of God (Righteousness)
(2Tim 4:7-8) This represents total fulfillment of spiritual progress in attaining Spiritual Maturity. This is the decoration for attaining Maturity Adjustment to the Justice of God at any level including Advanced Maturity Adjustment to the Justice of God, moving into No Man’s and receiving Escrow Super – Grace, Bravo – Grace or Escrow Ultra Super – Grace blessings in time. This is the decoration for the believer who reaches Maturity Adjustment to the Justice of God and is receiving Escrow Super – Grace and is called home by the Lord while taking his R&R in the periphery of Spiritual Maturity. It is also for the believer who is advancing in No Man’s Land toward Advanced Maturity Adjustment to the Justice of God when he is called home and also for the believer who reaches and holds Advanced Maturity Adjustment to the Justice of God and is receiving his Escrow Ultra Super – Grace blessings.
This Crown or Wreath of Adjustment to the Justice of God == the Medal of Honor for all those believers who reach and break into Maturity Adjustment to the Justice of God and comes in 3 categories:
• For Maturity Adjustment to the Justice of God
• For Perseverance in No Man’s Land
• For Advanced Maturity Adjustment to the Justice of God
Every Believer starts at Salvation Adjustment to the Justice of God as an infant believer knowing NOTHING of the Spiritual Life or Plan of God. He then advances in the Spiritual Life IF he maintains his status under the Filling of God the Holy Spirit and has persistent Positive Volition toward Bible Doctrine so that he eventually passes through spiritual adolescence, spiritual adulthood and reaches Maturity Adjustment to the Justice of God. When he reaches Maturity Adjustment to the Justice of God he receives an Escrow Super – Grace blessing package in 6 categories. By maintaining the status of any level of Maturity Adjustment to the Justice of God and upon receipt of the last category of his Escrow Super – Grace blessing, Dying Blessing, this believer at the Judgment Seat of Jesus Christ will receive the Wreath of Adjustment to the Justice of God (Wreath, Crown or Cross of Righteousness) as do all believers who have reached Maturity Adjustment to the Justice of God or surpassed it. This is not for miss ‘goody two shoes’ or ‘little Lord Fauntleroy’ and does not require being a very good little boy or girl in the Christian Way of Life. It simply requires fulfilling EVERY divine objective which God has established for the believer in time by advancing in Divine Viewpoint thinking from maximum Metabolized Bible Doctrine in the Stream of Consciousness of the Soul. This is total fulfillment of the objectives of the Spiritual Life and only means “righteousness” in terms of being a believer in Maturity Adjustment to the Justice of God with maximum Metabolized Bible Doctrine in the Right Lobe of the Stream of Consciousness of the Soul resulting in advanced Divine Viewpoint thinking capacity. Every believer who maintains his status of Spiritual Maturity will receive this decoration but there is also another decoration for the believer who crosses No Man's Land and for one who reaches Advanced Maturity Adjustment to the Justice of God who receives Bravo Grace and Escrow Ultra Super – Grace blessing enhancements.
The Wreath of Adjustment to the Justice of God (Cross of Righteousness) is HONOR, in the sense of fulfilling divine statutes and duty toward God. Righteousness (gr) Dikaiosune = Adjustment to the Justice of God, and represents the development in the Greek sense of law and indicates a refinement of Abstract Thought. It is therefore a word for CIVIL VIRTUE, OBSERVANCE OF LAW, FULFILLMENT OF ONE’S DUTY. It is used as a state of life and fulfillment of duty toward God and is the perfect way to describe breaking into Maturity Adjustment to the Justice of God and receiving Escrow Super – Grace and going on to Advanced Maturity Adjustment to the Justice of God and receiving Escrow Ultra Super – Grace. The Wreath of Adjustment to the Justice of God (Crown or Cross of Righteousness) or the Alpha Cross is for fulfillment of the duty and responsibility of the Royal Family of God whereby the believer breaks the maturity barrier, obtains tactical victory in the Angelic Conflict and fulfills every objective designed by God under the provision of GRACE for every believer. The final objective for the believer in Christ in this life is to reach Advanced Maturity Adjustment to the Justice of God and receive Escrow Ultra Super – Grace blessings and this objective is OPEN to each and every believer. However, one can only reach this objective by strict academic and self discipline and by recognizing the authority of one’s right Pastor Teacher and getting under his teaching and STAYING THERE. This can be accomplished by any and every believer and results in Dying Blessing where his death will be like a smooth cruise from life into eternity and will be as easy as POURING WINE FROM A CUP.
Therefore, the believer receiving the (gr) “Stephanos” of Adjustment to the Justice of God (Cross or Crown of Righteousness) involves an additional set of blessings and rewards for eternity. It most likely is given in different categories or classes for each level of Spiritual Maturity which a believer reaches. This may require some differences in the Wreath or simply additional Oak Leaf Clusters or Different Gemstones to adorn the Alpha Cross or the Golden Wreath of the believer. This, as will all of the Escrow Surpassing – Grace decorations, glorify God forever and there is no excuse for any believer not receiving this one. So this is a wreath worn forever in eternity by the mature believer and in addition to the decoration itself there will the blessings of position and authority in eternity as part of this Surpassing – Grace. This wreath will be the most common of the “special” or “advanced” decorations in eternity for those who reach and hold Maturity Adjustment to the Justice of God. Therefore, all believers who reach the status of Maturity Adjustment to the Justice of God, Perseverance in No Man’s Land or Advanced Maturity Adjustment to the Justice of God will have one decoration in common the Wreath of Righteousness and those who receive this decoration will also be given great areas to rule in eternity.
Receipt of this Wreath of Adjustment to the Justice of God (Cross or Crown of Righteousness) means that this believer has received the Grace blessing package in time as Escrow Super – Grace, Bravo – Grace or Escrow Ultra-Super – Grace. This is the 3rd class Civic Wreath like the laurel or oak leave wreath for Roman soldiers. This decoration signifies that this believer will Glorify God forever. For the pastor who leads his congregation to Maturity Adjustment to the Justice of God, he receives this Alpha Cross or Wreath of Adjustment to the Justice of God for himself as a result of his reaching Spiritual Maturity and then an Oak leaf Cluster or possibly a Sapphire to decorate his Alpha Cross or Wreath for each believer he has led to this same status quo.
Beta Cross – Wreath or Crown of Perseverance Beta Cross – Wreath or Crown of Perseverance
This is for the believer who moves into No Man’s Land and receives his Bravo – Grace blessings and support. These are the combination of his lifelong Logistical Grace and his Escrow Super – Grace blessings from reaching Maturity merged together for support as he
moves toward Advanced Maturity Adjustment to the Justice of God. This believer has used this “Bravo Grace” as he crosses No Man’s Land even to the point of reaching Advanced Maturity Adjustment to the Justice of God and receiving Escrow Ultra Super – Grace and thus receives
the Beta Cross. (James 1:12a) The Pastor Teacher who passes through No Man’s Land himself also receives the Beta Cross and also Beta Oak leaf Clusters for leading believers to No Man’s Land where they receive Bravo – Grace blessings.
Gamma Cross – Wreath or Stephanos of Glory Gamma Cross – Wreath or Stephanos of Glory When any pastor is faithful and consistent in the study of Bible Doctrine he first grows in the Spiritual Life himself and eventually should reach Maturity Adjustment to the Justice of God. If he is persistent in his advancement he should move beyond this status toward Advanced Maturity Adjustment to the Justice of God. Then he can lead his congregation to his level of Spiritual Maturity by the continued communication of the Bible Doctrine he has learned. The personal consistent study of Bible Doctrine advances the Pastor Teacher and also prepares him for his teaching ministry which is specifically designed to bring his congregation along with him through Maturity Adjustment to the Justice of God and beyond if possible. This special decoration is ONLY for the Pastor Teacher who reaches Maturity Adjustment to the Justice of God and receives Escrow Super – Grace or reaches Advanced Maturity Adjustment to the Justice of God and receives Escrow Ultra Super – Grace AND has some members of his
congregation follow him. (Phil 4:1, 1Thes 2:19, 1Pet 5:4) This is the highest decoration available to the Pastor Teacher and is a special decoration for faithfulness in communication of
Bible Doctrine on the part of those with this spiritual gift. (1Cor 3:11-16) Therefore, the only one who is eligible to receive this decoration is the Pastor Teacher but he must have reached Maturity or Advanced Maturity Adjustment to the Justice of God himself and then LEAD some members of his congregation to that level. This decoration is the result of his faithful teaching of Bible Doctrine. There will surely to be variations in this crown based on whether the Pastor Teacher brings his congregation to the point of receiving Escrow Super – Grace, Bravo – Grace or Escrow Ultra Super – Grace blessings for time. Therefore, as a result of leading his congregation to Advanced Maturity Adjustment to the Justice of God where they receive Escrow Ultra Super – Grace behind him he receives this very unique decoration of the Gamma or Ultra Cross the Wreath or Crown of Glory.
The Pastor Teacher MUST be a male believer with the spiritual gift of Pastor Teacher and have a congregation of at least 3 believers of whom at least 1 has reached Maturity Adjustment to the Justice of God, or traversed No Man’s Land, or has reached Advanced Maturity Adjustment to the Justice of God. Therefore, the faithful, persistent, consistent Pastor Teacher who studies and teaches Bible Doctrine in a dogmatic expository fashion will be the HIGHEST decorated person in Eternity. However, the Pastor Teacher cannot grow by listening to others teach Bible Doctrine but must engage in his own study using Isagogic, Exegetic, and Categorical approaches to the word of God.
Delta Cross – Wreath of Rejoicing Delta Cross – Wreath of Rejoicing
Witnessing for The Lord Jesus, The Christ provides rewards in time and in eternity. There are 3 rewards for the one who Witnesses for The Lord Jesus, The Christ during his life:
• HOPE – in time, which has to do with seeing again in the eternal future those whom the
believer has witnessed to and who have responded with Positive Volition at Gospel
hearing. This is the anticipation of meeting people again in eternity which the believer
has had the pleasure of leading to the Lord. Therefore, his HOPE or CONFIDENCE is not
regarding just the events at and after the Rapture of the Church and the Judgment Seat of Jesus Christ but is in addition to that throughout eternity. This is the seeing, encountering and confronting the FACES of the people that have been led to the Lord by him who will be there with him in eternity and thus having extreme happiness for all eternity with regard to these people.
• JOY – also in life which is inner happiness in life as a result of knowing people have
made Salvation Adjustment to the Justice of God as a result of his presenting gospel
information to them. This is one of the greatest happinesses in life knowing that these
friends and loved ones will spend eternity with him. This is part of his reward in time
as inner happiness which comes from being on this miserable earth for this short time
and as a result of presenting The Lord Jesus, The Christ to others and their responding
by making Salvation Adjustment to the Justice of God. This is the greatest thing which
one person can do for any other human being, leading them to Salvation through faith
alone in The Lord Jesus, The Christ alone.

eternity provided for any believer who has successfully witnessed for Christ and has provided the proper, accurate information resulting in an unbeliever making Salvation

(1Thes 2:19-20) Obviously then there are going to be a very large number of buck privates and non-commissioned officers in heaven who will be somewhere in between Salvation and Maturity but there is no excuse in heaven’s Table of Organization for everyone NOT having become a general or admiral. Therefore, there will be many other decorations for every level of advancement in the Spiritual Life however there will be many people who will pass before the Judgment Seat of Jesus Christ and will receive nothing except the burning of their Human Good and the momentary experience of incredible regret and shame. Therefore, there are actually many levels of Decoration of which the Cities for the Old Testament Scripture mature believers and Wreaths for the Church Age mature believers are only the highest levels. All believers who receive any decoration for any level of spiritual advance in the Spiritual Life in time will glorify God forever and have special blessings and rewards for all eternity.
Again, the Roman system of reward and decoration for the military was to give any soldier who won a decoration a certain amount of money and some land. The system of decorations for the soldier has been described in great detail along with their placement on the uniform of the soldier. Whatever rewards which are within the sphere of the advancing believer from infancy to Maturity Adjustment to the Justice of God are unknown to us and not revealed in scripture and they would most likely be analogous to the decorations of the roman soldiers at Paul’s time. These decorations started with campaign medals worn across the chest on a leather band or on a belt.
