The believer having Positive Volition toward Divine Good, having CHOSEN the Divine Good production of The Lord Jesus, The Christ in his Substitutionary Spiritual Death on the cross for all human sin over the personal individual Human Good production available in the Cosmic Dynaspheres of Satan, thus having the drive toward the production of Divine Good, means he chooses for himself, Grace over Evil. When believers have Positive Volition toward Divine Good it means they are CHOOSING to be consistent in Post Salvation Epistemological Rehabilitation by Perception, Cognition, Inculcation and Metabolization of Bible Doctrine and
the required consistent use of the Rebound Procedure appropriately. THEN they are actually CHOOSING for themselves, using their own volition, the Grace of God. Choosing the way of Grace is the best possible thing a believer can do in choosing the direction for his life on the basis of who and what God is not ever on the basis of who or what he is.
Grace is always greater than any historical augmentation of spiritual death, Personal Sin. Therefore, forgiveness for both the unsaved and the saved is a matter of pure Grace, and the divine conditions imposed regarding this are in perfect harmony with the facts. The unsaved are forgiven as a part of the entire accomplishment of the Substitutionary Spiritual Death of The Lord Jesus, The Christ for salvation on the one condition that they believe, express non-
contaminated Faith Alone. (Eph 4:32) The saved are forgiven on the one condition that they
Confess, Acknowledge, failures and sin. (1John 1:9). As a result of this forgiveness ALL cursing is turned to blessing by the Grace of God, and the greatest manifestation of Grace in Phase II of the Plan of God for the Church Age believer is the Rebound Procedure and it is the rebound procedure that changes everything for the believer.
During one’s life in time, in Phase II of the Plan of God, the believer will produce personal
sins by the negative use of his own volition and then must understand and use the Grace
provision of the “REBOUND” procedure. The Positive volitional use of this procedure to
counter the negative use of volition to produce sin REQUIRES a free will choice of the believer
to acknowledge his failures to God. This is THE only solution and primary issue when
carnality exists in one’s life and it requires the understanding of and use of the Rebound
Procedure as per 1John 1:9, 1Cor 11:31, ETC. In Proverbs 1-4 (18) this principle is expounded
as well. The believer in Phase II of the Plan of God EXITS the Plan when he chooses to
commit any Sin, in whatever category, at whatever level. This is putting himself out of
fellowship with God, no longer having his soul controlled by God the Holy Spirit, thus out of
the Plan of God and into a state of Carnality and directly into the Cosmic Dynaspheres of
Satan. This makes him susceptible to the production of Human Good in any category, Self
Induced Misery from his bad decisions and Divine Discipline for being out of the Plan of God.
However, all human sins were judged in the humanity of The Lord Jesus, The Christ at the
cross and paid for with his Substitutionary Spiritual Death. Therefore, the Case which comes
under scrutiny is “God vs The World” in which The Lord Jesus, The Christ in his perfect
righteousness received willingly the imputation of and then judgment for all human sins and willingly paid the penalty for each individual sin with his Substitutionary Spiritual Death, in
substitution for every human being. For the believer to be forgiven for his sins and put back
into the Plan of God and under the Filling of God the Holy Spirit he simply must, under the
Grace Rebound provision, CITE, NAME, ACKNOWLEDGE his failures, basically AGREEING with
the Judgment of God in this case and that is ALL. This is a GRACE provision which no one
has ever earned nor does any sinner ever deserve this but it REQUIRES the involvement of
Human Volition to receive the benefits of it.
At the point of being in carnality, whatever GOOD this believer produces is Human Good as a result of his functioning under the Plan of Satan within the Cosmic Dynaspheres and is totally Unacceptable to God and has absolutely no spiritual benefit for him. Whatever sin he may produce, it is repugnant to God and totally rejected by him. This believer IS IN Phase II of the Plan of God but is OUT OF PHASE or OUT OF SYNC with that Plan. He has not however lost his salvation, and in fact cannot, and he remains in union with Christ as part of the Royal Family of God in this Church Age and cannot get out of this status. The function of the grace provision of punitive Divine Discipline for this believer is to wake him up to the fact that he is out of sync with the Plan of God and to motivate him by enhanced pressure in his life to use this Rebound Procedure to get BACK in Phase with the Plan. This function of the commands
of 1John 1:9, 1Cor 11:31, Ps 32, Ps 38, (18) (only a few of the many passages regarding Rebound) is totally compatible with Grace and does not violate in any way the Integrity of God. The believer’s instructions per the Greek of 1John 1:9 are to NAME, CITE, ACKNOWLEDGE, (gr) Homologeo, his sins and BECAUSE God the Father has already judged them and received and been satisfied with the payment for them in the Substitutionary Spiritual Death of Christ, he cannot judge them again. Therefore, he is faithful and justified to FORGIVE the believer when he assumes responsibility for them by NAMING them to Him. This is a nonmeritorious function and any feeling or emotion involved with it is therefore inconsequential. By the consistent use of this Grace procedure the believer can remain in a status quo under the Filling of God the Holy Spirit where he can assimilate Bible Doctrine and whereby he can again produce Divine Good.
Many believers think they should feel sorry for their sins or do something to Make Up for them but this is meaningless and nonfunctional as far as God is concerned and those people who feel sorry for their sins ALWAYS ENGAGE IN THE SAME SINS AGAIN. Feeling sorry about sins does not now, nor ever, correct the situation of sin and at BEST it is Human Good and ALL Human Good, as the production of the Plan of Satan, cannot ever be the solution for anything in the Plan of God. One thing which the believer must get straight in his thinking is that HIS ATTITUDE toward sin is meaningless and it is ONLY God’s attitude toward SIN which counts.
From God’s Perspective of Propitiation ALL human sins were imputed to and judged in Christ on the cross and his Substitutionary Spiritual Death as payment for them was satisfactory to God the Father, THEREFORE, ALL sins are now a non-issue with God. I like to tell people that God does not give a DONKEYS BUTT what you do EXCEPT with regard to the consistency in use of the Rebound Procedure and the Grace Apparatus for Perception. His only requirement for the believer is that he take responsibility for being OUT of the Plan by ACKNOWLEDGING, ADMITTING that it was his own personal choice to sin which put him there, by NAMING the sins or failures to GOD as part of the “God vs The World” court case. By acknowledging one’s personal sins GOD guarantees FORGIVENESS for those he acknowledged and in his matchless Grace also provides for purification of this believer from all unknown or forgotten sins existing at that point in time and in this GRACE process there is no way to find or add any Human Good and absolutely no acceptable human effort. All the Work for this forgiveness was accomplished by God through The Lord Jesus, The Christ at the cross thus all the credit goes to God the Father, God the Son and God the Holy Spirit under the system of Grace and for the entire process of learning these principles of Bible Doctrine. Therefore the Forgiveness of Personal Sin which the believer commits in his life is based on what God accepted as Supreme Court Judge at the cross, what The Lord Jesus, The Christ provided on the cross and what God the Holy Spirit revealed to us in Bible Doctrine. This is and is the basis for REBOUND ------- Grace.
Grace & Suffering Grace & Suffering
Only God can convert the cursing of disciplinary suffering or the pressure of undeserved suffering into blessing. Grace accomplishes this through the Rebound Procedure and consistent Positive Volition toward Bible Doctrine needed to pass the undeserved suffering testing. Often the most painful events and experiences are turned to blessing and this is a Grace function all the way. All suffering in the status of Spiritual Maturity is undeserved suffering designed to glorify God, and at the same time to demonstrate that capacity for life and happiness also means capacity for suffering both derived from maximum Metabolized Bible Doctrine in the Right Lobe of the Stream of Consciousness of the Soul. Undeserved suffering and adversity is provided by God to confirm future blessings to the mature believer to be realized in Phase III of the Plan of God, Eternity. This suffering becomes a demonstration of the wisdom of God, the dynamics of the Grace of God, and the perfection of the Justice and Righteousness of God.
