Sustain means:
• To make, cause or allow something to continue for a period of time
• To keep something alive
• To provide support for something or someone
• To keep something in operation
• To maintain something or someone
Sustaining Grace can be described as the provision of God for the entire Human Race encompassed in the principles derived from Bible Doctrine as the Laws of Divine Establishment and Divine Institutions whereby man is able to continue to exist and function during this Angelic Conflict Appeal Trial without self destruction. This is provided by God as a part of his sovereign decision to ALLOW the Satanic Appeal of the Judgment in the Angelic Conflict Trail for his condemnation to the Lake of Fire. As is all GRACE, it is an essential and necessary provision by GOD, which does not involve human volition. However its operation, the understanding of and adherence to its principles by man for it to have efficacious function, demands compliance from human volition to ensure the continued existence of mankind on this earth ruled by Satan and thus the continuation of the Angelic Conflict Appeal Trial to its conclusion. However, under the Satanic system of Evil and the Cosmic Dynaspheres MAN invariably tends to CHOOSE to violate all the provisions of the Laws of Divine Establishment and destroy himself and prematurely end the Angelic Conflict Appeal Trial. For this reason, The Lord Jesus, The Christ controls the progression of Human History primarily by means of the functions of the mature believers and by means of those unbelievers who consistently choose to function under these Laws of Divine Establishment and Divine Institutions, along with all of the categories of his sovereign divine will.
Laws of Divine Establishment & Divine Institutions Laws of Divine Establishment & Divine Institutions
The Source of all human freedom is God Himself; and God, in His Grace, sets up laws to protect freedom, laws to punish violations of freedom and laws regarding self-enslavement.
Under his Grace policy under the Laws of Divine Establishment and the principles of the Divine
Dynasphere, the Power System of God, (8) the Protocol Plan of God GOD provides both Human or Temporal Freedom for both believers and unbelievers and Spiritual Freedom for believers as the mechanism for the efficacious use of personal volition to resolve the Angelic Conflict Appeal Trial. Therefore, God has ordained a system of laws to keep the Human Race alive and intact during the Angelic Conflict Appeal Trial. God knew that being born with the Old Sin Nature man would ultimately destroy himself so that to keep mankind alive what was going to be needed was a system of divine law set up to protect and preserve the Human Race. These laws are as REAL and VALID and divine in nature as the divine laws of science which govern the function of the universe. They were devised in Eternity Past by God the Father in the development of his Grace Plan and have been, at least partially, in effect from the creation of man and will continue to be in effect to the end of Human History. However, man must choose from his volition to engage in the use of them to benefit from them. The understanding of these laws and principles of Bible Doctrine, and the adherence to them by both believer and unbeliever is the basis for limited temporal blessing for either during his lifetime without any
extension of these blessings into eternity. (Eccl 9:9)
Temporal or Establishment freedom is the heritage of physical birth while Spiritual freedom is the heritage of the 2nd Birth or Regeneration at Salvation Adjustment to the Justice of God. Spiritual freedom can function with or without establishment freedom, because establishment freedom or lack of it is related to public, societal modus operandi in a nation or its equivalent, while spiritual freedom is invisible, related only to the filling of God the Holy Spirit and the Spiritual Life of the individual. The highest reflection of the proper use of the freedom designed for man is his utilization of the Grace of the Plan of God to completely triumph over
Evil of the Plan of Satan and achieve a tactical victory in the Angelic Conflict Appeal Trial. (Ps
119:45, John 8:32, Gal 5:1, 2Cor 4:15-18, 2Cor 3:17)
Under his Grace Policy, God ordained the Laws of Divine Establishment to be the authority within a legitimate national entity. As the guardian of freedom, each legitimate nation, whatever its form of government must protect the inherent right of the individual to privacy, volitional freedom, personal property and to the pursuit of a course of life based upon his own decisions and ability within the legal framework of that particular type of government. Furthermore, this freedom must ensure the right of the individual to accept or reject Jesus
Christ as Savior. (Acts 17:26-28) Only adherence by both believers and unbelievers to the Laws of Divine Establishment, the principles of the Divine Institutions and the Grace of God can sustain a nation and its government for any span of time!
Basic concept of the Divine Institutions Basic concept of the Divine Institutions The 1st one devised by God was the basis for the creation of man in the first place and the 2 nd also was in effect before the fall of man and all 4 apply to both believer and unbeliever alike. They are designed to provide protection, preservation, blessing and perpetuation of the Human Race until the end of Human History.
#1 – Volition #1 – Volition
The first divine Institution was Adam as ruler of the Earth under the authority of God carrying in his soul his own authority, VOLITION. He did not earn nor deserve this and he received it whether he actually wanted it or not. He had mentality with its senses to enable him to see, hear, smell taste and touch things in order to gather facts about and understand the divine mandates. His internal authority, Volition, enabled him to choose for and even against those mandates without interference even from God. The first job given to the man who was a genius, before there were any other humans on the earth, demonstrated his genius by his having to name and categorize all living things. This clearly demonstrated that he understood
the first mandate from God. (Gen 2:16-17, John 1:3, Heb 1:10, Col 1:16-17) He was clearly told that he could eat the fruit of any tree in the garden except the Tree of the Knowledge of Good and Evil which knowledge he did not have and DID NOT NEED. He did not have a conscience in his soul nor did he need it. The conscience was and is created by the mentality of the soul and then functions through Volition. All humans are born without a conscience and as they develop vocabulary they are able to learn right from wrong, good from bad, and eventually Grace from Evil and thus develop a conscience. Having a conscience in the soul of the developing child then begins to activate the Volition of the soul as his internal authority.
By the time that God created the Woman for Adam he had already been functioning under his internal authority for some time. This was the result of having this 1st mandate from God and using his volition to decide to obey the mandate to NOT to eat from the tree in the middle of the garden. The Human Body required eating from ‘Trees’ and as a result was sustained as the house for the Soul of both man and woman. The Soul had mentality to understand the divine mandate but the Volition was the authority of the soul to enable the man and woman to Obey or Disobey the mandates which was exactly what occurred in the prehistoric angelic conflict. Therefore, both Adam and the woman were free to obey or disobey the mandate from God without constraint or coercion. Fallen angels also had this authority system of Volition to
accept or reject the Divine Mandates but they all used it Wrongly. ( Matt 25:41) Ultimately Adam and the woman also made wrong decisions and as a result became spiritually dead, losing their Human Spirit, and immediately involved in the Power System of Satan, the Cosmic Dynaspheres, as shown by their attempt to cover their nakedness, which had been their status quo for a very long time. However, both Adam and the woman, after the Wrong Decisions, also used their Volition to accept the redemption solution provided by the promise from God of
a savior. (Gen 3:15) Because the Human Race is composed of the progeny of Adam and Eve through procreation the Human Race has been perpetuated in a state of spiritual death at physical birth therefore, to have any relationship with God, the individual Human must be born again, regenerated with a newly created Human Spirit, after making Salvation Adjustment to the Justice of God. This only occurs when the Individuals non-meritorious Volition moves in the direction of Faith ALONE in the Substitutionary Spiritual Death of The Lord Jesus, The Christ ALONE which is the same Redemption Solution that Adam and Eve had. Therefore, each and every human being has the OPTION through his own volition of taking this Redemption Solution and has Volition as his 1st internal authority and the first Divine Institution regulator.
Therefore, God created man to function under his own volition, under his RATIONAL internal Authority from application of his own freedom of choice, therefore the first gift from God to man was freedom of choice, volition, the 1st of the Divine Institutions. Man gets this from God whether he wants it or not but MUST choose how he uses it during his lifetime. Volition guarantees freedom and privacy, life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness based on one’s own free choices without any coercion. There are variations of both physical and mental ability in the Human Race and no 2 people ever have equality of ability. Races which cannot stand prosperity become soft and decline and races which cannot stand adversity destroy themselves. There is no such thing as a super race and within any race there are great variations of these 2 areas of ability. Freedom of choice gives each individual the right to whatever kind of life he wants. Free will gives all members of the Human Race the freedom to accept the Substitutionary Spiritual Death of The Lord Jesus, The Christ for their personal sins and also to
reject this provision for eternal salvation. (John 3:18, John 3:36) Therefore, Freedom is the basis for true evangelism and must not be stifled by adding gimmicks to non-meritorious faith alone in Christ Alone. Faith is the expression of non-meritorious volition and anything else is meritorious and when added to a response to the gospel does NOT result in the individual acquiring salvation.
The Humanity of Jesus could not even go to the cross unless the FREE WILL VOLITION of man is a bonifide operation in Human History, AND IT IS. There could be NO Salvation Adjustment to the Justice of God UNLESS The Lord Jesus, The Christ had free will volition during his Hypostatic Union. Adam used his free will volition to DISOBEY the mandate of God, thus produce sin, and the only way he could sin was to use his Negative Volition to reject the plan and mandate of God. Adam could not be moral or immoral because he had no conscience and knew nothing, had NO KNOWLEDGE of GOOD or EVIL but only of GRACE. He could not engage in any Mental Attitude Sins nor Verbal Sins but using his own Volitional Authority in opposition to the mandate of God, thus independently from God, resulted in the first sin in the Human Race just as had occurred in angelic creation as well. Therefore, the Humanity of Jesus going to the cross and accepting and imputation and then judgment of all human sins in his own body and then paying the penalty for those sins with his Substitutionary Spiritual Death, must be based on his own Positive Volition to present himself to be judged for them. His humanity had to use its own internal authority, VOLITION, to agree to do the Will of God and
in fact when he came into the world, (Heb 10) (19) he said as an infant “Lo I come to do your will Oh God”. Therefore, if there is no free will in the Human Race then there can be NO Salvation Adjustment to the Justice of God for anyone, therefore The Lord Jesus, The Christ would have had no reason to come in Hypostatic Union and would have totally wasted his time and life on the cross for nothing. Therefore The Humanity of the Lord Jesus, The Christ, just like every other human being in Human History had free will, VOLITION, Divine Institution #1.
The Lord Jesus, The Christ told believers to go to a private place and this reminds us that PRIVACY IS THE CENTRAL PRINCIPLE OF CHRISTIANITY. Every believer must have total privacy and this means that NO believer has any right to mind the business of any other believer and is why gossip and maligning are forbidden. It is only through privacy that the believer can make Salvation Adjustment to the Justice of God and grow in the Spiritual Life and it is through privacy that the believer lives his life as unto the Lord because it must be only what the Lord thinks of him that counts and what people think of him is inconsequential. The believer has every right to tell those who try to stick their noses into his business where to get off. Therefore, PRIVACY is a fundamental and basic concept involved in FREEDOM and the word of God advocates it from the standpoint of the Divine Institutions especially #1 Volition.
As a result of Self Righteous Arrogant violations of the privacy of others, the average Christian is not as good a person as the average unsaved Gentleman. The gentleman always minds his own business and never intrudes where he is not wanted and he always remembers a lady’s birthday but NEVER her age. Unfortunately, in most Local Churches there are pathological gossips and malingers and a myriad of people who want to run everyone else’s life and business and they are usually phony, religious, legalistic and Self Righteous. These believers are under triple compound Divine Discipline, under the most misery one can have apart from the Sin Unto Death. The command for the believer is “Mind your own business”, RESPECT THE PRIVACY OF OTHERS, and when others are out of line do not interfere but allow the Lord to do HIS job and handle them.
#2 – Marriage or Right Man / Right Woman #2 – Marriage or Right Man / Right Woman
This 2nd establishment principle is that of Right Man / Right Woman, the idea that GOD provides 1 correct man for EACH and Every Woman and vice versa and they should search for and find each other and continue their life under the principles of Marriage. God took Adam from Divine Institution #1 where his internal authority was volition and put him into the Divine Institution #2, Marriage. When Ish and Ishah, who was created from Ish, were joined in marriage each had their own internal authority but the external authority of the marriage remained with the ruler of the world Ish, the Man, in Divine Institution #2. Marriage is designed as a system of external authority in life and as a result provides the beginning of Organizational Humility between the 2 partners. It is a system of beast barracks to establish leadership and a proper love relationship between 1 man and 1 woman and this eases up after the initial period (of shock to the female). This concept preexisted the fall of man and Marriage is one man living with one woman regardless of the ceremony. The ceremony is only essential in a decadent society else people would switch partners any time they wanted to just as they currently do. Marriage is the underlying framework for the stability for a society and it overcomes the concept of communal living which is society’s system of anarchy.
#3 – Family #3 – Family
After the fall of Adam and Eve, when copulation was caused to result in reproduction Adam and Eve had Children and thus entered into Divine Institution #3, Family, where the Parents were established as the external authority over the children with the man as the final authority.
In Ephesians & Colossians (19) it defines that children must obey the parents and it describes the final external authority in the family as the father. Therefore, Family is the organizational system setup after marriage and designed as an expansion of the system of authority begun in marriage to provide Organizational Humility and Enforced Discipline for the developing children. Physical birth finds an infant helpless and useless and yet it is loved and cherished, theoretically at least by the parents. However, there is evidence from a research study in Human Viewpoint which says that there is increased unhappiness in the marriage the more children one has, most likely because of the increase in responsibility. Everyone had to come into this world with 2 parents and the best chance he can have in orienting to and functioning in this life is to be properly trained by his parents. Parents generally and universally love the infant but the infant cannot love the parents as an infant. Parents are provided for children as older human beings so that hopefully they have greater intelligence and common sense than the infant and so they can recognize that they have the responsibility to TRAIN their children. It takes a lot of consistent training to properly bring the child to the point of his being able to function properly in life among other human beings. Those parents who do not discipline their children with corporal punishment when needed in the early years will have enormous trouble later with that child as a teenager and the child will have much great difficulty later in their own life. A case in point is in the recently declared victory in 2024 of Mr. Trump as the president of the United States resulted in IVY LEAGUE colleges giving students a day off with the provision of “GRIEF” counseling and sublimation options for playing with children’s toys, etc. These COLLEGE AGE STUDENTS are having their erroneous upbringing reinforced by their universities so that they will continue to retain the concept that if they do not get what they want they can pout and feel sorry for themselves. The point is that the infant will not be maladjusted later in life if they are not coddled and catered to in their youth by the parents trying to make them into friends and gushingly loving them above all else to their ultimate detriment. It is proper TRAINING which is the RESPONSIBILITY OF THE PARENTS, but for Christian parents the responsibility is much greater because they must also train their children
in the realm of Bible Doctrine and the Plan of God. (Deut 6:4-9, Deut 7:9; Heb 13:7, Heb
13:17) After this INITIAL training the children must voluntarily develop a respect for the content of Bible Doctrine accurately taught under ICE principles by a properly qualified and prepared Pastor Teacher.
#4 – Nationalism #4 – Nationalism
After the failure of mankind with the conglomeration of the human race under a universal organizational system as a result of their having a common language at the tower of Babel, God forced man into a system of National entities with linguistic and geographic separations and boundaries as Divine Institution #4. Under this dispersion there had to be a system of organization and external authority to regulate the activities of man as “citizens” of each of the national entities thus began the concept of Government. This is the basic concept of external authority beyond the family where every individual living in an area or as a group is a member of a “national entity”, here called the United States of America. The LEGITIMATE nation which one lives in deserves his honor and devotion because as it functions under the Laws of Divine Establishment principles it is supposed to be the basis for preservation of his LIFE, FREEDOM, PRIVACY and PROPERTY from interference by others. To ensure this preservation from aggressive peoples outside his nation every male member of the community must spend time in military service. Any legitimate nation which is realistic and objective teaches everyone in the nation how to fight in military functions. In addition, some members of the community must function in Law Enforcement and Judicial services. This is to ensure the preservation of the nation and individual from aggressive people within the nation. This must be based on a system of legitimate common law which recognizes the principles of the sanctity of every person’s life, freedom, privacy and property. Therefore, ALL laws in Divine Institution #4 must follow the principles of the Laws of Divine Establishment and be designed to allow the individual citizen to use his own volition to SUCCEED or FAIL in every aspect of his life. The concept of effective common law is clearly illustrated by the Old Testament Scripture Freedom code found in the Decalogue, the 10 Commandments.
Nationalism is defined in Gen 10:5, Acts 17:26-28, Deut 32:8, and can be based on Racial, Geographical or Linguistic similarities. It must possess Interior protection through proper law enforcement and judicial implementation and there must be respect for law and law enforcement by the citizens. It must possess Exterior protection from effective military training and development and every young man must spend time in the military after their initial schooling before doing anything else in his life regardless of his physical handicap. In every nation, especially the Client or Priest Nation to God, where there is responsibility for preservation and dissemination of the Gospel and Bible Doctrine, there must be the protection of freedom in order to maintain the ability to evangelize by the communication of the Gospel of Christ to persons in the nation. However, the people who reside in the nation MUST always have the uncoerced use of their own internal authority of volition to accept or reject this. In addition freedom must be maintained to enable the communication of information regarding the post salvation spiritual life so that the volition of the Believer can choose for or against this unique spiritual life. Therefore the government of the nation among its duties must at all costs maintain a total separation from activities involving religion and Christianity. Therefore, the government of the nation in protecting the freedom, privacy, property and life of individual citizens must also seek out and punish crime but NEVER harass law abiding citizens. The government of the United States of America has become immoral and one example is that it engages in the production of a Census which is immoral and it uses and allows agents of various departments to break into private homes and violate individual privacy. This government has basically become an ILLEGITIMATE government and is subject to direct discipline from God as a result.
Legitimacy in Government and Nationalism Legitimacy in Government and Nationalism Legitimacy in any nation with any form of government is determined by its effective function
under the Laws of Divine Establishment and orientation to the Divine Institutions. Legitimate
government must have a system of Free Enterprise as the underlying system of economics which
is the only valid basis for human prosperity and its functions are the ONLY basis for
eliminating human parasites in the nation. Catastrophe in economics as recession and
depression are allowed by God to eliminate these parasites. There must also be a system of
jurisprudence based on Common Law supported by effective Legislation:
• The individual must always be considered INNOCENT of any wrongdoing or crime until
the government judicial system PROVES him guilty and this must be based on strict rules of evidence and never allowing hearsay into the witness statements.
• An individual must have the right to keep and bear arms and the government must not
EVER interfere with this.
• The government must not be invasive in any way by violating individual volition, privacy
and property, and never interfering with business, industry nor religion.
• Government must therefore never try to correct social difficulties by passing laws which
encroach on the rights of the people.
There must be a culture in the nation which promotes its position in the world and some nations such as many on the African Continent have cultures which demonstrate total decadence. However, the best governed nations of the world at one time were African including South Africa and Rhodesia, which the United States of America contributed to destroying. The culture of the nation should reflect the spiritual life, nobility, character and vigor of the people. These things should be reflected in the music, art, literature and drama of the nation. A government administration which functions in compliance with these principles, collects legitimate straight percentage taxes and supports genius when it is discovered. Unfortunately the entire system of the United States of America in both government and education stifles genius and has, in fact, become illegitimate.
National Pressures National Pressures
Satan and his established Cosmic Dynaspheres attack the Laws of Divine Establishment and Divine Institutions at every opportunity. However, when a national entity declines there are alternate Divine Laws for that nation which go into effect. Just as when the believer declines in his Spiritual Life he is subject to Self Induced Misery and Divine Discipline so as the nation declines it is subject to collective Self Induced Misery as national degeneration and Divine Discipline which comes in the form of the Laws of National Judgment, the 5 cycles of
