So, do you have an unanswered call? Must God burn your barley fields to get your attention? Will you not then do His bidding anyway? It is as the wise man said a long time ago, “Wisdom is justified of her children.” Hear the Lord! Submit to the Lord! Keep your barley fields!
FOR THOUGHT: “Barley fields” are simply representative of anything of value or that is precious to the individual. Have you suffered loss or pain with an awareness that God was keeping you on the narrow road of life instead of letting you destroy yourself on the broad road?
