Dedication

The word of God is alive and powerful, sharper than any two-edged sword, piercing even to the dividing asunder of the soul and the spirit, and of the joints and the marrow, and is a critic of thoughts and intents of the heart. (Heb 4:12) All Scripture is God-breathed, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness; that the man of God might be mature, thoroughly furnished unto all good works. (2Tim 3:16-17) Study to show thyself approved unto God, a workman that needeth not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth. (2Tim. 2:1)

This compilation of doctrinal principles is dedicated to my pastor of some 40+ years, Col. R. B.

Thieme Jr., who, in my humble opinion, is one of, if not the, foremost theologian of the 20th century and most likely many others as well. Without his consistent undaunted dogmatic teaching of Bible Doctrine this document would not have been possible and I would most likely NOT have a clue about the Christian Way of Life. In his physical presence, mental acuity, supreme dedication to the word of God and overriding dogmatic veracity in the presentation of the doctrines of the bible he has been a life changing inspiration to myself and literally hundreds of thousands of other believers throughout the world. I, and these others I am sure, look forward to the honor of standing in ranks before the Judgment Seat of Jesus Christ as representatives of the “Berachah Battalion” who have grown up in the Spiritual Life as a result of his phenomenal grace teaching.

Preface

Before a believer begins to study anything related to bible doctrine he must name or acknowledge his sins privately to God the Father in order to be forgiven those and all other sins, to be placed again into fellowship with God and under the teaching and guiding ministry of God the Holy Spirit. 1st John 1:9 states, “If we confess (name or cite) our (known) sins, He is faithful and justified to forgive us our (known) sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness (unknown sins).” This will put the believer into fellowship with God and under the Filling of God the Holy Spirit in a state of Genuine Humility and teachability and ready to learn Bible Doctrine. If you have never personally expressed faith alone in The Lord Jesus, The Christ alone the issue is NOT naming your sins. The issue is nonmeritorious faith alone in Christ alone. “He who believes in the Son has Eternal Life; But he who does not obey the command to believe in the Son shall not see life, but the wrath of God abides on him.” (John 3:18 , John 3:36)

If we are totally objective we must admit to having delusions about some things in life at some time. For myself there is ONE thing in this life which I have no delusions about, Bible Doctrine. Were it not for the teaching ministry of Col. R. B. Thieme Jr. and his consistent clear, concise and DOGMATIC presentation of the doctrines of the bible I would know nothing of orthodox fundamental biblical doctrine and the Christian Way of Life. I have no delusion about my knowledge, calling or spiritual gift; and, recognize that I could not do what he and many other pastors have done, and continue to do, in the constant studying and teaching of doctrine to their congregations. Over the years I have learned innumerable principles from these studies by Pastor Thieme. One of the most important things I have learned has been that

“One’s rate of learning MUST exceed one’s rate of FORGETTING” in order to advance in the Spiritual Life or to maintain one’s level of spiritual growth. This amplifies the necessity therefore of constant consistent Post Salvation Epistemological Rehabilitation through Perception, Cognition, Inculcation and Metabolization of Bible Doctrine and ultimately the application of it to life. It is my desire that this document be a source of consolidated doctrine to fulfill that very purpose.

This is a compilation from my notes on the principles directly derived from the lessons taught by Col. R. B. Thieme Jr. Many of the lessons from which this compilation is derived, having been taught many years prior to the time of my compiling this document, still, to this day, reflect a condition which exists and is essential in the Spiritual Life and which is generally ignored and unrecognized by the Christian. All of these lessons were taught after many years of Pastor Thieme serving in his ministry of Studying and Teaching Orthodox Fundamental Biblical Christian Doctrine according to an Isagogical, Exegetical and Categorical method. With this in mind be conscious of the fact that some of the terminology, doctrines and principles presented here will be, at best, difficult or obscure for the new or infant believer. It took the Colonel many years to come to the point of being able to extract these doctrines and principles from the original languages of scripture so it should reasonably require some years of study by the believer under his type of ministry to be able to understand what is herein contained. To facilitate this understanding on the part of the reader I have interlinked segments of this document with others to enable the reader to review or recall concepts, principles and doctrines Page 10 of 246 - Return to the Table of Contents

while reading. I have also included a Glossary of terms, a compilation of expanded translations of biblical passages and sections of fundamental doctrinal principles which I believe will help in this endeavor.

As one would expect, I have entered some opinions and concepts of my own from what I have learned from my studies of Pastor Thieme’s teaching of Bible Doctrine in later lessons, from later years and from life experiences and other current materials regarding ongoing historical and social trends. Therefore, one should understand that I have not kept the organizational system of the Entrance and Function “Gates” of the Divine Dynasphere identical to what the Colonel had listed. The effort here on my part has been to consolidate maximum principles of spiritual function and spiritual growth in order to provide a place where believers might go to acquire or review, concise but detailed, concepts related to maintaining life as a Christian in the Power System of God. However, nothing contained herein is ever to be construed to have been originated by my personal abilities to extract doctrines from the scripture. Neither is this to be a substitute for consistent daily study under one’s “right” Pastor Teacher in order to develop the momentum needed to reach and hold on to spiritual maturity, the ultimate objective of the Spiritual Life. If more details and reference passages are desired on the Divine Dynasphere or how these principles were derived the original lessons can be ordered from R. B.

My objective in presenting this compilation of Bible Doctrine does not include, nor am I concerned as to, whether it is considered good or bad, liked or disliked as a message but whether God the Holy Spirit can use the doctrinal content in the life of YOU the believer reading it. I have nothing to prove to anyone in life and it is only getting the message through to the YOU, the reader, that is important to me so that there is something for God the Holy Spirit to use as you progress in your personal spiritual growth. I have, in fact, attempted to organize these principles into discrete segments or categories. However, the Power System of God is an INTERLOCKING SYSTEM of function and cannot be segmented or separated into

discrete areas though it does evolve as a progressive system. Please! Keep in mind that the Divine Dynasphere is a progressive system of advancement and development as one functions to complete execution of the Protocol Plan of God in his lifetime and thus glorify God. It should be obvious then that these principles resist any attempt at separation into singular units being intricately interlocked into a system of Power provided by God for the PROGRESSIVE advance of the believer in the Spiritual Life as he fulfills the Protocol Plan of God requirements. Also keep in mind that the principles elucidated by Pastor Thieme in his studies of the Divine Dynasphere were taught at varying times with different background context and they must be related to other parts of the complex with which they readily interact and also with the development and deployment of the 10 Problem Solving Devices provided by God and building of the Edification Complex of the Soul as well. Therefore, their meaning in a particular situation is best understood and their propensity to move the believer toward Spiritual Maturity can be best identified by the believer if this interaction is realized. With this in mind understand that there must be PROGRESSIVE development of the principles and functions in this power system and one area of the Divine Dynasphere CANNOT be separated and Page 11 of 246 - Return to the Table of Contents

individually studied without relating it’s impact on and from, very often, several others.

However, as the Colonel might have said on occasion: “REPETITION, REPETITION, REPETITION IS INVALUABLE SO GET USED TO IT AND ENJOY IT.

This document can be read and studied from beginning to end but it does not have to be. It can also be studied and reviewed as individual chapters and segments for an understanding of the various aspects of the Protocol Plan of God for the life of the believer living in the Divine Dynasphere and the available POWER provided by God for his sustenance and progression in the Spiritual Life.

Introduction to the Divine Dynasphere

Pastor R. B. Thieme Jr. coined the term “dynasphere” to refer to Power Systems and it is derived from 2 Greek words:

● (gr) “dunamis” meaning power

▴ From Dunamis we get in the English DYNO meaning power in words such as Dynamometer

▾ A dynamometer or dyno for short, is a device for measuring force, torque, or

power.

● (gr) “sphia” meaning sphere

▴ a subject or area of knowledge; a range or area of activity

▾ the political sphere, the spiritual sphere

Thus Dynasphere is a power sphere. Due to the relative frailty of man and as a result of his purpose for existing being a resolution of the conflict between GOD and Fallen Angels led by Lucifer, in order for man to live and function in this life on this earth every person depends on some aspect of outside power.

Living Under Power Systems

Therefore, in order to live on this earth and function in a world ruled by Satan the individual person MUST function within some outside POWER SYSTEM. There are 2 available to him.

There are only 2 because man was originally created to resolve the conflict between the revolutionary Lucifer with his followers and GOD so that, in the Garden of Eden, when man was created, God set up a test for man with 2 options to choose from. This was basically a test for Adam, and later his wife, to choose to live under God’s Power System or the Power System of Satan. This test involved a prohibition of eating the fruit of the Tree of the Knowledge of Good and Evil, which was the production and policy of the Plan of Satan.

Originally this plan was designed by Satan to control angelic creation apart from God and provide a situation for living comparable to that provided by God. However, when God

allowed Satan’s appeal of His judgment and condemnation to the Lake of Fire for his Revolution, Satan revised and updated this plan to control man, again, APART FROM GOD.

When Adam chose to leave the Power System of God for the Power System of Satan, he

entered all of the subsequent Human Race into a process which God had set up to allow all of mankind to be able to choose between the Power System of God and the Power System of

Satan. The fact is that even the humanity of The Lord Jesus the Christ had to make this choice for himself many times in the 33 years of his Hypostatic Union. In the Power System of God known as the Divine Dynasphere, the Protocol Plan of God, the individual would be under the Grace Plan of God with Divine Viewpoint thinking and his potential production would be Divine Good. In the Power System of Satan known as the Cosmic Dynaspheres, the individual would be under the Evil Plan of Satan with Human Viewpoint thinking and its requisite production of Human Good. Therefore, man has to choose in his lifetime on this earth whether he will live within the Power System of the Cosmic Dynaspheres or the Power System of the Divine Dynasphere.

If the believer is to advance in his Spiritual Life toward and remain in the status of Maturity Adjustment to the Justice of God he must therefore reside consistently within the POWER

SYSTEM OF GOD. In these studies the Colonel delineated 8 entrance points, really function areas or categories of Bible Doctrine, in God’s system of power for the believer with extremely limited access granted to the unbeliever. These entrance and function “Gates” are accessed and resided in by the believer as he PROGRESSIVELY advances in his Spiritual Life from

spiritual infancy to spiritual maturity. In order to provide a better organized compilation of the principles involved in the Divine Dynasphere I have revised some of the structure related to the concepts behind this Power System of God to reflect an ENVELOPING system regarding the functions of the believer in his progressions in his spiritual life. Pastor Thieme discussed several “Envelopes” of function and I have consolidated some and expanded others from doctrinal principles to enhance the structure and understanding of the Power System of God the Divine Dynasphere.

The Power System of God

Contradictions cannot exist for the believer in the Christian Way of Life under the Protocol Plan of God and the believer either lives in the Divine Dynasphere or in the Cosmic Dynaspheres OR

spends a lot of time switching back and forth and thereby wasting his time on this earth. The Christian cannot ever account for his actions, identify his personality, find his niche or meet the Super – Grace Blessing Escrow requirements established by God in Eternity Past for HIM

personally, in undefinable terms. He must be able to define his actions under the terms of the direct Will of God. The Christian must learn to think according to and must live within the Divine Dynasphere the Protocol Plan of God so that he can think in terms of Perception, Cognition, Inculcation, Metabolization and Application of Bible Doctrine. Then he will be able to use, under the functions of his priesthood, the 10 Problem Solving Devices. Never before in Human History and never after this Church Age has ended will there ever again be the opportunities provided specifically for Church Age believers as Royal Family of God. Every Church Age believer is his own Royal Priest and thus designed to function under or based on the content of his own soul. However, this is impossible for him without the accumulation of maximum Metabolized Bible Doctrine, the THINKING of Christ (1Cor 2:16) into the Right Lobe of the Stream of Consciousness of his Soul. Man is born physically into this life without knowledge of physical life and then at Salvation Adjustment to the Justice of God he is also

“born again” without knowledge of the Spiritual Life. As a result of Man entering these 2

aspects of life without knowledge he can only engage in emoting and emotion must always be subordinated to INTELLECT, THEREFORE, man MUST learn. The believer enters into the Christian Way of Life in IGNORANCE and MUST learn the principles of the Plan of God and

the Christian Way of Life to effectively function therein. The day to day problems of this life cannot be handled in any way when he tries to do so using someone else’s soul, knowledge or viewpoint. Thus, the incredible importance of moving forward in the Spiritual Life by LEARNING Bible Doctrine Principles to the point of becoming Spiritually Self Sustaining and having maximum use of one’s own Royal Priesthood.

The Power System of God the Divine Dynasphere calls for Virtue First. This System of God requires from the believer consistent residence and function within the Divine Dynasphere which progresses the believer in the development of Virtue in his life as a result of OBEDIENCE

to God’s mandates. This system and its 8 “gates” or areas of function, because of their Page 14 of 246 - Return to the Table of Contents

continuous interaction with each other, work to move the believer from Salvation Adjustment to the Justice of God, Spiritual Infancy to Maturity Adjustment to the Justice of God, Spiritual Maturity. This system is composed of Envelopes of function and activity which overlap and integrate into one another to form a complex system for the spiritual growth and life of the believer. This provides him with the ability to Progress to Maturity Adjustment to the Justice of God and beyond. These Envelopes of function begin at one point in the Divine Dynasphere and are completed in their development many times at some other point in the Divine Dynasphere. HOWEVER, their functions do not end with their completion but it is an enhanced maximum level of each envelope’s function which is completed and this then continues for the entire Spiritual Life. These Envelopes include:

▰ Opens at Gate #1 with Salvation Adjustment to the Justice of God and the

provision of the Filling of God the Holy Spirit as Entrance into the Divine

Dynasphere and includes the provision of the 39 Irrevocable Assets for the Spiritual Life

▰ Reaches a high point at Maturity Adjustment to the Justice of God the first

victory step in the Spiritual Life where the believer receives his Escrow

Super – Grace blessing package.

▰ Culminates in the believer’s life in time at the completion of the Spiritual

Life in Advanced Maturity Adjustment to the Justice of God where the believer receives a vast enhancement of his Escrow blessings as Ultra Super

– Grace Blessings.

▰ Is extended into eternity with Surpassing – Grace Blessings along with Eternal Decorations and Rewards provided by God for his level of spiritual

advancement and Divine Good production in time.

▴ Spirituality Envelope

▰ Because it is an absolute it opens at Gate #1 at Salvation Adjustment to the

Justice of God with the provision of the Filling of God the Holy Spirit,

Problem Solving Device #2 and the Foundation of the Edification Complex

of the Soul.

▰ It is thereafter maintained or recovered after the failure of the believer in

carnality by the use of Problem Solving Device #1, the Rebound Procedure and is in fact a combination of Problem Solving Devices #1 & #2 to maintain this status throughout the entire Spiritual Life.

▴ Balanced Residency Envelope

▰ Opens at Gate #1 with Salvation Adjustment to the Justice of God with God

the Holy Spirit under the Filling of God the Holy Spirit controlling the

believer’s soul.

▰ Culminates upon reaching Maturity Adjustment to the Justice of God where

a maximum level of Metabolized Bible Doctrine has been accumulated in the soul under the control of God the Holy Spirit.

▰ This results in a balanced residence of the Filling of God the Holy Spirit and

maximum Metabolized Bible Doctrine in the Right Lobe of the Stream of

Consciousness of the Soul of the individual believer which then must be

Blessings set up for him in Eternity Past by God the Father. These provide him the means for great enjoyment in life and the ability to move beyond Maturity Adjustment to the Justice of God to Advanced Maturity Adjustment to the Justice of God where he has the unique privilege of Pleasing God.

Priorities of the Power System of God

As the believer advances from Spiritual Infancy in his development in the Spiritual Life he continues to change his priorities of life based on his level of inculcated and metabolized Bible Doctrine. He will progressively set priorities so that his focus in life remains primarily on his Spiritual Life and his Spiritual Growth. These priorities are part of the details needed to successfully execute to completion the Protocol Plan of God. The priorities of the Power System of God, the Divine Dynasphere, the Protocol Plan of God include:

● In the Purpose of God, Christ First

● In the Policy of God, Grace First

● In the Objective of God, Momentum First

● In the Authority of God, Bible Doctrine First

The believer who does not maintain the priority of the Objective of God by consistent Post Salvation Epistemological Rehabilitation from Perception, Cognition, Inculcation and Metabolization of Bible Doctrine has put other things first in his Spiritual Life and will NOT

advance and will inevitably become a LOSER believer, losing his eternal rewards but NOT his salvation.

Mandates of the Power System of God

In addition the Power System of God has Mandates which must become the 1st priority of the believer:

● The first mandate is to LEARN Bible Doctrine in the system.

▲ Therefore the first factor in the Power System of God is to constantly make good decision from a position of strength, from the Divine Viewpoint developed from

Metabolized Bible Doctrine inculcated into the Right Lobe of the Stream of Consciousness of the Soul.

● The second mandate in the Power System of God is to retain personal control over one’s own life.

▲ If believers do not use Metabolized Bible Doctrine to control self then they have

NO CONTROL over their lives.

Absolute Truth vs Relatives

If the believer has no Absolute Truth from Metabolized Bible Doctrine in his soul he must think in terms of comparisons which are relatives and if all he can do is think in terms of relative concepts he cannot have HAPPINESS, TRUTH, STABILITY therefore NO EFFECTIVE LIFE. In

effect he is an animal trying to get the most out of life. The Human Soul must have ABSOLUTE Norms and Standards from Absolute Truth to have Capacity for Life and Happiness and also discernment about people and life in general. The only Absolute Truth available is found in the Word of God, Bible Doctrine, the THINKING of Christ. (1Cor 2:16) The unbeliever has one area of Absolute Truth which he can access to enjoy a good life on this earth before his death and that is found in the bible doctrinal principles involved in the understanding of and function under the Laws of Divine Establishment and Divine Institutions. The believer MUST learn Absolute Truth from Bible Doctrine and apply it as an individual and as he learns and applies this Absolute Truth he thus grows in the GRACE of the Plan of God.

Without Absolute Truth for the believer there is NO WAY to have any relationship with God and any relationship with God must come from the Absolute Truth of Bible Doctrine which has been sustained and preserved for ALL of Human History. God is TRUTH, his thinking is

TRUTH and this truth must become part of the believer’s thinking. The human mind can be used profitably throughout one’s life by accumulating Absolute Truth but the mind without truth accumulates incredible levels of Arrogance and a saturation with the LIE from EVIL and thus results in providing great Self Induced Misery to that individual. Without Absolute Truth the unbeliever cannot find the way to Salvation Adjustment to the Justice of God and Eternal Life because it is Truth by which he is saved by God and Truth by which he then lives his life using Metabolized Bible Doctrine to make daily application to Life. Truth is the greatest antidote to the Power Systems of Satan the Cosmic Dynaspheres and its myriad of LIES and Deceptions and Absolute Truth is the only means of avoiding Arrogance and Hatred in the Cosmic Dynaspheres. Without truth there can be no understanding of the present, no place to go in the future and no way to profit from one’s myriad of failures in the past. Therefore without Absolute Truth from Bible Doctrine the believer is nothing and only the 3 categories of Absolute Truth can make life meaningful.

Satan’s whole power system is composed of false doctrine derived from his principles of EVIL

and is always organized in terms of relatives so that there are no absolutes in those systems except the pseudo absolute of Satan’s POWER. In the Cosmic Dynaspheres the entry “gates”

or areas of function all emphasize relative concepts of life. Those who think in terms of relatives cannot ever enjoy the blessings which come from possessing the absolutes. Truth comes in absolute form and is NOT RELATIVE and it is ONLY the application of truth which must be relative because it is applied to different situations which are relative, however, the TRUTH itself is ABSOLUTE. DEATH is absolute, walk into any cemetery or remember former

friends or loved ones and consider that EVERYONE WILL DIE (apart from the rapture) and this is an absolute because DEATH is part of the function of the Human Race! Every believer will die and go to heaven, be absent from the body and face to face with the Lord, whether he has failed or succeeded. Every believer WILL have an interim body and WILL have a marvelous time in the interim state and the time, place, or manner of how he will die is not ever to be an issue to him because The Lord Jesus, The Christ knows when, where and how he will die.

If the believer continues residing in the Divine Dynasphere with consistent momentum he WILL

have a marvelous time dying and THIS IS RELATIVE. He may die minus pain, maybe yes and

maybe no, he may die happy, maybe yes and maybe no, he should enjoy dying because he

should enjoy living in the Protocol Plan of God and dying is just an extension of living. How the Lord takes him out of this life is inconsequential and he may have desires as to how he would prefer dying but the Lord knows what is best for him and it may be sudden or prolonged but it WILL be the best. This is all RELATIVE and the ABSOLUTE is DEATH itself.

People without absolutes focus on death as something to fear, they fear the relatives and have no stability based on the absolutes. Many people will die horribly and fear dying because they are miserable already and in fact dying already. The attitudes toward the ABSOLUTE of

DEATH are RELATIVES and run the gamut between total fear and total relaxation. Therefore the principle should be obvious, all applications of Bible Doctrine are RELATIVE but the Bible Doctrines themselves are ABSOLUTE TRUTHS. Therefore, the soul of the believer must have Absolute Truth from Metabolized Bible Doctrine saturating it.

Self Sustaining Functions in the Divine Dynasphere

There are 2 self sustaining functions for the believer who is consistently residing in the Power System of God, the Divine Dynasphere:

Gate #1: Filling of God the Holy Spirit, the Power Gate

The Filling of God the Holy Spirit is the absolute status quo of SPIRITUALITY. The indwelling of God the Holy Spirit, initiated for every believer in this Church Age at the point of his making Salvation Adjustment to the Justice of God, by GOD, plus the Royal Priesthood of each and every believer, based on the Baptism of God the Holy Spirit placing him into union with Christ, makes it possible for the believer to be under the Filling of God the Holy Spirit. It is the first aspect of the Plan of God which the believer participates in immediately after making the decision for Salvation Adjustment to the Justice of God through faith alone in the Substitutionary Spiritual Death of The Lord Jesus the Christ alone. At the very moment of Salvation Adjustment to the Justice of God, God the Father puts the believer under the Filling of God the Holy Spirit and thus into the Divine Dynasphere. Anything and everything accomplished and of any value in the Plan of God must be accomplished while God the Holy Spirit is in control of the believer’s soul and he is residing in the Divine Dynasphere. The believer must be under the Filling of God the Holy Spirit to function in the Protocol Plan of God the Power System of God the Divine Dynasphere. The fact is that at the moment of

Salvation Adjustment to the Justice of God, the believer receives from God 39 irrevocable, permanent, eternal Assets for his Spiritual Life and 1 Revocable Asset, the Filling of God the Holy Spirit. This Status Quo of “spirituality” is required for the believer to function in the Power System of God and make any progress in spiritual growth and advancement in the

Spiritual Life. In other words NOTHING can be accomplished, nothing of the Spiritual Life can function, without the Filling of God the Holy Spirit. HOWEVER, there is one aspect of the provisions from God which functions OUTSIDE the Protocol Plan of God and out from under

the Filling of God the Holy Spirit, the Rebound Procedure, Problem Solving Device #1. (1John

1:9, 1Cor 11:31, Rev 3:19, 2Tim 2:25, Eph 4:22, Heb 9:12-15, Heb 12:11-15, James 1:21, Phil

3:13, Jer 3:13, Lev 4, Prov 28:13, Ps 32:5, Ps 38:18, Ps 51:1-4, Rom 12:1, Rom 6:12-13) These 2 Grace provisions from God form the Spirituality Envelope of the Divine Dynasphere the Protocol Plan of God. These 1st 2 Problem Solving Devices MUST be consistently used in order to maintain the Spirituality Envelope and enable the believer to be able to use the 39 Assets for spiritual functions and to enable spiritual growth for the believer.

Pseudo Spirituality

God does not change nor does He desire to change human personalities as one can learn from the doctrinal principles of Inspiration. Humans like to try to change their personality when they find self compatible with some and incompatible with others. When a believer has any preconceived notions as to what constitutes spirituality he finds it very desirable to line up a series of personal characteristics regarding personality and then call this spirituality. As a result believers often construe personality to be a measure of spirituality and this is totally UNTRUE.

When one discovers Christians trying to change their personality OR the personalities of others, this is a terrible mistake and when it concerns trying to change others it is an overt violation of the Privacy of the individual and completely based on EVIL. It is amazing to see how God uses all sorts of personalities in his plan. The differences between the Apostles Paul and John in the area of personality is truly amazing. God used these 2 men and their totally different personalities in very different ways as authors of scripture and as men whose lives counted in his plan but and without altering their personalities. of Christianity and certainly not necessary for spirituality although there are changes which will come in the thought patterns of the believer as he matures spiritually by his functioning under

the Grace Apparatus for Perception.

Essential of the Filling of God the Holy Spirit

In order to understand the essential nature of maintaining the Filling of God the Holy Spirit in order for the believer to function in the Protocol Plan of God the NATURE of man must be understood. Man was in fact created to resolve the conflict between Lucifer including his angelic followers the fallen angels and GOD. In angelic creation The Lord Jesus the Christ created angelic creatures and the universe as a place for them to live and function and as the pinnacle of his angelic creation he made Lucifer, son of the Morning, the most perfect super genius angelic creature. He then put Lucifer in charge of administering the Angelic Creation, which he did for an unknown period of time. Then as per Is 14:12-14, Lucifer, at some point, decided he could administer angelic creation APART FROM GOD. He then formulated a Plan, EVIL, with a system of production, (If I may) Angelic Good, in order to attempt to have an angelic society which was as perfect in its function as it is under God. He then went about his duties as administrator throughout angelic creation and convinced

follow him and his plan, Evil, and NOT God’s Plan of GRACE. When all angelic creatures had made their personal decision to either follow the Plan of Satan, EVIL or follow the Plan of God, GRACE, God convened the Supreme Court of Heaven and brought Lucifer and his followers to trial. God presented the incontrovertible evidence (He is after all omniscient) and proceeded to render JUDGMENT with condemnation of the offenders to the Lake of Fire for

Eternity.

At this point, Lucifer, with a sudden lucid comprehension of the position he had put himself in, spoke up and challenged the condemnation saying that IF God condemned his created creatures to the Lake of Fire he could not be GOD because GOD is LOVE and in the condemnation He

was only using his Absolute Righteousness and Absolute Justice to condemn them. Lucifer in his deceitful way was at this point IGNORING the FACT that he had, by his engaging in

revolution against God taken himself out from under the Love of God and placed himself

directly under responsibility to the Righteousness of God and Justice of God. God again being omniscient knew in Eternity Past prior to creation that all this would occur and under his continuing GRACE polity he agreed to provide a demonstration to show ALL angelic creatures that his Essence or Character ALWAYS worked synchronously together at all times. He used 6

days to restore the Earth, which Lucifer had been using as a Base of Operations and which He had packed in ice to keep Lucifer and the fallen angels OFF after He had kicked them off for the Angelic Conflict Trial. He then provided perfect environment for a new creature, MAN.

He created first ISH, Man, and later a help mate, WIFE, for him, ISHAH, Out from Man, as Witnesses in the Angelic Conflict Appeal Trial and gave rulership of the earth to Ish and the responsibility for cataloging all the things God had created here.

They lived in this perfect environment for an unknown period of time with but one single prohibition or test, they were prohibited from eating the fruit of the Tree of the Knowledge of Good and Evil, which was in fact the Plan for Production and the Policy for Rulership of Satan Page 27 of 246 - Return to the Table of Contents

over the Earth. Eventually Ishah became bored and rejected the Authority of her Husband, Bible Doctrine, which was taught to them daily in the evenings by the creator, The Lord Jesus the Christ, and the authority of The Lord Jesus the Christ, GOD himself as well. She had long conversations with her Pet the Serpent and one day Lucifer indwelt the serpent and played on the developing Arrogance in Ishah’s soul and ultimately deceived her into thinking that God did not want her to eat the fruit of the Tree of the Knowledge of Good and Evil because that would make her as smart as God. Having NOT paid attention in bible study in the cool of the evenings, she distorted the prohibition of God into being a prohibition to NOT TOUCH or EAT

the fruit since that would Kill them. In fact the prohibition was only against eating the fruit and disobedience would result in a SPIRITUAL DEATH which would bring at a later time their PHYSICAL DEATH. Dying spiritually she would then die physically as some later date. In her arrogance she gathered up Ish and took a walk through the Garden to the Tree of the Knowledge of Good and Evil where she went and picked the fruit and holding it in her hand she proclaimed that it had not killed her thus the prohibition must be wrong so she ATE some of it. Instantly she was transformed from a trichotomous being with Physical Human Body, a Human Soul and a Human Spirit to a dichotomous being with only the Physical Body and Soul.

In essence she had committed Human Spirit or Spiritual Life suicide. Understanding this and now having the Knowledge of Good and Evil she most likely panicked and turned to Ish and held the fruit out to him. Ish not being deceived at all but understanding what had happened to Ishah turned over his divinely provided authority to her and took the fruit willingly from her hand and ate of it thus causing his own Spiritual Life Suicide. This Spiritual Death resulted in a distortion of the genetic structure of the Human body producing in it the Nature to Sin or what is called the Old Sin Nature.

In effect Ish had voluntarily taken himself out of the GRACE Plan of God and Out from under the Love of God, which had to this point provided everything they had required to live pleasantly on this earth, and put himself UNDER the Plan of Satan, EVIL, thus turning over rulership of this world to Lucifer. As the name of the prohibited Tree proclaimed the Plan of Satan had a POLICY, EVIL and a PRODUCTION, GOOD which is called Human Good to distinguish it from the production in the Plan of God under GRACE called Divine Good. Then, in the evening when The Lord Jesus the Christ, the creator, showed up to teach bible study.

the 2 humans had hidden themselves because now lacking Spiritual Life because of having

killed their Human Spirit they could not have any contact with GOD. Then GOD, the Creator, The Lord Jesus the Christ, initiated contact with them FOR THE PURPOSE OF JUDGMENT

which was the only contact he could have with sinful man. He condemned the woman to

BEAR CHILDREN and constantly desire to usurp the Authority of her Husband and he condemned the man to Work to keep himself alive and to transfer the genetic distortion of the Old Sin Nature to his children.

This Old Sin Nature, which every human being born into this world possesses, with only 1

exception in all of Human History, has a unique structure. It is composed of Lust or Desire Patterns of the Body, and Trends of function or activity involving Lascivious Lawlessness or Legalistic Self Righteousness. Area of Strength which produces temptation to produce Human Good as production under the influence of EVIL. All the functions of the Old Sin Nature are based on Motivation from EVIL

as it infiltrates the soul as the doctrines of demons. Therefore, the LUST or DESIRE patterns of the body when activated will stimulate the TRENDS which in turn activate the Area of Weakness or Area of Strength to produce TEMPTATION to the production of Sin, Crime or

Human Good. IF the believer accepts the temptation, maybe he will and maybe he will not, and moves to function under the trends of the Old Sin Nature based on the Lusts therein, he INSTANTLY leaves the Grace Plan of God, the Power System of God the Divine Dynasphere and enters the Evil Plan of Satan, the Power System of Satan the Cosmic Dynaspheres.

The Issue in the Angelic Conflict Appeal Trial

It was the desire of Satan, in providing the Plan of EVIL, to produce a perfect human society apart from GOD. However, it is most likely that in his genius Satan anticipated that causing man to fail and causing the development of the Old Sin Nature would result in an Area of Weakness which would produce temptation to sin. This was most likely not actually part of his overall plan but a desired result or effect which would take the individual OUT of the Plan of God to cause him to be only able to produce Human Good under Evil. SIN causes spiritual death which is total separation from God, (see Ish, Adam and Ishah, Eve) so Sin cannot be part of the Grace Plan of God. Evil as the Plan of Satan was designed to provide a Utopian society, beneficial to mankind apart from God, SIN is not specifically part of that plan but is a necessary means of moving a believer OUT of the Plan of God so that his production is Human Good based on Evil. However, do not be fooled here, Satan does not want sin in his plan except where the believer is concerned in order to take him OUT of the Plan of God and put him under his own Plan of Evil. Therefore, although it is not specifically a part of Satan’s desired plan outcome when it occurs he will capitalize on it. Satan will use one’s sin because it takes the believer out of the Plan of God and keeps him from being an effective WITNESS

for the Prosecution in the Angelic Conflict Appeal Trial but sin DOES NOT add to the Plan of Satan. Consider that the prohibition in the GARDEN for Ish and Ishah was the Tree of the Knowledge of Good, the Production, and Evil, the Policy & Plan, of Satan to rule this world and had nothing related to SIN in it. As a result of this DISTRACTION and DISRUPTION to the issue of the Angelic Conflict Appeal Trial by the potential for SIN, which prevents the creature from having any contact or relationship with God except for JUDGMENT, The Lord Jesus the Christ had to come to this earth. The Lord Jesus the Christ had to receive the imputation and judgment of ALL Human Sin to REMOVE SIN as an issue in the Angelic Conflict Appeal Trial and the lives of human beings. Rejection of Christ causes the unbeliever to remain in the Plan of Satan residing and functioning within the Cosmic Dynaspheres and to ultimately be condemned to spend Eternity with Satan in the Lake of Fire.

Therefore, entry into the Plan of God is by means of Salvation Adjustment to the Justice of God through faith alone in the Substitutionary Spiritual Death of The Lord Jesus the Christ ALONE. This puts the believer into the Protocol Plan of God, the Power System of God, the Divine Dynasphere under the Filling of God the Holy Spirit. The Filling of God the Holy Spirit is designed to have God the Holy Spirit in control of the functions of the soul of the believer.

This then provides the mechanics under Operation Z the Grace Apparatus for Perception to enable him to advance in the Spiritual Life from his increase in the KNOWLEDGE of God. In order to leave the Protocol Plan of God, the Power System of God, the Divine Dynasphere, the believer must CHOOSE to commit or produce Sin or Crime (which eventually leads to some

aspect of Human Good production). This turns the control of his soul over to the Old Sin Nature, Satan’s Inside Man, and takes it away from God the Holy Spirit. It takes a volitional decision to enter into EVIL, the Plan of Satan, therefore it takes a volitional decision to recover from such involvement. The only mechanism available to the believer for recovery from these failings is the ‘Rebound Procedure’, Problem Solving Device #1. (1John 1:9) This is based on the fact that The Lord Jesus the Christ received the imputation and judgment for all human sins when he was on the cross and PAID the full penalty for them with his Substitutionary Spiritual Death for EACH and EVERY sin of the Human Race. Therefore, each and every sin a believer will ever commit has been judged and paid for already SO THEY CANNOT BE JUDGED

AGAIN. When the believer commits sin, generally, he places himself under Self Induced Misery and, generally, only when he remains in carnality, a sinful status, for prolonged periods does he receive directly from God, Divine Discipline as punishment. This punishment is NOT for the SIN itself (it has already been paid for) but for the believer remaining OUTSIDE of the Protocol Plan of God, the Divine Dynasphere. In essence Divine Discipline is a WAKE UP call for the believer to get back under the Filling of God the Holy Spirit, back into the Divine Dynasphere and functioning in the Protocol Plan of God. Since all sin was imputed to The Lord Jesus the Christ and judged by God the Father, the believer simply has to cite, acknowledge, NAME his sin thus AGREEING with the efficacy of the judgment of sin in Christ and GOD WILL FORGIVE

HIM! This places him back into the Divine Dynasphere, the Protocol Plan of God and his soul back under the control of God the Holy Spirit. This Rebound Procedure (1John 1:9) is a process of regaining fellowship with God and forgiveness of sin, it is NOT prayer nor function within the Faith Rest Drill (5 Stages) both which require the Filling of God the Holy Spirit for efficacy. It is a PROCESS or PROCEDURE for the believer who has moved out of the Protocol Plan of God and out from under the functional power of God the Holy Spirit. It is the only efficacious function provided for the believer outside of the Divine Dynasphere and out from under the Filling of God the Holy Spirit. Its specific purpose is to restore the absolute status of Spirituality, the Filling of God the Holy Spirit, Problem Solving Device #2. Envelope and must consistently use the Rebound Procedure (1John 1:9) as an Instant Reaction Force to make recovery from any failures in the Spiritual Life and restore the Filling of God the Holy Spirit.

The Envelopes of the Power Gate

The Filling of God the Holy Spirit (Problem Solving Device #2) is the residency status of the believer who is in fellowship with God thus opening of the Balance of Residence Envelope of the Divine Dynasphere, the Protocol Plan of God and it is:

▾ The Spirituality Envelope involves the consistent function of the Rebound Procedure, Problem Solving Device #1 in order to retain Spirituality as the Filling

▾ The Filling of God the Holy Spirit is Essential and Required for providing the

mechanics for Perception, Cognition, Inculcation and Metabolization of Bible Doctrine as Post Salvation Epistemological Rehabilitation under the Grace

Apparatus for Perception.

▴ The Opening of the Balanced Residency Envelope

▾ The objective of the believer in the Protocol Plan of God is to accumulate maximum Metabolized Bible Doctrine into his Right Lobe of the Stream of Consciousness of the Soul thus reach the spiritual status of Maturity and have a

balanced residence in his soul from maximum time under the Filling of God the

Holy Spirit with the Thinking of Christ (1Cor 2:16), Bible Doctrine.

This is the opening of residence, the first and primary gate of entrance, into the Power System of God, the Divine Dynasphere. This Gate is the opening of the Spirituality Envelope, the Residency Envelope and Perceptibility Envelope. This Spirituality Envelope results in functions of Perceptibility developed from basic Metabolized Bible Doctrine acquired in Gate #2, of the Divine Dynasphere, Basic Christian Modus Operandi, which is what, in spiritual childhood, forms the 1st 2 Problem Solving Devices. These 2 Problem Solving Devices form the Spirituality Envelope required for advancement in the Protocol Plan of God, the Christian Way of Life. As the POWER Gate for the believer in the Divine Dynasphere it must be maintained by consistent function using Problem Solving Device #1, The Rebound Procedure. This Gate provides the power to Learn, Metabolize and APPLY Bible Doctrine with the dynamics of perception under

the Grace Apparatus for Perception, Operation Z with its 4 Rs. (Zech 4:6) Therefore, the Filling

of God the Holy Spirit is an ABSOLUTE status and the believer is either under the Filling of God the Holy Spirit and Spiritual or NOT! Consequently, there are no degrees of spirituality, no degrees of residence in the Divine Dynasphere, though there are many varying degrees of spiritual growth and Progressions in the Spiritual Life:

• Spiritual Infancy

• Spiritual Youth 3 levels

• Spiritual Adulthood 3 levels

The believer is either under the Filling of God the Holy Spirit and thus is considered

“spiritual” or he does not have the Filling of God the Holy Spirit and is considered “carnal”

or sinful or has violated some provision of the GRACE Plan of God and entered into function under the EVIL Plan of Satan. When under the Filling of God the Holy Spirit with God the Holy Spirit controlling the soul he is in the Power System of God, the Divine Dynasphere.

When not under the Filling of God the Holy Spirit he has his own Old Sin Nature controlling the soul and he is in the Power System of Satan, the Cosmic Dynaspheres. Therefore his status is, Spirituality vs Carnality, which is Grieving or Quenching God the Holy Spirit, are mutually exclusive. Grieving God the Holy Spirit means the believer is living in Cosmic Dynasphere I the Interlocking System of Arrogance and Quenching God the Holy Spirit means the believer is living in Cosmic Dynasphere II the Interlocking System of Antagonistic Emotional Hatred. In any of these cases the believer is still indwelt by God the Holy Spirit as part of the 40 assets

given to him by God at Salvation Adjustment to the Justice of God but is living outside of the Protocol Plan of God.

No DEGREES of Spirituality

Although there are NO DEGREES of spirituality, the Filling of God the Holy Spirit, spirituality does have degrees of MANIFESTATION which are dependent on the believer’s level of spiritual growth and advance in the Protocol Plan of God. In other words the believer in Maturity Adjustment to the Justice of God will inevitably and obviously have a greater MANIFESTATION
