This is why I reject the religious views of both theistic and secular humanists, both the “Christian”
and secular scientists, even though some from both camps are truly elect souls with a potential to love in just and God-like ways. I cannot stomach their carnal “Christian” misinterpretations of the Scriptures, which revolves around the worship of human gods and factious “free wills.” And I certainly cannot join with secular scientists who ignore empirical evidence demonstrating the existence of spiritual realities, such as good and evil, love and hate, right and wrong, which all necessarily originate from spirits and serve only spiritual purposes. It is impossible for a rational mind to believe their blindly believed speculations about a “big bang” and evolution. So now I find myself rejected by them, but closer to the Spirit of the Creator and myriads of living spirits whom He binds to the earth. Yes, my brain of flesh is permanently dysfunctional, caused by both inherent cognitive disorders and PTSD. But my spirit is well, and steadfastly joyful, though I remain unable to join either side, since both sides cling to religious doctrines of humanism and the same delusional perceptions of time. Since I now realize that earthly time is entirely relative to the experiences God creates in the minds of our spirits, I cannot be a humanist. Only the Bible actually provides a sound, rational, spiritual and scientific explanation of the origins of all existence. In God’s Word, I also find that six days and six nights are exactly the same amount of time as 14 billion years. And science has now proven this fact to be true. So now let me try to explain what the Bible says and does not say.
As I have often mentioned, the Scriptures differentiate between earthly and heavenly time. Then it declares that “one day is with the Lord as a thousand years, and a thousand years as one day” (II Pet.
3:8, WEB). So God, who is a Spirit, perceives one earthly day as a thousand spiritual years and a thousand earthly years as one spiritual day. But, first, since God Himself actually perceives earthly time, then we must conclude that earthly time must be real, according to this Scripture. However, because the Creator of all laws of nature sees earthly time in the relative terms described here by Peter, then earthly time cannot be linear, not in the way we perceive it to be. Perfectly consistent units of time do not pass sequentially, as they do on clocks. In reality, one equal second is not followed by another equal second. And science also proves that we can communicate with satellites and humans which have travelled great distances. So those “distanced” people and things exist now, in our present, while in our past, where our present is their future. Therefore, the way in which we experience earthly time must be a manipulated perception. Earthly time is not linear and sequential.
It must be entirely relative to a time in a more real spiritual realm of God, where earthly and spiritual time originated, coexist and are not linear. Earthly time does pass one equal second after another, one equal minute, hour, day and year after another. So all earthly time must be relative to God’s mind.
I repeat, science proves this to be true. For someone who has travelled at great speeds for long distances is literally living in the past, while another person who has never travelled much is literally living in the future. The theory of general relativity tells us this, and that theory has been verified by millions of experiments and empirical observations. Yet both a person in the past and a person in the future can sit down at the same table and talk directly to one another, within the same time. And we communicate with satellites existing in the past, then receive communications from past satellites here in our future, all at the same times. So past and future meet in earthly time. Both experience one and the same earthly time. Therefore, both the past and future exist at the same earthly time, and we must conclude that there can be no such thing as a past time and a future time. Only a current time, only a present, only a “now” actually exists for all of us, although our conscious selves, which must actually be our spirits existing outside of material times, perceive time passing through our senses and brains of our flesh. But a “now” contains all the past and future at once. Thus, some part of us experiences earthly time as though it passes linearly, but that is merely a perception which does not Page 1974
account for the fact that earthly time does not actually pass linearly. And, since our brains of flesh exist only in the material space-time continuum, and will soon die in earthly time, then the part of us that perceives earthly space-time cannot actually be our brains of flesh. Rather, there must be a part of us which exists in the spiritual realm, within a non-linear spiritual space-time, that is perceiving material space-time linearly and sequentially. So earthly time is real, but is not what we think it is.
Likewise, if scientists took two entangled subatomic particles, and separated them in space, they will find that both particles instantaneously alter their behaviours or spins at exactly the same time, no matter how far apart they are from one another. So there is a communicative bond of some kind between the two material particles. Each one’s alteration is somehow communicated to the other in no measurable amount time, so fast that the communication between the two mindless particles seems instantaneous, infinitely faster than the speed of light. Not only this, but causing those kinds of changes not only affects future time, but also past time, at the same time. Consequently, some kind of external force must be causing those instantaneous changes. For there cannot be any kind of physical wave of energy which instantaneously communicates between the two particles, since nothing material is faster than the speed of light. Thus, this entanglement suggests that space itself is not what we think it is. Distance is bridged and communicated through in zero time, regardless of its length, and a nanometre seems to be exactly the same distance as a million light years, as seen in those entangled particles. This implies that there are far more real non-material forces governing time, space and energy in the material universe. Non-material forces, spiritual powers, from a space-time continuum outside the material space-time continuum, ultimately control all causes and effects in material time and space, and material energy and mass actually seem to consist of spiritual power.
Humanists scoff at such speculations. Yet they cannot provide any other logical explanation that can define energy, space or time, although they know the laws of the conservation of energy and entropy, and realize that material energy must have originated through a transformation of an eternal kind of energy. They know material existence cannot come from nothing and is not eternal. Logically, there simply must be a more-real, more-power-filled place outside of the material space-time continuum, a spiritual place governed by a rational, “law abiding” and “law creating” spiritual mind with spiritual power, who uses His spiritual power for His spiritual purposes. This is evidence for heaven, in which God dwells. It also means that earthly time and earthly space are perceived by us according to some kind of unseen, totally undetectable, non-material energy or power that is continuously governing that perception, in us and in all other living beings, in the minds of sentient spiritual beings who are caused to perceive material existence. Perceived material energy defines matter, space and time in the material universe, and that energy is actually the power of a controlling Spirit called God. On earth, we perceive and measure time and space through energy. But that energy itself must be a non-material or spiritual power causing our perceptions of earthly time and space. It is a spiritual power causing our spirits to perceive our own bodies as material energy flowing through a time and space which we are caused to perceive. And it must be the minds of our spirits that perceive all of this.
Therefore, earthly time, earthly space and especially earthly energy must all be very real, yet only as the perceptions we are caused to perceive by the omnipotent spiritual power of a Creator. And there must be only one Creator, since all remains consistently perceived by all. For, if multiple minds and wills of multiple creators existed, they would inevitably clash with one another, causing countless irreconcilable inconsistencies which would utterly destroy our perceptions. Thus, only one Creator ultimately rules over all perceptions, although He might allow some other spirits, such as Satan, to cause perceptions or delusions in an extremely limited way and only in certain minds of some spirits.
We dwell on an earth made real to us by a Creator, not on an earth that is separated from God, apart Page 1975
from His spiritual realm. In reality, all spirits are made of spiritual substances in a spiritual realm and are granted whatever consciousness the Creator allows. So all spirits dwell on earth together, and not even apart from one another in any way defined by earthly energy, matter, space and time, since all that is material must be relative to the spiritual time in God’s mind, a time that is always one “now.”
The Creator, whom we call God, Yahweh or Jesus, allots each spirit a specific amount of time to perceive earthly energy, matter, space and time, according to His will. And, if a real God’s real power is causing our spirits to perceive our earthly experiences, then our earthly perceptions are very real, even as real as God is Himself. Also, since an omnipotent God entirely controls our perceptions, and we have no power to escape those perceptions, we must accept and submit to those perceptions, with the knowledge that He grants us these material perceptions for the education of our spirits. But if we receive these perceptions, and they are real, then our lives are real, the earth is real, earthly time and space are real, and we should live in the real material space-time continuum as though it is all real, because it is all real. The material realm may not be as real as the spiritual realm, but both are created by the spiritual power of God and should be treated as real. So, whether or not we or others consciously realize the extent of God’s power over our perceptions and our lives, our spirits can learn to love or hate, seek equitable justice or not. That is, the education of spirits through these perceptions of material existence do not depend on a conscious knowledge of scientific and biblical truths about the nature of existence. The spirit of a person who cannot even comprehend the most basic principles of inductive logic can still learn to love or hate. The one who still believes in pagan gods, or that no god exists, can do the same. The one who does not know that Jesus is actually God in the flesh, or has never even heard of Jesus, can still be taught by Jesus to love in a just and Godlike way. And that learning to love is His salvation. So, while these scientific and biblical truths do explain how God is saving literally all His elect siblings who have every lived on earth since the beginning of time, all in one “now,” they are not essential for salvation, except for the teaching and judging elders who must love literally all the elect who do not know their right hand from their left.
In addition to all this, we need to realize that God must be extremely wise, if He can so consistently and perfectly cause the spirits of all sentient spirits to experience the same earthly space-time continuum, even though some spirits have travelled far and exist in past material time, while others have not and exist in future time. And, since God causes all, no knowledge or wisdom exists outside of Him. God is omniscient, unopposed in all He deems to be true and real. Then, if a wise, thinking Spirit of God expends so much of His personal will, thought and power to cause our perceptions of our earthly experiences, He must be doing so for a personally gratifying purpose. God must have created all the perceptions of this material space-time continuum, and serves all of it in the real time of His own mind, for His own spiritual reasons. And all spiritual reasons of this God seem to be love, justice, equity and truth. Then this God also revealed His purposes in His material creations, to some of the spirits He created. Also, His Spirit has revealed Himself to spirits throughout time, and gave more information to some human spirits than to other human spirits. But, of all those human spirits who could hear concepts poured into their minds by God, the prophets and apostles heard the most, and God told them to write down those revelations in the Bible. That book is the only harmoniously rational book on earth, the only information about God and His creations that does not contain any contradicting concepts. And that book declares that the reason God created our perceptions of the earth, where He temporarily allows spiritual good and evil to exist side by side, was so that He could teach and train the spirits of those He created in His image about Him and His ways. His purpose and His salvation writes His Law and ways within their hearts, upon the minds of their elect spirits.
Page 1976
Thus, when we see beauty in this world, all that we perceive as beautiful is actually the mind of God, even all His thoughts about good and evil. And it is our spirits which perceive that beauty, not our minds of flesh. For our minds of flesh are themselves merely a perception caused in the minds of our spirits, for a time. When we see wild nature, uncorrupted by vain perversions of man, we witness the pure thoughts of God, His juxtaposition of good and evil for the education of our spirits, extolling His spiritual truths and violently warning against anything which detracts from it, a dance of earth-bound spirits of life all destined to go home to His spiritual realm, all working harmoniously in a vast integrated system where each small part entirely depends on all the other parts throughout the entire world and the universe. Even when we see “natural” man-made homes and lands, we see them as beautiful, solely because God is allowing His human children to labour with Him there. Or, if we see “naturally” spiritual people, they are beautiful because God does His works in and through them.
Many talk about time as though they clearly know what it is. But do they? Or are literally all of us seeing time dimly and myopically, slipping in and out of delusions all day and every day? Then we have the religion of humanism, which thinks it is very “scientific” and “rational.” But is it? Real time exposes that religion to be false, irrational and definitely not scientific at all. For humanists all want to be gods controlling their own destinies through a “free will.” Each strives to create one’s own essence within an earthly time, although time does not flow from a past to a future, and all earthly time is actually all one present “now” existing in the mind of God, who allows us to either perceive it or else fall into deeper and darker delusions, for the purpose of educating His children.
Now look at what even the humanists claim to know about time. All scientists today—the true Christians, the theistic humanists and the secular humanists—have observed, through repeated verified empirical observations, that the past and future exist at the same time. Every human being, animal or thing exists in this material universe within the same present time, in the same “now.” For it is a proven fact that time passes more slowly for entities moving faster than other entities, through space in any direction and at any speed. And time passes more quickly for slower moving entities.
Then the both entities can be together at the same perceived time. So both the past and future times meet together in a present time, and each has travelled either backwards or forwards through time.
Nevertheless, both of those time travellers perceive material time as moving only in one direction, forward, in a way which some call the arrow of time. Literally everything in this universe, in this material or physical space-time continuum, seems to be moving forward through time, even though we routinely travel backwards and forwards through time, or send material energy waves backwards in time to satellites, which then send those signals forward into future times. And earth moves at a tremendously high velocity through space. Yet all entities, even whole galaxies, which move away from other entities, permanently fall into the past, while slower or relatively stationary entities move into the future. So, when we look into space, we are looking into the past, but also into the future of some entities there. And all those past and future times meet in a present time on earth. And we also know that time and space are one, are inextricably a part of each other, and cannot be separated. For time is a static dimension, where every immeasurably infinitesimally small step of every event of energy moving through space is placed, one at a time, all along that timeline. Then something inside us, a non-material spirit, perceives both past and present events along that timeline, both the past and the future at the same present time. Yet we cannot exert any control over our perceptions of times.
If a perceived entity moves through space faster, it gains distance but loses time, while a stationary entity gains time but no distance. So the faster that events occur, the less distance it travels along the fourth dimension of the timeline. And some of those entities are human beings, with a conscious perception of time, space, energy and matter. Then a relatively stationary human in the future can Page 1977
meet a faster moving human in the past, in a time that is present in the perceptions of both. So, first, if entities moving faster through space move along the fourth dimension of the timeline slower, it means that time must be relative to experiences, even for entities that that are not cognizant of those experiences. If time is slower for even incognizant entities which experience more space in less time, then those experiences must exist only in the mind of the one controlling time and space, where His mind slows the perception of time according to His own thoughts. It is His perception of time that slows the movement along the timeline as the speed of movement through space increases, perhaps because He only allows thoughts in His mind to progress at an even rate, while time and space are one integrally bound concept in His mind. This suggests that a sentient entity’s perceptions of time is also completely controlled by God’s mind. A faster-moving entity in a past time can move forward through space to meet a slower entity dwelling in a future time. But the slower-moving entity, once it meets the faster entity from the past, does not go back in time, does not travel in an opposite direction through the arrow of time into the past, when it meets a faster entity that is literally and actually dwelling in the past. Nor does the faster past entity jump forward into the future, when it meets an entity that moved slower through space. Rather, the past entity and the future entity simply meet, make contact in space, touch one another, all in a perceived present time. All times originate from God’s mind, and all past, future and present times in the material space-time continuum are perceptions granted to sentient entities who exist outside of those perceived times. All perceptions of material energy and matter in this time and space are temporarily experienced according to the will and power of a Spirit granting those experiences to sentient spirits who exist only in a spiritual time.
So material space and time are one, and both are measured by a constant, by the speed of light. This constant is a “law” of nature, set at a precise rate which makes all other “laws” function rationally.
And the rationality of all these “laws” are themselves evidence that one rational mind created them.
At the speed of light, no time passes. Or, at no speed, with no movement of an entity through space, time cannot pass at all. So the speed at which a quantity of energy travels, whether that energy is bundled into a unit with mass or not, determines the timeline and dimensions of space. Thus, both time and space are defined by the movement of energy. Then that energy can stop time by moving at the speed of light through space. Yet that unit of energy cannot stop itself from moving, or it will stop time and no longer exist in time. If energy stops moving, it will not exist at all. So it is energy that actually defines time and space. And that energy must come from somewhere. However, energy defines space and time in an extremely intelligent, balanced, harmonious, intricately balanced and purposeful way, with many consistent attributes or laws of nature that sentient beings can perceive and measure, even though all of those sentient beings exist at different past and future times within it. Therefore, that energy is a power being carefully controlled by a mind of a Creator who exists outside of time and space, and in a way that this Creator reveals to the sentient beings who perceive it, to sentient beings existing apart from and outside the energy, time and space they are perceiving.
We all ultimately measure distance through space, in any of the three dimensions of space, based on the fourth dimension of time, based on the amount of time it takes to travel through a stretch of space at a given speed over a period of time. We think in terms of how many miles/kilometres per hour, because space and time are one. And all entities, whether alive or not, are trapped in the space and time of this material existence. All energy is subject to the arrow of time, only permitted to move through space in one direction on the fourth dimension of time. No energy, nor any bound units of energy like our human bodies, are ever allowed to pass into the future at a rate any faster than space and time will allow, based on a constant existing from the beginning of time. Nor can any entity move backwards through the constant and irreversible flow of time, into the past. All existing Page 1978
entities can only move forward into a future time, although the future already existed in the past, at the beginning of time. And that future time is perceived as passing by at different speeds for all entities, all depending on how fast and far each moves through space. So every entity that moved faster and farther through space exists in the past, compared to the future time in which every relatively stationary entity exists. Yet all past and future times exist all at once, all at the same time.
And energy units in the past meet energy units in the future all the time, and meet in a present time.
Science seems to have proven all this, but nothing more, yet also nothing less. So now some might think that the differences in times experienced by various individuals dwelling human flesh remain so small that it is irrelevant and undetectable to our perceptions. So, when a person existing in the future meets a person existing in the past, an imperceptible delay of nanoseconds will occur in the times of their physical manifestations to one another, and in the sounds of their voices. After all, a person who flies all over the world in a jet, or even into outer space, may be merely dwelling a few nanoseconds in the past, compared to one who has never travelled anywhere at all. Yet it would be a mistake to ignore that difference. For even a nanosecond of difference in the times and spaces of two physical entities that touch one another in a present time proves that the future and past actually exist simultaneously. And remember, there are also entities from space crashing into the earth, like meteors from countless years in the past or in the future. Yet we see and touch them in a “present”
time on earth. Some meteors have travelled so far and fast through space, and time has moved so slowly for them, that they may exist in a very distant past. Or, since the earth itself moves extremely fast through space, the earth may crash into a meteor which was relatively stationary in this universe (relative to us), so it may exist very far into the distant future. Either way, one entity moving faster through space and existing in the past meets one entity moving slower through space and existing far into the future. So this meeting of the two times produces a present time for both. Past and future entities exist in a “now,” where that “now” exists in both the past and future, both at the same time.
Thus, we perceive the arrow of time, but all times are one present time, where entities pass through the past into the future, but also pass through the future into the past, because all times and spaces exist only in the mind of God, who causes our perceptions of times. We are all bound to perceptions of both past and future entities, to an experience of a contiguous, flowing of a series of present events. We see one “now” becoming another “now” immediately after the other. Yet my “now” with you is not your “now” with me, because one of us literally and actually exists in the past while the other exists in the future. But, in the more real spiritual reality experienced by our spirits, both the past and future experienced by the minds of our spirits in this material space-time continuum exist at the same time, and in the same space, along with our present times. All the “nows” are in the past and in the future. All times exist at the same time, where time and space are also one. Furthermore, energy travels through space at the speed of light, which defines both space and time in a way where both space and time are inextricably one creation. And all matter is simply energy moving through space and time according to “laws” or governing principles which are utterly consistent and do not change in time. Thus, all material existence, all space, time, energy and matter, are all one, and all past, present and future exist at once, but all by the will and power of a non-material Creator who exists outside of all material existence, who is causing other spirits to perceive His real creations.
However, because the mind of the Creator only allows us to perceive the past moving into the future, as the arrow of time, but entities existing in the past can meet entities existing in the future to create a “now” for both of them, it also means that all the spirits who were ever caused to perceive material space and time still exist in the present time. It means that even the spirits of life which existed and died before Adam and Eve began to perceive time, all still exist in the more real spiritual time, along Page 1979
with Adam and Eve themselves. As we kill and eat plants, which are always more stationary than us, and therefore exist in the past, the spirits producing life in them remain alive. So, as we eat plants, we touch, smell and taste past entities, and our perceptions of earthly time continue, enabling our material bodies to remain alive by eating those past entities. Thus, contact with plants existing in the past not only creates a “now” for both the plants and us, when we kill them, but the deceased plants then become one with our bodies, and join our perceived experiences of contiguous “nows” in our own personal earthly lives. Therefore, we conclude that all material existence, all past and future times of all energy moving through space, are one in the mind of God. And our spirits have access to the mind of God. So God can allow the minds of our spirits to see anything at any time in any place.
As mentioned, we often communicate through electronic devices at great distances, where sounds, or manipulated energy representing sounds, travel at the speed of light to satellites which have also travelled vast distances at great speeds, relative to us. So the energy waves travel to and are received by satellites existing in the past, then are transmitted to stations on earth which exist back in the future again, and are eventually transformed back into understandable forms of energy for us, such as the patterns of sounds or light that some person initially transmitted to the one who receives it. So all these transmissions are perceived as flowing sequentially along a timeline, one nanosecond following another, with no deviation from the laws of nature and at the precise speed of light (with a few deviations in speed as light travels through materials like wires and the atmosphere, and taking into account the time for processing that information carried by that energy). Then that transmitted medium, the sound of a human voice or picture of a moment occurring in space-time, creates a new experience of a “now” for both the sender and receiver, after it has travelled into the past and back into the future, and in spite of the fact that the sender and receiver both exist in different times too.
So surely, in our day and age, we should be able to see what the ancients realized, that perceptions of this material space-time continuum are not what most humans think they are. Many ancient souls, especially the prophets and apostles who wrote the Scriptures, who received visions of the deep past and distant future, concluded that all earthly times exist at once in God, in His mind. Those ancients also saw that some sentient beings, like animals, saw time as irrelevant to their lives. Many sentient beings simply lived in the “nows” God gave them, acting and reacting according to the counsel that their spirits received from God, without concern for the passing of time, without considering how their time on earth might end in death, not worried about what the future might bring, even as those animals prepared for the future times, by storing food and growing their fur longer for the winter.
One person’s communication reaches us through satellites existing substantial amounts of time in the past. We on earth, all existing in the future, can communicate with each other in a present time, in a
“real time” that must exist in both the past and future of this material space-time continuum. Yet we, all humans and all living entities, even plants without physical senses or minds, experience time, and pass through the arrow of time, from one “now” to the next. And we cause things, then experience the effects of what we caused. Yet all future causes and effects already exist now, and all past causes and effects still exist now. So the reason that we experience time is not to find out what our flesh will cause and what the effects will be, not whether or not we sinned too much to be awarded some real estate in heaven, according to point system based on “free will.” Rather, God causes our spirits to perceive a certain amount of material time and existence for an entirely different purpose. God, who created and serves all living entities, created perceptions of this temporary space-time in order teach something to the minds of our spirits, which He has deliberately caused to perceive this space-time, where each spirit’s perceptions have been predestined in a way that leads, not follows, its thoughts.
Page 1980
Of course, non-living things experience nothing, but simply exist as perceived aspects of time, space and energy, in the oneness of all, where all exist in both the past and future at the same time. So non-living things are all one with the material space-time continuum, and do not perceive the arrow of time. Since some non-living things exist in the past, even at the beginning, and some in the future, at the end, both exist simultaneously, and do not experience the arrow of time. Only living entities experience the arrow of time. And this is true for literally all living things. Even plants grow and bear seeds, experience life in a way that causes effects, with spirits perceiving the arrow of time, experiencing a series of “nows.” Then all living things die, leaving the effects of all they caused in the material universe behind. All their growth and reproduction, all the changes each caused in the material space-time continuum, all the time, space, energy and matter they used to cause their bodies of material flesh to grow and reproduce, ceases. Their series of “nows” in their arrows of time end.
But most living entities have perceiving spirits which care nothing about their perceived arrows of time, and their spirits of life simply do what God created and calls them to do in time. Only human
“intelligence” is ignorant enough to invent, through the biases of their spirits, false explanations for the way their spirits experiences the past and future, which exist simultaneously, even as humans existing at different times in past and future meet to create present times for one another. And some human spirits even insist that nothing exists except the material space-time continuum, since the existence of something apart from it might imply that they bear spiritual or moral responsibilities during their lives on earth, even a duty to learn to love in a just, equitable and God-like way. Some do not want to acknowledge that their spirits are eternal, that their self-awareness originates from and will return to a non-material space-time continuum, to a spiritual realm which is even more real and permanent than their perceptions of earthly time and space. Their spirits refuse to admit that a Creator’s Spirit controls and predestines all that exists in the material realm. But the fact remains that all material entities exist at different times, and this difference in times has been repeatedly measured with extremely accurate clocks. This difference in times is a firm reality. So past and future entities exist at one time, meet to create “nows,” which definitely implies that time, space, energy and matter are one entity, where its beginning and end in space and time exist in one “now.” There is no start of time which is not also the end of time, because both exist at the same time. And there is no beginning of space on the other side, at the end of space, because both exist in the same place at the same time.
Therefore, as sentient beings like us, who experience a series of “nows” in a linear way—as we pass through the “arrow of time” irreversibly, meeting past and future physical entities made of energy in space—should actually admit that there must be something in us which comes from outside of this static singular time, space, energy and matter, a mind which perceives the one time, space, energy and matter. A separate and distinct consciousness perceives material reality, another mind that exists inside our material bodies and causes us to experience the arrow of time, the flow of time in space.
There is something inside all living entities that causes effects, although all of those causes and effects already exist in what we perceive to be the future, although that future already exists, at the same time as all the past, because all the material space-time continuum is one thing, existing in one instant, where all the future was created with all the past at one moment inside of a reality which exists outside of the past, present and the future time in this material space-time continuum. All time is one time, one whole existence from its beginning to its end, in the mind of a non-material God. So this fully predestined space-time continuum is very real, but must exist only for the purpose of God who exists outside of it. Nothing in this material existence experiences time, an arrow of time, except living entities. Thus, since science proves that past and future exist simultaneously, what else can we conclude? There must be non-material or “spiritual” entities existing in all living creatures Page 1981
who cause predestined effects, who experience the arrow of time. Furthermore, there must be a
“spiritual” Being, existing outside the singular material space-time continuum, whose non-material
“spiritual” energy made the space-time continuum, at one moment in its own “spiritual” kind of time and space existing in His mind. This “spiritual” Creator puts spiritual entities, who also exist outside the material realm, into the material realm, into their perceptions of the arrow of time in this material universe, so those non-material entities or spirits can experience and learn from a series of “nows.”
The only rational explanation for entirely predestined causes producing entirely predestined effects and our conscious awareness of those causes and effects, or even an unconscious experiencing of a series of “nows,” must be to teach and train the spirits caused to experience those causes and effects.
So our experiences, and the educational alterations occurring in our spirits, are all very real, and for very real and eternal purposes. Thus, the perceptions of the material universe, which causes those educational alterations of our spirits, must be very real too, just as real as the power and will of God who causes them. But our perspectives of this material space-time continuum must be kept real, firmly grounded in the reality that our perceptions of the arrow of time in this material universe are for spiritual reasons only. We must not delude ourselves into thinking these perceptions of time in the material universe exist for no spiritual purpose, that material time has been predestined and we are caused to experience it for no reason whatsoever, except to hope our predestined time includes much wealth and many pleasures for the flesh. There is a very good reason for the arrow of time being experienced by all living entities, in a realm where the past and future exist simultaneously, in one “now,” and is, therefore, entirely predestined, because the future already exists “now.” All entities experiencing the arrow of time possess spirits in them, minds that are not part of the material space-time continuum. The only thing in a material body that can possibly experience the arrow of time, while that material body exists in both the entirety of all past times and in the entirety of all future times simultaneously, is a “spirit.” Non-material spirits are being caused to experience the flow of time on earth, because nothing material would be able to do that. And these experiences are for education of human spirits, so they might learn discernment between a spiritual good and evil.
Every living entity which enters material time, space, energy and matter causes entirely predestined effects, which already exist in the future, but through a will and compulsion of its spirit, and for a real educational purpose. But, since all material events are predestined and have already occurred, then they occur to cause our conscious minds of our spirits to think certain thoughts which were all predestined for us to think. It cannot be that our tiny little actions cause chain reactions which alter the course of history, through a “free will,” because God has already told us much of the future long ago, more than two millennia before the present. So, if a blacksmith failed to properly hammer in one nail on a horseshoe, so the horse stumbled and through the rider, and that rider failed to deliver a message that a general needed to win a battle, and the lost battle causes a nation to lose a war, and the loss of that war completely altered the entire history of the world, then God could not have even begun to predict the future. Yet He did. And that means that our tiny actions in life are not done through a “free will,” in ways that continuously alter the future of the entire world. Rather, our actions are predestined, for the purpose of causing our spirits to think certain thoughts, to learn about God and His spiritual ways. Our lives on earth are very real and purposeful, for our spirits’ eduction.
Now some might realize that non-living material things, like rocks, also produce predestined effects.
For a lifeless, mindless rock may gradually be loosened from its place on a cliff by mindless physical forces like the wind and rain, then fall, causing other lifeless material rocks to fall, then produce a landslide which kills innocent plants, animals and even human beings. So those non-living material entities—made of tiny molecules of minerals, air and water, bound together with the natural forces Page 1982
and pulled down by the warped time called gravity, over a period of time, negatively affect living organisms. So is God, whose energy ultimately forms and controls all those inanimate molecules and forces, the real murderer of those plants, animals and human beings? Well, first, we must ask, did any of those killed organisms suffer those negative physical effects through malicious motives or intentions? Then we must ask, did those negative effects produced gain for those killed, in the same way that wages are paid to workers for the loss of their time and energy labouring for someone else?
Actually, God ordained that all spirits of all plants, animals and humans must cease to perceive material space-time at appointed times and in appointed places. And their spirits are the actual parts of those organisms perceiving earthly time and space. Then all those spirits shall continue to live, without even a hair on their spiritual heads having been harmed in the least. Also, God has the power to actually repay those spirits for any losses of their perceptions of material space-time, in a way that no human nor any other entity ever could. God can even repay them all far more than a hundred or a thousand times what they lost, even though all they lost belonged to Him alone. And God will do this for His owned stewards of His own property because He loves them, even though true justice cannot actually require Him to repay them anything for what He took back from them. So we must consider God’s motives and intensions for causing those spirits to stop perceiving earthly life. Since death results in much gain for all the spirits destined for eternal life in heaven, and any non-elect spirits are owed nothing by God when He removes His own property from their very irresponsible stewardship, we cannot accuse God of any evil motives or intensions. Since God only causes good and just effects by causing physical deaths, God has absolutely no evil motives or intentions. God commits no crime, no murder, since He has no evil motives or intentions. None can blame God when He kills the flesh.
Thus, there are also no evil motives or intentions in the lifeless, mindless material entities which He created and maintains, which He sometimes causes to cause the deaths of flesh. All those causes and effects simply occur in predestined times, in past and future times which all exist at the same time. If any blame exists for the loss of those lives, it can only go to humans, since only their spirits are able to discern between good and evil. And humans can only be blamed if their spirits had evil motives and intentions. For instance, if a mining company decided to establish a village of their workers under what they knew to be an unstable mountain, because they hoped to gain significant profits before the mountain collapsed and killed their underpaid workers, that would be criminal negligence.
For they knew those lives were in danger but did nothing about it through a wicked motive of greed.
God alone bears the right to kill bodies of flesh, since He alone owns all flesh, as well as all of the spirits giving life to flesh. And He alone can compensate His stewards for the loss of their flesh, even far more than any of those spirits have a right to receive. God chooses to multiply compensations for His stewards’ losses through His loving grace alone. Since all time and existence is owned and ruled by His thoughts and power, then also because God, from the very beginning, had promised all spirits of life that all their temporary bodies of flesh were appointed to die, God cannot be blamed, since all of God’s intentions and motives are good and pure, even for all He created and serves through love.
God causes the deaths of all material bodies through His laws of entropy, including His creation of a process of aging, which will eventually kill everyone. God made all living earthly entities exist with only a temporary perception of material time and space through some kind of earthly flesh. And His reason was solely for the education of their spirits, which cannot die. So any earthly loss or damage for those temporarily living material entities is basically irrelevant to the eternal destinies of spirits in those earthly bodies, since all those losses and damages accomplish a greater good for those spirits, and lead to their eternal gains. Yet minds of human spirits also have motives and intentions, just as God does, complete with a discernment between good and evil, since all human spirits were Page 1983
created in God’s image. And human spirits usually learn to discern between good and evil at a very young age. But plant and animal spirits only ever receive a shadow of this discernment, and can never have truly evil motives and intentions. Only the infantile, ignorant, elect human spirits, as well as all non-elect human spirits, can have evil motives and intentions, and differ from God’s Spirit in in this one critical way. Human spirits can become deluded enough to develop evil in their hearts, and non-elect spirits can actually rejoice in the predestined evil they cause. Humans can sin, can deliberately oppose God’s will through the wills of their spirits. However, elect human spirits never cherish their delusions and the deceptions that have overcome them. Elect human sprits can also learn to overcome their delusions and deceptions, then repent into realities and truths. Therefore, only human spirits will be judged on the final day, and only elect human spirits will be perfected.
Even plants intentionally manipulate energy and matter to produce effects. Living entities all have material bodies which cause entirely predestined effects in the same way non-living entities do. Yet nothing but a compelled and predestined intent to cause those effects is experienced by the spirits of life in plants and animals. So those spirits are all innocent stewards owned by God, all faithfully serving God’s planned purposes. Naturally, the caused intentions of plants and animals to do all they do through their material bodies of flesh, even if they kill human beings, is predestined. And all their future expressions of intent have already existed in the past, when when God formed their intent. So their intent existed outside of material existence, outside their own material bodies of flesh. Their intent was formed in the thoughts of God from the beginning of earthly time, which is also its end.
Therefore, the intentions and motives of plant and animal spirits existed both before and after the one moment or one “now” of all the material space-time continuum, and God used those intentions and motives of those spirits to create that one “now” of the material space-time continuum, in the predestined way that He did, in order to educate and shape the motives and intentions of those plant and animal spirits, in ways that also affect elect human spirits. But non-elect elect human spirits and their demonic creators were created to be loveless, as tools used to illustrate evil, and without any ability to learn truths which serve as a foundation of love. So God cares for those non-elect spirits as a man might care for his tools, and will safely lock them in a storage place after they are no longer needed. In the meantime, many lessons are being learned through perceptions of material space-time by the spirits of plants, animals and humans. All these spirits learn to love and cherish God’s just, equitable, loving attributes and ways far more through their perceptions of the contrasts between good and evil on this earth. But elect human spirits, who learn to discern between good and evil, gain more than increased love and cherishing. Elect human spirits also learn to judge as God does.
Consequently, we are now able to see how non-linear time in the spiritual realm must somehow be syncretized with the linear time or arrow of time in the material space-time continuum, how physical life is serving spiritual purposes in a spiritual time, which are worked in the mind of God. The spirits of life in the material bodies of all living organisms on earth produce the alterations of wills, motives and intentions in elect spirits, as well as a repentance into the truth for elect human spirits who all intentionally sin. And, for elect human spirits, those experiences of sin and repentance teaches and trains them to judge, in the way God judges, by teaching and training other spirits the truth, so that those other spirits can then walk and that truth and build love upon that truth. So living on this earth is actually an eduction for spirits, teaching them to love God’s loving and good ways more, and to also hate all that opposes God’s ways more. Each spirit’s motives and intentions cause predestined material effects through a material body on earth, but in a way which is also experienced by their non-material spirits which perceive material space-time through their flesh. But those spirits still exist in a spiritual time of a spiritual realm, and form their motives and intentions there, outside of Page 1984
material time and space. Nevertheless, spirits learn much from the experience of the material effects that its material body causes in their perceptions of this training ground called earth. The effects are one “now” in the spirit’s compelled perception of the arrow of material time, and that “now” exposes their motives and intentions, but also shapes the the wills of elect spirits, for their eternal education.
The arrow of time seems to be like a long one-way hallway, where non-material entities inside material bodies are pulled through a series of new moments, new to them, although those moments all exist at one time, and that one time is a spiritual time existing in the mind God. The one “now” of material is not a long line, not really a series of “nows” strung together in a way where sentient non-material spirits inside material bodies experience them, although our spirits must perceive all in that way, as an arrow of time. We see something like thousands of still frames in a three dimensional movie, observed sequentially to produce the illusion of a continuous and contiguous timeline. Each new moment is a little different but, altogether, all events actually occur at only one brief time in the mind of God. Within this one moment of all past, present and future perceived by us in the material space-time continuum, spirits from outside the material perceive their material bodies as plants, animals and humans, so all can experience each one’s own unique animation of this static material space-time continuum. And each observes itself passing through material existence at a different rate. Each becomes a past or future entity by travelling faster or slower through the animation of space, yet can meet any other living entity in a different time and produce a “now” for both entities.
We may see two entities exist in almost the same “arrow of time” and physically move at the same rate together through space. But are the minds of their spirits experiencing the same rate of thinking, learning and decision-making. And, as soon as both entities begin to move at different velocities through space, as soon as one moves at a different speed through space in relation to the other, both will once more begin to exist in different material times. Even if one walks across the room, both will then exist at relatively different material times. Yet both will still be able to see and hear each other at the same time, in the spiritual time within God’s mind, and both will create a “now” shared by both. Both will use material sound and light waves to establish communication or contact with one another, and thus bridge the gap of material time separating them. Nevertheless, there is not a perception of a material timeline or experience of material time shared by both, apart from the
“nows” or present times they create for one another. And all those “now” experiences are strictly spiritual, in a non-linear time of the spiritual realm, ultimately originating from the mind of God for the education of elect human and non-human spirits. Thus, an elect human spirit can share a “now”
with a non-elect human spirit, but only the elect spirit will gain truths and realities in its mind from any of those shared “nows,” while the non-elect human spirit lives in delusions and gains nothing.
The simultaneous existence of the past and future in the material space-time continuum is not merely a speculative theory or a fiction. It is a reality proven through millions of empirical observations, every time adjustments are made to accommodate the relative past time of satellites, as well as in countless other ways. Absolutely nothing that anyone has ever observed can possibly cause even the slightest hint of a doubt that the past and future exist simultaneously. All time, past and future, exist at once, where past and future meet to produce present times. This is one of the most solidly proven realities we know about the material universe. Yet this proven reality means that our perceptions of a progressive, contiguous flow of time must not be real, since it is impossible for anything consisting of a material substance to meet with anything else consisting of a material substance if those two material entities exist in different times within a sequentially flowing series of moments in time. So the way we perceive time must be a reality, but is not what most think it is. Material existence has no real flow of time or arrow of time, just moments or “nows” in the mind of God, and God is causing Page 1985
our non-material spirits to perceive and experience material existence as a timeline, for the education of our spirits. Ultimately, all is spiritual and in a non-linear time, and all energy is God’s power, and that power of God is manifesting and defining the time and space that each of our spirits perceive, even in a way that is unique for each spirits. We know this because nothing material can logically experience a series of sequential “nows,” with a beginning and end, because material entities do not begin nor end, since literally everything material exists at its beginning, but also at its end, and at every time between its beginning and its end, all at once. Thus, all material is ultimately spiritual.
Now, all living creatures with minds possessing a memory can remember a series of present times that seem to truly and actually exist in the past. But none can go back to the past series of present times, although those past times exist “now,” together with all the future. And this is clearly because entities can only perceive their movements through the will of a Creator. All spirits perceive material space at varying speeds, either into a future past experienced by the living entities who travel faster through space, or into a future of a future experienced by slower moving entities. All sentient living creatures consciously experience a series of “nows,” a series of present times strung together. And all living creatures with a memory are experiencing the creations of new present times, which they will remember in their future times, which actually exist both now and in the past, even in the beginning.
Then those memories become the basis for how they will consciously act and react in their futures.
That is, all living entities, even plants, are learning from their past, and change, although the material space-time continuum cannot change, since changes require time which is not predestined, where the future and past do not exist at the same time. Since all material time is a static singular existence, all the minds in material bodies, which each will perceive itself passing through a different “arrow of time” at a different rate and in a way that will produce a different future for each through each one’s own conscious experiences, then all minds of all living entities on earth must be spiritual, existing a non-linear spiritual time. For the material future of each already exists just as surely as their past already exists, a past which they might accurately remember, since all material time is one time, existing all at once. And this is a proven fact. So futures are predestined and their pasts are causing them to fulfill their future destinies, the material futures which have already been completed from the beginning, when perceptions of material time began to exist. Therefore, this conscious passing through time by living creatures with a memory, cannot possibly be experienced by physical minds, since all past, present and future physical minds exist in one “now.” Since an arrow of time cannot possibly exist for material brains, not even the movements of electrical impulses through neurons in a physical brain, the mind which is perceiving this arrow of time must be non-material. They are the minds of spirits who only exist in a spiritual space-time continuum, not in their material perceptions.
A consciously experienced “arrow of time” in the material space-time continuum is very real, as real as the spiritual space-time continuum, because both are created and maintained by God. And both of these realities are utterly beyond the control of sentient living beings existing in this material space-time continuum. Minds of flesh cannot stop the minds of their spirits from perceiving material energy flowing through times and spaces. Nor can a human spirit choose to cause itself to perceive whatever it wants to perceive, solely through decisions that are entirely based upon the sum total of all that their spirits learn from their perceptions past “nows” residing in their memories, because of what God predestined them to perceive and experience. Even if a spirit chooses to live in one’s own invented delusions, so the spirit can then make false conclusions, had to have been predestined. And it is also predestined that some elect spirits will begin to make sound rational judgments based on their individual memories of their own unique past “nows” on earth, even while perceptions have caused others to remember those past “nows” wrongly. For the entire future was written from the Page 1986
beginning and exists together with the entire past, as one time and one space, where nothing in this material universe can actually have a past, present or future. Nothing material can experience the
“arrow of time,” since all material past, present and future times exists simultaneously. This forces us to conclude that, if the material space-time continuum exists as one existence completed in one
“moment” of time, it all must be relative to a greater reality existing completely outside of that space and time. And that greater reality is also where all sentient minds exist, all who experience an “arrow of time” in this material space-time continuum (where an “arrow of time” does not actually exist).
So there are some things we know. Because all time exists at once, simultaneously, we cannot artificially project a line of time back into the past or forward into the future. We cannot say that, because we experience the expansion of the universe in time, it must have expanded in time from a single point, from a tiny cosmic egg, from a singularity. Nor can we say the material universe will expand forever into a state of equilibrium. For we know all past, present and future were created at once, as one time, with all its space, energy and matter as one whole entity. And we also know that whatever the boundaries of this one time and one entity might be, there is absolutely no “arrow of time” that ever existed within it, no beginning and no end. All “arrows of time” are perceived by non-material spirits, and no “arrow of time” exists in this very real material space-time continuum.
The entire space-time continuum, the whole of material time, was created in a time existing outside of it all. And all energy and matter defining material time and space must have been created by an entity existing outside of time, space, energy and matter. And that Spirit created the material space-time continuum so that other spirits, who also exist outside of material existence, could experience the arrow of time within it. For it is impossible for anything in this material space-time continuum to experience the arrow of time, since material time does not flow, but is static, and all of it exists at the same “spiritual” time. Thus, one cannot calculate when any single moment of material existence had begun, nor what it looked like. For all we perceive as an “arrow of time” is merely what our spirits have been caused to perceive. Whether or not this one singular static time of the all material existence was created as a cosmic egg that will end as a future state of equilibrium at the same time, can never be known. For all material time was created and ended in precisely the span of perceived time that God needed for Himself, and for the spirits of His elect human and non-human spirits to experience. Thus, what humans perceive as the flow of time for ten seconds is exactly equal to the passing of perceived time for ten billion years. We cannot begin to assume any beginning or end of time for the material space-time continuum, not logically, since there is no material “arrow of time,”
only a perceived “arrow of time,” only that which is experienced by non-material spirits. We can only know that the material space-time continuum is real and that something non-material in our material bodies can actually experience this material creation as a series of “nows.” Only the minds of our own spirits are able to perceive the arrow of time in God’s material creation, only as He wills.
This material universe could have begun at any point in what we perceive to be the arrow of time.
The sum total of our experienced past and future “nows” can be as long or as short as the creating Spirit causes it to be in the minds of our spirits. Each individual’s experience of time is relative to what is placed in one’s own mind of one’s own spirit, which exists outside of the material universe, which is the self-awareness and consciousness of each individual living organism on earth. The number of perceived years in which material existence actually existed is undefinable in terms of the
“arrow of time” experienced by spirits. A million spiritual “years” may have passed in a material
“day,” or just one spiritual “hour,” although spiritual time is not linear, and is not perceived as an
“arrow of time.” What each of us experience in the minds of our spirits is our own individual and unique “arrow of time.” Since both material and spiritual times are relative to the experiences of all Page 1987
spirits, theories like the “big bang” are irrational and irrelevant, as are theories like evolution. With the facts we know about time, the beginning occurred at whatever point in time God chose to begin His thoughts regarding the material space-time continuum, and will end when His purpose for His thoughts regarding it will end. And spiritual perceptions of material time will encompass whatever events God chooses to occur. But all God’s thoughts are deliberate, purposeful and motivated by His desire to lovingly serve His spiritual creations. So even His material creations will cause perceptions which are orderly, behaving according to the laws He sets for them, and all will illustrate His desires.
Evolutionists created databases based on their own speculations. So they take measurements of the radioactive materials in rocks, then measure the amount of non-radioactive substances in that same rock, to find out how much that kind of radioactive material decayed into those non-radioactive substances. But they do not know how much of that non-radioactive material was already in that rock when it was formed, so they also cannot tell how much of that radioactive material was in the rock when it was formed. Consequently, when they decide that a rock is a billion years old, it is just pure speculation. But they then determine a timeline for the evolution of life on earth and, whether or not the radioactive material in the rock indicates one million or a billion years, they determine that the rock is something like 50 million years old, solely because their predetermined timeline for their speculations about evolution or geology fit in that rock into a time slot of 50 million years ago. Thus, whenever a scientist wants to know how old a rock is, they ask the scientist where he found it, then tell him their speculated and completely subjective determination of its age, regardless of the age calculated through radiometric dating systems. Thus, the ages which are actually determined by radiometric dating might vary by hundreds of millions of years for two rock samples they determine to be the same age. But they do not care, since they have predetermined that those rocks must be the same age, entirely based on their own speculations about their evolutionary or geological models.
Furthermore, since they need to keep their dates consistent, they created a giant database which has recorded their speculated dates for rocks from all over the world. And now all of that fiction in that database is so complete that they can provide precise fictional dates for any rock found anywhere in the world, as long as they know the location where each rock was found. But, if anyone submits a rock for radiometric dating without providing the location of where it was found, their dates for those rocks will wildly fluctuate, by hundreds of millions of years. And this is why none of those evolutionists will ever submit to a double-blind testing of their radiometric dating systems, and why they refuse to date rocks unless they are told exactly where it came from. However, all rational and honest souls must admit that all of this is religious fiction derived by Platonists who want to worship themselves, and who also insist that a creator god does not exist or, if a creator god does exist, it is an impassive, impersonal god who does not interfere with the “rights” of human gods to create their own destinies according to their own “free wills.” And all refuse to acknowledge the findings of true science, which proves that all past and future time is one “now.” Thus, we believe God could have begun our perceptions of time, caused by His own Spirit’s mind, in the minds of our spirits giving life to our material bodies, either millions or just one of our perceived years before our perception of this current year on earth. And we also accept the fact that we do not actually have any real way to accurately measure the amount of time that has passed for rocks, relative to the times we perceive.
So some “big bang” and evolutionary speculations about our perceived times might be nearly right, but most are likely very wrong. And, whether or not some speculations might be close to right, it does not alter the fact that their speculated times are fanciful religious imaginings. Yes, their speculations are highly organized and extremely systematic, involving complex technologies that require years of training to comprehend and work with. But we must realize that highly organized Page 1988
and extremely systematic systems, using the most advanced technologies, can still be used by those who are proclaiming deadly delusions. Psychopathic dictators, like Hitler, were often very organized, systematic and used advanced technologies, but were deluded fools who destroyed themselves and thousands of innocent lives through insane attempts to make their own self-absorbed flesh into almighty gods. So we cannot say that evolutionists, or physicists espousing “big bang” speculations are “scientific” just because they are organized, systematic and use advanced technology. Rather, we demand honesty, an acknowledgement of scientific evidence which exists outside of their fields of expertise, double-blind testing, and even the practise of wise, just, equitable principles of love, which originate from the Creator’s Spirit and can only be worked by spirits. We also want logical theories that are consistent and harmonious with all known facts, not merely enforced beliefs in religious speculations, and the humility to admit that all humans are wretched, infantile children, that none really know anything. Since true science indicates that the past and future exist simultaneously, we conclude that a greater spiritual reality exists outside of this material reality, and that this singular material reality was created by a Spirit who causes our spirits to experience space-time sequentially.
And that conclusion allows for creation to have occurred through a process which humans might perceive as millions or even billions of years. But it could have also occurred in what we perceive as only a six or twenty-six thousand years. Yet it also proves that the Platonism of scientists is wrong.
All we know about the material space-time continuum is that it is all one real time, which is one
“moment” or one “now” existing in a spiritual space-time continuum, and that this material space-time continuum has no real past, present and future. Its beginning is also its end. Its beginning and end are both existing now. And the limits of its beginning and end can be any length that the Spirit who created it willed it to be. Thus, the entire space-time continuum might begin and end in what we experienced as the last minute in our arrow of time, with all our past memories created inside us. Or the material universe may have been created, complete with all life on it, in a span of six days about six thousand years ago. We simply do not know, and there is actually no way of determining how much time, space, energy and matter was created, or when it was created relative to our own perceptions of the arrow of time. The only thing we know is that we, and all living entities that have a memory, experience the passing of time in a way which shapes us all. We physically live and have physical characteristics which actually exist only in one static time which was created all at once by a Creator existing outside of material time. And, since we experience the “arrow of time,” we too exist outside of this space-time continuum, because nothing which is in this material universe could possibly experience the passing of time, as a series of “nows,” especially not the “nows” that are shared with others who exist at different times within the one whole time of this universe, all at once.
Then there is spiritual time. Now the Bible infers, and sometimes states outright, that all material existence is a shadowy facsimile of spiritual existence. So the temporary physical reality of the material universe is a temporary display of permanent good and evil spiritual realities. And the time in the spiritual realm must also differ from time on earth in the same way, where time in the material universe represents spiritual time, but is not as “real” nor as solid and unbreakable as spiritual time.
Scriptures imply that much of the good existing in the eternal spiritual realm, in the place called God’s home or “heaven,” as well as much of the evil existing in the eternal spiritual realm, in the place called Satan’s home or “hell,” is represented by the behaviours of physical living creations here on earth. But it is not the living creations, who are actors serving God, who are good or evil, only the behaviours they have been appointed to perform. And even non-living creations manifest some attributes of God, as well as behaviours which fall short of God’s ordained spiritual ways, which oppose God’s characteristics, and are called evil. But the one major attribute of this material Page 1989
universe is that it is subject to entropy, is dissipating toward a state where no events, and no time, can possibly occur. That is, the entire material universe proclaims that it is finite. We do not know when the Creator will end all perceptions of time and material existence. But His laws of entropy definitely write this fact down for even the simplest of minds to read, that material time will end.
So, if the movement towards an end permeates our perceptions of all material existence, so all will perceive it to be finite, then this material realm cannot possibly be eternal. It also means that the dissipation caused by entropy forces us to conclude that material existence had a beginning, and all of our bodies did too. But this does not even begin to logically imply that a beginning can be traced to an infinitely small point containing all the energy currently existing in the universe, together with all material space and time. Nor does it suggest that material existence will continue to expand until it reaches a certain size in many trillions of our perceptions of years, until movement and time stops.
All material energy in all space, which defines time, must have begun at the moment that a spiritual power, from a source outside the material universe, began to cause it to exist in the perception of the mind of a non-material creator who wielded that power according to its own will. The Creator God began to work material existence in His own mind, apart from all other perceptions of it. Then He later created the spirits whom He appointed to be subject to perceptions of material time. And whatever the Creator perceives to be a billion years of earthly time can actually be a nanosecond of what we perceive to be earthly time. That is, the Spirit of the Creator can cause the flow of time to pass at literally any rate He chooses in the minds of our spirits. Yes, our perceptions are governed to experience time only at a specific rate. But that does not mean that material time itself must flow at that perceived rate. It is clear that the material space-time continuum is a thought in the mind of a non-material Being, of a Creator whose spiritual power is causing all our perceptions of energy and matter. But the rates at which the spirits of entities living in material bodies may perceive material existence are irrelevant, and each entity might perceive at a different rate. The actual flow of material time is relative to the rate at which the Creator’s Spirit thinks. And the mind of that Spirit can cause what a man perceives to be a trillion years of material time, but cause it in less than what the same man perceives to be a nanosecond of material time. Our perceptions of material time are irrelevant.
So how much material time has passed in the span of material existence, from its beginning to this current day? It is one spiritual moment, where a trillion years in the distant past may have passed in what our spirits now perceive as 24 hours. And 24 hours in the distant past may be what we now perceive to be a trillions years. Of course, we measure time according to our perceptions, and God maintains our perceptions, and all the laws of nature, as well as all constants like the speed of light.
But, in real reality, there is no difference between our perceptions of a nanosecond and a trillion years. And the end of material existence already is a completed thought in God’s mind. So it will occur at any point in our perceived material time, at an appointed time at any point in the line of material time spanning from its appointed beginning, and could occur in what we perceive to be just a thousand years. I am not a scientist, and may be wrong, but I cannot help but believe that material time is relative to God. And many throughout history, like the prophets and apostles, believed this too. Not only this, but even many atheists with doctorates in physics, and with years of experience, now also believe that the material space-time continuum must be merely like a perceived hologram.
Since all time was created at one “time” in God’s mind, in the amount of time it took His mind to think and act, all time is one instant. And that span of time, from its beginning to its end, can only be as long or as short as the Creator’s thought, a Creator who exists outside of all the space and the time He chose to create. For all we know, God may have created the entire time of the material universe in what we perceive as yesterday, then inserted all we remember from our pasts into our memories Page 1990
only yesterday. So we might think time, and the material universe, began to exist before we were born, but we would be wrong, if it was indeed created only yesterday. The point is that a Creator had to create the material universe from His own spiritual substance, which exists outside of the material space-time continuum, and even outside of His eternal spiritual space-time continuum. He created all past and future material time in one moment. But He chose to create only the span or length of this material time that He deemed necessary to fulfills His own purposes. So the span of time from the beginning to the end could be 14 billion years or one day, or anything more or anything less, that is in terms of what be perceive to be years. And, whatever that span of time might be, its beginning may have been a singularity or a fully expanded universe, with an end He appointed to occur at any time, either in what we perceive to be trillions of years into the future, or just one thousand years.
God gave perceptions of time to spirits of life, where each spirit perceives time at whatever rate He chooses. Then God gave some prophets visions of times that He created and predestined for the heavens and the earth, including visions of the “first day,” that is, His creation of material time. And God allowed one prophet to perceive His creation as though it occurred in six phases, which that prophet perceived to be six days. But what we perceive as six 24-hour days, including what that prophet perceived to be six 24-hour days, occurred at any rate God chose, regardless of what He let us perceive. So we cannot arbitrarily say that what a prophet perceived as six days in his vision did not actually represent six phases of creation which we might now perceive to be billions of years, since rates of time that we perceive are governed by God, and those rates may radically differ at any time God causes them to differ. So any speculation about how long the material universe has existed or will exist in terms of our perceptions of time is utterly futile. For the entire span of material time exists only in the mind of an external, non-material Creator, in the mind of a timeless spiritual Being.
We are told that God is a Spirit who created both the spiritual heavens and material universe, that He created “the first day” in both realms. In other words, God created both material and spiritual times.
Thus, the Creator of both times must exist outside of both of the times He created, and is not subject to any limitations that He Himself maintains on those creations He made. So, in light of this, look again at the account of creation given to an unnamed prophet, whom a true prophet of God read and found to be true, then redacted into the Scriptures. If Moses and his scribes included this account of God’s creation events in the Scriptures, and sealed them as the words of God granted to that prophet, then those words must be true. For we know that God’s Spirit did speak to Moses who endorsed those words, in the same way God speaks to our spirits today. So, if God told the spirit of Moses that those words were true, they are. And all future prophets sent by God, even our God Jesus Himself, also recognized those words as truths originating from God. So those words in Genesis can surely be trusted. But none of this means that the humanistic interpretations of those true words are also true.
In Genesis, we read phenomenological descriptions of creation written by a prophet who most likely lived sometime between 2100 and 1400 BC. So we can probably conclude that this prophet was not a 21st century physicist or evolutionist. But neither should he be mocked by them, as though he was even more ignorant than they are. For, as we read this prophet’s words, we find that he obviously knew more about both the material space-time continuum and the spiritual space-time continuum, as well as infinitely more about God and His attributes, than today’s scientists of all kinds. According to the redaction of that prophet’s writings by another prophet named Moses, whose spirit also listened to the Creator’s Spirit, “In the beginning, God created the heavens and the earth” (Gen. 1:1, WEB).
Now this prophet’s narrative was short, only 34 verses in our Bibles, ending at Genesis 2:3. Then Moses redacted another prophet’s revelations about our origins into his book. But it is clear that the spirit of this first prophet had been asking the Spirit of the Creator to explain where all that exists, Page 1991
both the physical and spiritual, came from. Then the Spirit of God poured concepts into the mind of this prophet’s spirit, through a vision or dream, to rationally explain the origins of all existence in a succinct and even beautiful way. So this prophet wanted to share that revelation from God, with his people, and wrote down all that his spirit learned from God. In other words, this prophet behaved like a priest of God, as one whose heart felt compelled to share all he received with everyone else.
So, as we study this honest prophet’s revelation about origins, as a phenomenological perspective of events, we can study everything he says seriously, as truth imparted to him by the Creator’s infinitely wise mind. And we can take all he wrote literally, but only in the way this prophet and God Himself intended it to be interpreted. That is, a literal interpretation does not force figurative language to be literal language, as some seem to think. Rather, in theology, a literal interpretation seeks to find the literal, exact, precise intended meaning of Scriptures, whether or not the text might be figurative, poetic, narrative, explanatory or otherwise. A literal translation takes into account (1) the historical context, the time and place in which the text was written; (2) the grammatical context, the textual constructs and definitions of its words, how that writer’s language was used in his particular cultural and religious environment; (3) the local context, the flow of thoughts in the work itself; and (3) the global context of the entire Bible, since all the texts in the Bible were chosen by one priesthood who all shared and still share one consistent, harmonious view of physical and spiritual realities together.
So, in the first sentence, where this prophet began by telling us about the beginning of all physical and spiritual existence. For he wrote, “In the beginning, God created the heavens and the earth.” And the word “heavens” is plural. In the ancient Jewish concept of the heavens, there were three heavens: (1) the atmosphere, (2) outer space, and (3) the spiritual space-time continuum where God dwells.
But, in context, this prophet was not likely referring to all three, since he tells us that God created the earth’s atmosphere later. So, in the beginning, God created two heavens, (1) the material space-time continuum and (2) the spiritual space-time continuum, which they called the third heaven. So this prophet starts by indicating that nothing existed except God Himself. Then God created literally all that exists, both the material and the spiritual. And, although the concept of the third spiritual heaven was somewhat less comprehensive in those ancient times, they definitely realized that God was not a physical being and, therefore, that spiritual entities did exist, along with a separate spiritual realm.
For, in the very next verse, he referred to “the Spirit of God” ( elohim + ruach), and declared that His Spirit was “brooding” (as a hen broods) or “hovering” over the waters of the earth. So this prophet wanted to indicate that God is a Spirit and that the presence of His Spirit was present at the events of the creation, but He was not “walking” on the waters, as a physical being might. For he used the only words he could think of to describe the presence of God presence as a Spirit upon the physical earth.
It is also interesting that this prophet, or the redactor of his text, referred to God with the plural word Elohim. In the ecclesiastical usage of the time (from about 2,100 to 1400 BC), this plural descriptor was used to identify the one and only Creator, and implied that He is the most powerful Judge, Ruler, Teacher and Sovereign of all human or non-human entities who have ever existed or every will exist.
And He is, therefore, the only God whom all human beings should worship through their praise and works of service. But also consider this context: most of the Jews believed that God dwelt above and apart from their earthly existence. Yet here God was also portrayed as a Spirit who hovered over the physical earth and created human beings. Then, because this plural God created all the people, even ancient worshippers of the Creator in those days would call Him their Father (Deut. 32:6), which indicated that they desired and received a very personal but respectful relationship with God. This, and other clues in various texts, indicate that the ancient Jews perceived their God as being one Spirit who manifested Himself as more than one Influencer and Controller in His relationship with Page 1992
them, and that God was indeed communicating with their own spirits of life, even while their spirits dwelt in earthly bodies. That is, even in those ancient times, they had a basic understanding that God is more than one Person, and that a heaven exists apart from the material universe. Right from the very beginning, Moses and Israel accepted a prophet who said God is a Spirit who interacts and communicates with their spirits in at least three ways: (1) as a Father dwelling in heaven; (2) as a Creator who comes down to the earth, even to dwell among human beings and walk in a human body with Adam and Eve; and (3) as a teaching, counselling Spirit who enters the hearts of prophets to commune with their spirits. All five books of Moses, and all Scriptures, assumes all this is true.
So this prophet declared that God created time, that He created the beginning of the first day. And, since there was no time before this, God exists outside of time. God is a Spirit without a beginning or an end. This makes perfect sense, since the physical space-time continuum logically must have come from something and could not have originated from nothing. Also, because everything in this material existence is subject to entropy, it will all end. Considering all this, even atheistic physicists believe that some eternal thing exists, from which all material existence originated, and that all material existence will end. In other words, even the most educated atheists in the world believe in a creating thing without a beginning or an end, in an entity that exists outside of material time, space and energy, in a non-material entity or “god” who created temporary material existence. The only difference between them and us is that they believe in a mindless and impersonal force that has accidentally created this extremely complex and delicately balanced physical universe containing even more complex life forms who all follow moral/spiritual laws of behaviour. But we believe in a wise and personal God who created all material existence for His own temporary spiritual purposes.
So, the first material things God created were time, space and matter. And all matter consists of energy. Thus, energy existed before the prophet saw this vision: “The earth was formless and empty.
Darkness was on the surface of the deep and God’s Spirit was hovering over the surface of the waters. God said, ‘Let there be light,’ and there was light. God saw the light, and saw that it was good. God divided the light from the darkness. God called the light ‘day’, and the darkness he called
‘night’. There was evening and there was morning, the first day” (Gen. 1:2-5, WEB). So the prophet described, phenomenologically, the first light of day on a lifeless, empty, desolate earth, after a period of darkness. And, when that period of light ended, at sunset, it ended the first day. This is what God caused him to see, the prophet who wanted to know the origins of the earth, because that he lived on the earth. Yet he did not mention the source of that light originating on earth’s first day, and did not seem to recognize that source of light as the sun, or he would have called it the “sun.”
So the light seen by this prophet could have been the sun, but he did not yet call it the sun, or else he did not actually see it clearly through some kind of fog. Or, possibly, God did not let him look up yet, from the water-covered earth in his vision. On the other hand, that light could have come from a huge quantity of energy packed together, even all the energy in our galaxy. We do not know. But we do know that the earth must have begun to rotate in a way which caused this prophet to see light after the darkness. Furthermore, since he is telling us what God permitted him to see, we do not know whether or not his vision of that first “day” actually represented a period of time lasting only about 24 hours. But we can be certain that this prophet did not sustain this vision for a full 24-hour day when he observed it. This prophet’s vision described seven days, but this was only a division seven periods of time that he perceived in a vision which God allowed him to see. And his actual vision likely lasted only a few minutes or even seconds. Therefore, we must conclude that his God-given vision of each night and day might figuratively represent a time period of any length, anything from one 24-hour day to an epoch lasting millions of years. For all times are relative to God, and Page 1993
both amounts of time are exactly the same amounts of time to God. And God was not going to tell this prophet exactly how many years of humanly perceived time each day actually represented, since that amount of time would seem meaningless to the prophet, and is scientifically meaningless too.
Consequently, all we can derive from this vision is that the earth began as a desolate and empty planet covered with water. And we cannot even conclude that the entire earth was covered with water, only that this prophet did not see any land in his vision. Then we can conclude that the earth existed in that state for an indeterminate period of time, and that God caused the earth to rotate on its axis near a light source, in a way which caused the places on earth to experience night and day. Yet that night and day not only represented how God caused the earth to rotate on its axis, but likely how a waxing and waning occurred during each state of existence. For, to the ancients, especially to the Jews, every day began at sunset, with the darkness of the night, when not much work was done, in the same way the earth began. Then the second half of the day began, with energy and vitality. After this, the light and energy of the people and other living entities gradually weakened throughout the heat of the day until sunset, and the beginning of a new day, with its period of darkness, in which almost nothing very productive was accomplished. Thus, when God granted this prophet a vision of the very first period of earth’s existence, it seems almost definite that God was implying that much work was being done upon the earth during the daylight part of that first indeterminate period of time, but very little occurred after the light of that day. And we are not even told what God produced in the first day’s light. But the light faded and a second period of darkness began the second day. So the darkness which began the second day suggested a sleep or death of “night,” that there was a period in earth’s history, of an indeterminate length, that experienced the waning of the first epoch.
The very next event experienced by this prophet in his vision was this: “God said, ‘Let there be an expanse in the middle of the waters, and let it divide the waters from the waters.’ God made the expanse, and divided the waters which were under the expanse from the waters which were above the expanse; and it was so. God called the expanse ‘sky’. There was evening and there was morning, a second day” (Gen. 1:6-8, WEB). What this prophet meant here is that the second creation of God was the atmosphere above the earth, that is, the shamayim or sky, which ancient Jews called the first heaven. And this prophet used the word “waters” to describe all the space above the waters on earth, all that we call outer space. For, to them, outer space looked like an endless deep, the dark depths of waters. In other words, this prophet was saying that there was an indeterminate period of time when there was no air covering the entire planet, when there was nothing to breath. Then this second period of time, which could represent either a 24-hour day or millions of years, also faded into a
“night” of unproductive sleep. But, I repeat, both a 24-hour day and millions of years are precisely the same amount of time, because all times are relative to the mind of God. Thus, any amount of activity could have occurred during that “second day.” Although this prophet saw one day, that “day”
could have been millions or billions of years relative to our current perceptions of time. Also, he perceived the atmosphere as something created by God. But God creates in many ways, sometimes directly, but also sometimes through His created agents or instruments. Therefore, in reality, what this prophet saw in his vision, then described in phenomenological language, could have been God’s creation of the lives and deaths of countless single-celled organisms who produced the atmosphere.
The prophet then described the next indeterminate period of time: “God said, ‘Let the waters under the sky be gathered together to one place, and let the dry land appear’; and it was so. God called the dry land ‘earth’, and the gathering together of the waters he called ‘seas’. God saw that it was good.
God said, ‘Let the earth yield grass, herbs yielding seeds, and fruit trees bearing fruit after their kind, with their seeds in it, on the earth’; and it was so. The earth yielded grass, herbs yielding seed after Page 1994
their kind, and trees bearing fruit, with their seeds in it, after their kind; and God saw that it was good. There was evening and there was morning, a third day” (Gen. 1:9-13, WEB). Now some say all this could not have happened in what we perceive to be one 24-hour day, because plants take a long time to grow. But that is being irrational, even when scientist say it. For who can deny that a nanosecond and a trillion years are exactly the same amounts of time? Science has proved it. All times are one time and the same time. Time simply exists as a dimension and is not relative to our perceptions of time. This is proven through empirical observations and very sound inductive logic.
So this prophet perceived a third day, which may have been more than a billion years relative to our perceptions of time. And, to begin that indeterminate period of time, God raised lands out of the waters. But, of course, we do not know if other lands already existed above the waters before this, lands which this prophet could not see in his vision. All we know is that this prophet saw certain lands rise above the waters at that moment in his vision. And God may have shown him this vision from a limited perspective, such as from the location where that prophet currently lived. It is possible that the very spot where he lived was covered by waters in the very beginning. But God raised up that place out of the waters at some point in what we perceive as time. Then, the prophet told us that God named the “gathering” or “collection” (or “hope,” miqveh) of “dry land” ( yabbashah), and called this the “earth” ( erets). After this, God also named the waters, and called them the “seas”
( yam). But this prophet was not actually saying that God created and defined those Hebrew words at that time. In this context of a Hebrew prophet hearing these words spoken by God, this is obviously a decree or promise of God. After creating and defining the attributes of the land and sea, God made a covenant to maintain those attributes. The prophet was saying that, by calling them by these titles, God will always cause dry land and seas to exist on earth. Then God called this “good” ( tobe), which is a generic term meaning that His creation will sufficiently serve His temporary spiritual purposes.
On that same day, just after God created the atmosphere and dry land, God created vegetation. And this makes sense. For the animals God would later create needed something to eat. Also, although plants are not sentient, they are alive. So they possess a spirit of life. Each spirit may administer life to a whole species or family of plants, or there may a spirit in each individual plant. I do not know.
But plants definitely have spirits of life. But were plants the first living entities on earth, or were there myriads of unseen single-celled and microscopic living entities existing under the waters before the prophet saw plants in his vision? We don’t know. Also, this prophet specifically stated that these plants grew on the “earth,” but said nothing about the plants in the waters. However, that is likely because his vision did not extend under the waters, and he likely did not want to look under the waters, since he was probably a shepherd, like most Jews at that time. This prophet was almost certainly a “land lover,” not a marine biologist. So this vision does not exclude what he did not see nor write about, and the possibility of plants growing under the waters, or even the possibility that the plants on the dry land originated from the plants growing under the waters, cannot be discounted.
One thing we do know is that this prophet witnessed a rapid progression of plant growth on earth, but told us, “there was evening and there was morning, a third day.” However, he also said, “it was so,” after he heard God tell the earth to “yield grass, herbs yielding seeds, and fruit trees bearing fruit.” Therefore, at the very minimum, he saw fruit trees grow up out of the ground, mature, bloom then bear fruit. So he observed decades of plant growth within the few seconds of his vision, almost as though he were watching time lapse photography. Or God may have even caused him to perceive millions or even billions of years of genetic development in plant life, all within those few seconds.
Of course, all energy in the material space-time continuum has to originate from a non-material and intelligently directed power. For energy is not eternal and has a beginning, but must come from an Page 1995
intelligent mind and power which is truly eternal and without a beginning. Thus, the energy, which is transformed into various sub-atomic particles that form the atoms which form molecules, must be God’s power working according to His will. So God ultimately causes developing and altering genetic molecules, even if the intermediate changes in those molecules are caused by other material bodies or forces, or even by the minds and bodies of sentient creatures, who are also made of God’s power forming their atoms and molecules. Then time is relative to God’s thoughts in His mind, and God thinks according to His will, causing perceptions of energy and matter at any rate He desires.
Consequently, what we perceive to be a constant like the speed of light is not a constant at all, and its speed is relative to what God wants us to perceive. The speed of light, and everything else we use to measure time, are merely clocks which God sets. God regulates clock ticks, makes them tick any rate He desires. So, on a day long ago, God could make a million years pass in what we now call one tick of a clock. We simply do not know the rate God chose to move energy, matter, time and space back then, relative to time in the rate at which we now perceive the space-time continuum to move. Also, in spiritual, non-material time, a second on earth may be a nanosecond or a million years of spiritual time. God causes us to perceive His energy moving at certain rates on earth in order to limit and regulate our perceptions. But God can cause billions of years to pass within what we now perceive as a mere 24-hour day. We cannot know whether God caused that prophet to perceive the growth of plants and trees into mature and fruiting organisms on the earth in what we perceive to be a 24-hour day or not. So, whether his perception in that vision was what we now perceive to be a 24-hour day or many millions of years, it is totally irrelevant, and not worth arguing about. For our minds of flesh cannot know, since a billion years and a day are actually both the same amounts of time. Then, even if we did find a method of truly and accurately measuring the age of rocks and fossils, according to what we perceive to be material time (which we do not), it would do no good. For it would merely indicate how much of God’s power created or altered a certain amount material energy and mass to produce what we perceive as a work that required a certain amount of our current perceptions of time to complete. But our perceptions of passing time required to alter material things cannot be the rate in which God actually chose to cause those creations and alterations. For God can make time pass at any rate, not solely according to our perceived rate of time passing. So, if we could measure the age of a rock, based on our currently perceived rate of the decay of radioactive materials, it could actually be only six thousand years old, in terms of the rate we now perceive time passing before us.
After this prophet’s vision of plant life growing on the earth to full maturity, God gave him a vision of another “evening,” which was the beginning of the fourth day. And, during that night, consisting of an indeterminate amount of time, this prophet could not see what God was doing upon the earth or above it. But God must have been doing something, and we can also assume that this fourth night implied a period of waning and dying for the plant kingdom. Then the prophet told us: “God said,
‘Let there be lights in the expanse of sky to divide the day from the night; and let them be for signs to mark seasons, days, and years; and let them be for lights in the expanse of sky to give light on the earth’; and it was so. God made the two great lights: the greater light to rule the day, and the lesser light to rule the night. He also made the stars. God set them in the expanse of sky to give light to the earth, and to rule over the day and over the night, and to divide the light from the darkness. God saw that it was good. There was evening and there was morning, a fourth day” (Gen. 1:14-19, WEB).
This seems to be an easily understood explanation of the fourth epoch, but is actually very complex.
Since there were already days and nights on earth, starting on the first day, we know a bright light from a mass of energy, which we assumed to be the sun, already existed. And we know the earth was rotating on its axis to produce days and nights on earth. And we know the prophet did not tell us that Page 1996
God created the sun on the first day. Only now, from his perspective, in phenomenological language, he says that God made lights in the sky “to divide the day from the night,” so that these lights would
“be for signs to mark seasons, days, and years.” In other words, for the first time, this prophet clearly saw familiar lights in the sky which allowed living creatures to define the beginnings and the ends of growing seasons, special days of celebration, and the passing of years. So this meant that this was when God established the cycles of the moon over the earth, and caused creatures on earth to see the stars in outer space. For, previously, God only created a light to mark the passing of 24-hour days.
First of all, we understand that this prophet did not see these lights in the sky at first. From what he perceived to be the first day of his vision until the third day, he saw only the darkness of night and the light of day. Therefore, this might have been because the sky was too obscured by a translucent layer of water vapour, such as by a heavy cloud cover or frozen water vapour suspended in the upper troposphere or even the stratosphere over all the earth. On the other hand, it may simply have been because, during the first part of his vision, God did not direct his attention upwards. Regardless, in the fourth day of his vision, God turned his eyes upwards, toward the skies, where he saw the sun, moon and stars. The positions of the sun and stars in the sky provided the ability to determine things like degrees of latitude and seasons. The 29.5-day cycles of the moon provided a way to count the months, and the day of a full moon or a new moon marked days of celebration. Then the movement of the sun up and down in the sky, relative to earth’s tilt on its axis as it revolves around that sun, marked the passing of a year each time it returned to its original position. Furthermore, by the relative positions of stars, we can measure millenniums of time. But when did God create all of this?
When God said, “Let there be lights in the expanse of sky,” did it mean that God actually created the sun, moon and stars on that fourth day? Or did it mean that God cleared up the sky on the fourth day, which allowed that prophet to finally see those familiar lights on that fourth day of his vision? We know what this prophet saw, and what he wrote down from the perspective of a man living during the first half of the second millennium BC somewhere in the Middle East. But, realistically, we cannot declare, with absolute certainty, that he was stating that God made the sun, moon and stars on that fourth day, nor in the fourth epoch of an indeterminate period of time. All we actually know is that this man saw the sun, moon and stars during what he perceived to be the fourth day of his vision. Yes, he also said, “God made the two great lights: the greater light to rule the day, and the lesser light to rule the night. He also made the stars. God set them in the expanse of sky to give light to the earth ...” But can we really conclude that God made them on that fourth day? All this was from his perspective, and written in a phenomenological language. Also, in his first paragraph, had already declared that God made the heavens. So we can actually conclude only a few things from his vision.
First, God revealed that He had a purpose for causing the sun, moon and stars to exist, and that purpose was not merely to provide light. From what this prophet saw in this vision that God granted to him, God obviously wanted him and us to learn was that it was He who gave us the ability to
“mark” the passing of time in our lives. We gave us the ability to observe the signs or evidence of the positions of the sun, moon and stars, so that we could determine the passing of seasons, special days and years. From what we read in this ancient prophet’s narrative, this is primarily God emphasized in this vision of the fourth day, because this is what that prophet mentioned first and foremost in his description of the fourth day. God put lights in the sky so we can “divide” or “distinguish between”
( badal) each day and each night (not really “to divide the day from the night,” since God already did that on the first day). So God wants us to observe this evidence of passing seasons, special days and the years. And God did this for a “good” reason, because “God saw that it was good.” Our awareness of passing seasons, special days and years allows us to measure, record and ponder our lifespans. It Page 1997
reminds us of our limited times on this temporary earth. We realize our mortality, which incentivizes us to make a better use of our time, especially in terms of gathering the spiritual treasures of love and truth, as much as we can each day. Then it also helps us in physical ways too, because we can plan the planting of crops and the building of projects, since we can determine how long the growing or building seasons will be, when those seasons will begin and end, and how long our downtime will be. The ability to make calendars, divided into days, months and seasons, benefits us in every way.
Then this prophet told us, “God made the two great lights,” “He also made the stars,” and He “set them in the expanse of sky to give light to the earth.” But, was he telling us when God made these lights, or simply declaring that God made them, after he was finally able to observe them in the sky?
Since he did not see the sun, moon and stars prior to this, possibly due to the limitations God placed upon his vision, perhaps he assumed they did not exist at all until he saw them on the fourth day. Yet, he did see the darkness of night and the light of day for three previous days. In our day, we would not think the sun ceased to exist when night came, or if we could not see it through a heavy cloud cover or during an eclipse. But the ancients thought the sun was a small ball of fire in the sky, only much bigger and brighter than a torch. Only after this part of his vision, which God caused him to perceive as the fourth day, did this prophet comprehend that God made the sun, moon and stars, and that God ordained them to last as long as the earth would, since those lights served God’s purposes.
On the fourth day, this prophet understood the changing seasons and passing of years, which could be marked by the positions of the sun, moon and stars. Of course, he did not yet comprehend why he did not see the sun, moon and stars before this. Nor could he have known that the earth rotates on its axis at 23.5 degrees off perpendicular to the plane of its orbit as it revolves around the sun, which causes us to feel as though the sun is moving up and down in the sky during our seasons, and also makes us think the stars revolve around us and change positions. He could not have known the moon revolves around the earth with a precise speed of one rotation per day, which causes its same side to always face us, so we can become familiar with its face as it waxes and wanes to mark the passing of each month. Likewise, the prophet also did not know when God had made the sun, moon and stars.
Since this prophet did not see and comprehend the existence of the sun, moon and stars until the fourth day of his vision, and God revealed that He had created those lights on the fourth day, he told us what he saw in his vision, without attempting to explain it in 21st century scientific language. But, since this prophet did not know that the light he had been experiencing on the previous three days of his vision seems to have been the sun, or at least some kind of massive source of energy, we must assume that either: (1) the atmosphere was so obscured that it did not allow him to see the sun for the first three days, but the sky cleared after God created plants on the earth, enabling him to clearly see the sun, as well as the moon and stars; or (2) God did indeed create the sun, moon and stars on that fourth day, by stretching out a giant ball of energy which, up to this point in time, provided all the light to the earth during the day, as earth spun on its axis in a relatively stationary position in space.
As soon as human beings learn and trust some new information, they tend to run away with all kinds of wild conclusions, without also considering how much they do not know, nor the consequences of acting upon their assumptions. So, when scientists discovered that the universe had been expanding and is still expanding, they rushed to tell the world how they proved, beyond a shadow of a doubt, that the Bible was wrong and that God definitely does not exist. Then they acted on this new-found
“fact” by nullifying everything good taught in the Bible, and gloated about now being able to pursue the lusts of their greedy flesh with impunity. Hitler, in particular, seized the opportunity and decided it was best for us all to live like wolves, by killing anyone who got in the way of us or our nations, as we plundered innocent souls to get whatever we wanted. Now Hitler’s perception of wolves, and just Page 1998
about everything else, was utterly delusional, simply lies that his lusts created in his own dark little psychopathic mind. But many psychopaths and their sycophants have since followed his lead. And many men were exactly like Hitler throughout history, although they ran with different kinds of fake
“facts” which supposedly proved that it was right to live solely according to the lusts of one’s flesh.
The point is that we do not know many things, and we need to know that we do not know what we do not know, or we will form conclusions that are wrong, and possibly even make some very unjust and deadly assumptions. So, first of all, when this prophet described what he saw during his vision of the fourth day, then declared that God made the sun, moon and stars, we cannot assume that God actually made them on the fourth day. We can only assume that, during this prophet’s vision of the fourth day, he saw and understood God’s purpose for making the sun, moon and stars. Just because science has now proved that light on earth comes from the sun, and this prophet had just finished saying that he saw light on the earth during the three previous days, we cannot conclude that this prophet contradicted himself. For God merely showed him His purpose in that vision, but God did not actually say when He created the sun, moon and stars. Furthermore, it is also perfectly, logically and scientifically possible that God actually did make the sun, moon and stars on the fourth day, during the fourth epoch of an indeterminate period of time. If we consider what we do not know, we cannot assume this is not possible. For all this prophet really implied was that the earth was rotating on its axis in front of a powerful source of energy during those previous three days, not much more.
Scientists say that it would take billions of years for the universe to expand to the size it now is. But they forget that fourteen billion years and a nanosecond are actually exactly the same amounts of time, and that a millimetre is exactly the same distance as a hundred trillion light years. So none can logically assume that the heavens had to expand at precisely the same rate of speed as light does, that is, at the same rate which God allows our spirits to perceive through our flesh. What if God created the earth to rotate on its axis at a perfect distance from a massive ball of energy that could have been trillions of times larger than our sun? Nothing can logically disprove this. The only “proofs” that anyone can come up with are empty speculations based on inwardly desired lies and pure ignorance.
It is perfectly plausible that the Spirit of the Creator, who controls our perceptions of time, space and energy, chose to expand an original energy source He created for the earth, and stretch it out into what we perceive to be an almost infinite amount of space. And, since time and space are not factors which affect the Creator of time and space, the Creator Spirit could have done this in any amount of what we perceive to be His created material time. God could have done this in what scientists call a mere nanosecond. Perhaps God broke apart a huge energy source into all the stars we see in the sky, possibly adding massive amounts of His own power to some, making some into giant stars, but the others into smaller stars. For all the energy in the space-time continuum is simply His spiritual power transformed into what we perceive as light energy, or other forms of energy and mass. Then, since time cannot limit God, the light from those stars could also have been stretched to reach the earth in a mere nanosecond, although God placed them many millions of what we perceive to be light years away from us. Also, since God created the laws of this space-time continuum, and maintains those laws, He might have chosen to keep those stars moving after He spread them out and slowed them down to a speed that is far less than the speed of light, then left those masses in motion, which tends to remain in motion. Considering what we do know, and don’t know, all this is completely possible.
So we do not know whether or not the prophet meant that God did all this on the fourth day, or at the very beginning, when He created the heavens and the earth. But we do know that he told us that God did not create the earth’s atmosphere until the second day. And, since the Jews only delineated three heavens, and the first heaven is the atmosphere where birds fly and clouds float, we know that God Page 1999
only created the other two heavens on the first day. That is, God only created the material space-time continuum and the spiritual space-time continuum (what we now call heaven and hell) on the first day. And we also know that this prophet did not say God created the stars in the material space-time continuum on the first day, nor did he even imply that. Rather, all he said was that God made a
“light” ( ore, singular), which shone upon the earth and defined the first day. So, in the vision of this ancient prophet, there seemed to be only one light source, one mass of energy in the sky, to give light to the earth, to provide a perception of night and day. But this prophet, who lived on earth and saw the sun every day, did not recognize that light source as the sun. Yet that light source appeared to be, in the eyes of this prophet, a material thing, not just a “magic” light shining on earth. So that light must have come from a source that was not the same shape or size as the sun is today. That light could have come from a huge band, oval or even rectangle of energy sitting in the sky. Still, the earth was rotating in space, at about the same speed that it is now, causing each place on its surface to be exposed to this unfamiliar light source for about half a day. Then it turned away from that light source for the other half of a day, to cause the night which began a new day. So the first, second and third nights and days occurred through an unfamiliar light source, that may not have been the sun.
This is why I am inclined to believe, based on true science and the Scriptures, and after filtering out all the biases and speculations based on the religious doctrines of humanism, that the first source of light upon the earth was some kind of massive bundle of energy located far enough from a rotating earth to prevent it from burning, but close enough to provide adequate light to sustain life. Then God stretched out that bundle of energy to form the sun, moon and stars. After this, God caused the earth to rotate around the sun and placed the moon in an orbit around the earth. This makes sense because our solar system is so incredibly balanced and precise that even if the sizes, speeds and distances of any of the bodies in it were altered by the tiniest fraction, the entire system would collapse. All the planets and moons would crash into one another, and eventually either hurl into the sun or be forever lost in outer space. The precision in which this rotating earth orbits the sun to sustain unbelievably complex living organisms, with a moon that is perfectly set in the sky to provide a light which waxes and wanes in a beautiful and diverse way, involves calculations and skills of such magnitude that I cannot even force myself to believe it all happened accidentally, not even if it had an almost infinite amount of material time to do so, a time which actually exists solely in the perceptions of our eternal loving and hating spirits, which govern our lives by entirely non-material, spiritual laws and morals.
We need to realize that we must not conform science to religious beliefs, like both the humanistic atheists and creation scientists do. Rather, we must allow our empirical observations of God’s material and spiritual creations take us wherever our God-given reasoning, particularly the more rational thoughts in the minds of our spirits, take us. Truths from God are not only written in the Scriptures, but also in His creations. And God is a Spirit who speaks to our spirits, even to all the spirits of life on earth and in the heavens. Thus, it is entirely possible that a man in ancient times asked God to tell him where all existence came from, then received a correct answer from God in a vision or a dream. Then that man wrote down, or told what he saw to others. And, finally, Moses redacted that man’s vision in an earthly and phenomenological language, according his own ability to comprehend it. There is more than one source of truth, but all truths align with one another in a perfectly harmonious and consistent manner, where one builds upon the other without contradiction.
I do not see any lack of harmony and consistency in this prophet’s vision of the fourth day, nothing that contradicts his previous dialogue, nor anything that contradicts what we actually know through scientific research. Yes, scientists say they have proved that the universe has expanded and is now still expanding. But how does that contradict the Bible? For the spirit of another true prophet heard Page 2000
this from the Spirit of God: “Thus says God Yahweh, H
e who created the heavens and stretched
them out, He who spread out the earth and that which comes out of it, He who gives breath to its people and [a] spirit to those who walk in it ...” (Is. 42:5, WEB, cf., 45:12, 51:13). Then, yet another true prophet declared this about God: “He has made the earth by His power, He has established the world by His wisdom, and by His understanding has H
e stretched out the heavens ” (Jer. 10:12,
WEB, cf. 51:15). So, does the proof that the universe has been stretched out prove the humanistic
“Big Bang” speculation, which is currently doubted by some atheistic scientists, or does it prove that God granted a vision to the spirit of a human prophet about how He created the sun, moon and stars by stretching out a huge bundle of energy into the universe? Actually, it is just as scientific to believe the latter. Nothing in true science, except what science does not know, proves the Bible to be wrong.
Both scientifically and biblically I believe that God “stretched out the heavens” during an epoch of an undetermined amount of time represented by what this prophet saw as the fourth day of his vision granted by God. I still have doubts about this epoch occurring after God created plant life, and the microbiology which enables plant life. But I also cannot insist that God granted this prophet a scientific and chronological vision of origins, merely a true phenomenological perspective of events.
For, after the prophet saw plant life growing on earth, God wanted that prophet and us to know why seasons, days and years existed, since even plants live according to those cycles. God revealed how seasons, days and years function to explain how those plants, including our crops, follow seasons governed by cycles around the sun. God also created the moon orbiting the earth to provide light for predators and human hunters on some nights, but darkness and rest for their prey on other nights.
God stretched out the planets, comets, asteroids and stars into the sky to provide a measurement for longer seasons, even millenniums. Now that the prophet saw plant life, God opened his eyes to this.
On the other hand, we need to realize that God could actually have stretched out the stars into outer space on a fourth day consisting of what we perceive to be 24 hours. Why not? Is it because we perceive time and constants such as the speed of light in a way that we think it is impossible? But, in real reality, such limitations cannot limit the non-material intelligence and power which must have created material existence. In this vision, the prophet would have only been able to see the moon and stars during the first part of the fourth day (that is, the first part of a Jewish day is the night, not the daylight hours). And we know the earth was rotating on its axis in front of an energy source that provided light and heat before the fourth day, an energy source which this prophet did not recognize as the sun. So, perhaps, God stretched out that only source of light and heat for the earth on the fourth day, or in an epoch of an indeterminate period of time. But, if God did this during the night, before this prophet first saw the moon reflecting the light of the sun. Thus, the earth had no source of light and heat for an indeterminate period of time during that fourth epoch. Sp the entire earth would have frozen over, until God caused it to rotate around the sun again, to begin what the prophet saw as the night of the fourth day, followed his first sight of the sun at the end of the fourth day. If God stretched out the mass of energy that was earth’s sole source of light, the earth would be left behind in outer space. And even a brief time in outer space would have frozen the entire planet, although most single-celled organisms and the seeds of the plants would have survived. But the prophet may not have seen this freezing, only his first sight of the familiar moon, stars and sun on the fourth day.
We do not know all that occurred on this fourth day, but it could have involved a host of cataclysmic events which served the good purposes of God. Yet the horrifying disasters upon the earth, if any occurred during this epoch of an indeterminate amount of time, cannot be called “bad.” For, even if all plant life died for a time, and had to be restored from thawed seeds and spores, none of the spirits giving life to those plants and any other living organisms would have been harmed in the least. And Page 2001
none could sin or die the second death. All the eternally living spirits who witness the deaths of the material bodies they ruled in material space-time, merely see a few changes to their eternal states of existence. Thus, we cannot rationally conclude that, because “God saw it was good,” then absolutely nothing, not even a plant, could have died during that fourth day, and that no deaths occurred before the day Adam sinned. Theistic humanists think the word “good” can never include the possibility of death, and that all the deaths of earthly bodies are “bad.” But God does not define “good” that way.
Humanists twist the Scriptures to make them seem to imply that there was no deaths occurred on earth until Adam sinned, as one of their doctrines of “original sin.” Yet, not one word in the entire Bible actually supports much of anything they teach about “original sin.” In fact, many Scriptures indicate that, from the very beginning, God predestined and appointed all humans and all other living organism on earth to die. God merely caused spirits to exist temporarily in bodies on earth, and to perceive earthly life solely for spiritual purposes. So this actually implies that death is gain for most spirits of life, and that all flesh was predestined and “appointed” to die. All this logically defies the humanistic doctrine of “original sin.” Also, I repeat, we cannot insist that each day of this vision occurred in what we perceive to be 24 hours. For we know that all the events of each day occurred in the moment of time that it took God’s mind to think a thought and cause it to happen. And we can only perceive the speed of God’s thoughts at the speed in which God allows us to perceive them.
So, once we realize what we do not know, then understand why God revealed His creation of the sun, moon and stars to govern passing times, and why God summarily portrayed all this in a vision granted to an ancient Jewish prophet who governed his life according to those seasons, special days and years (just as his forefather Abraham did, even in the days before Moses wrote down God’s Law), we can look at the fifth day. On that fifth day, the prophet saw and heard this: “God said, ‘Let the waters abound with living creatures, and let birds fly above the earth in the open expanse of sky.’
God created the large sea creatures and every living creature that moves, with which the waters swarmed, after their kind, and every winged bird after its kind. God saw that it was good. God blessed them, saying, ‘Be fruitful, and multiply, and fill the waters in the seas, and let birds multiply on the earth.’ There was evening and there was morning, a fifth day” (Gen. 1:20-23, WEB). So God showed this prophet that, after He created plant life, and after the earth had stable seasons, days and years, He created animal life, but only some kinds of animal life, only what this prophet perceived to be living in the waters and in the sky. This prophet did not see any of what we now call mammals.
Later, on the sixth day, God created what this ancient prophet described, in a phenomenological language, as quadruped livestock ( behemah), rapidly moving animals which can include things like rodents ( remes), wild creatures of the kinds hunted for food ( chay) and the first human beings. So this prophet differentiated those sixth-day animals from those he saw God create on the previous fifth day. To this prophet, without any knowledge of biological classifications used today, there was a marked distinction between the animal life he saw God create on the fifth day and the animal life he saw God create on the sixth day. So this prophet described that marked difference in the only way he knew how to do it. And the creatures he described on the fifth day all lived in or near the water, or else could be called birds. So now consider how marine animals, both fresh and salt water creatures, mostly have smooth skin or scales, and how birds have feathers. And both kinds also lay eggs too.
Therefore, we can conclude that the only kinds of animals this prophet saw in his vision of the fifth day would have been creatures with smooth skin, scales or feathers, and most would have laid eggs.
This would have included insects, arachnids and such, since ancient writers did not distinguish between bugs, reptiles, amphibians, birds and other animals in those days. But the animals he saw God create on the sixth day were different—some with fur, mostly walking on four legs, not in water Page 2002
as much, and without any ability to fly. Also, this prophet knew that some marine animals he was familiar with, like turtles, crocodiles and even some fish, could crawl on land. And he knew that all birds land on the ground, and that some birds, like ostriches, always lived on the ground, that they never flew. Since this prophet was likely Jewish, descended from one of the twelve tribes of Jacob, he was probably living in ancient Egypt, or near Egypt, when he saw this vision. So he saw very many kinds of animals there, then classified the creatures of the fifth day in the same way the ancient Egyptians did, as marine animals and birds. And this prophet was particularly impressed with the size of some of those fifth-day creatures, since he them “large sea creatures” or “great dragons”
( gadol + tannin). And now we know that some ancient creatures, who we call dinosaurs, were extremely large, looking like what this prophet called “great dragons.” We also know that the first flying creatures existed before mammals did. And we also know that many dinosaurs had feathers.
So, what God revealed to this prophet seemed to be a brief synopsis of an indeterminate period of time lasting until what some might call the Triassic period, when mammals first appeared. And we can assume that it did not last only what we perceive to be 24 hours. For this prophet witnessed the fulfilling of God’s command for these creatures to be fruitful and multiply, since this prophet also saw how “the waters swarmed” with these creatures, and how the air was filled with birds. Also, he would not have made any distinction between fresh and salt waters, since he included the earth’s atmosphere and outer space in his definition of the “waters.” So, how long did it take for all these creatures to multiply to that extent, where they swarmed all over the earth? We cannot say. For to God, and in this vision God granted to this ancient prophet, a billion years and a day are the same.
Also notice that, although “great dragons” prowled the earth, this prophet told us, “God saw that it was good.” But surely “dragons” are carnivorous predators, and even some of the smaller creatures were too. This prophet knew that many fish and birds are hunters, who kill and eat other creatures, and cannot survive without doing so. Yet he saw them all live, multiply and swarm over all of the earth. Consequently, although he did not mention how they killed their prey, we can assume that they did kill prey. There was death occurring at that time, and not just the deaths of plant bodies. Yet God had a good reason for causing the eternal spirits of those ancient creatures to kill plants and other animals, to provide for their large and small bodies of temporary life on earth. And it must have been a spiritual reason, since all God does is ultimately for spiritual reasons. God taught and trained the spirits of those creatures for heavenly purposes while they dwelt on earth. Not only this, but their lives on earth also physically prepared the earth for other kinds of life, for the existence of mammals and humankind. For God’s power works through His creations, even as the energy in subatomic particles, atoms and molecules. Thus, according to God’s will, certain genetic changes could have been made possible through those creatures, in their DNA molecules. On the other hand, God also creates from nothing, or from inorganic substances. Thus, we do not know how God then made the mammals during the sixth epoch. But we do know that, as evening came and sixth Jewish day began, there was likely a waning of the creatures living during the fifth epoch, before the mammals came.
After the first part of the sixth day, called evening or night, which implied a decline of the animals living during the fifth epoch, this prophet finally saw the creation of more familiar animals and man:
“God said, ‘Let the earth produce living creatures after their kind, livestock, creeping things, and animals of the earth after their kind’; and it was so. God made the animals of the earth after their kind, and the livestock after their kind, and everything that creeps on the ground after its kind. God saw that it was good.
Page 2003
“God said, ‘Let Us make man in our image, after our likeness: and let them have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the birds of the sky, and over the livestock, and over all the earth, and over every creeping thing that creeps on the earth. God created man in His own image. In God’s image He created him; male and female He created them. God blessed them.
God said to them, ‘Be fruitful, multiply, fill the earth, and subdue it. Have dominion over the fish of the sea, over the birds of the sky, and over every living thing that moves on the earth.’
“God said, ‘Behold, I have given you every herb yielding seed, which is on the surface of all the earth, and every tree, which bears fruit yielding seed. It will be your food. To every animal of the earth, and to every bird of the sky, and to everything that creeps on the earth, in which there is life, I have given every green herb for food;’ and it was so. God saw everything that He had made, and, behold, it was very good. There was evening and there was morning, a sixth day” (Gen. 1:24-31, WEB).
There is a lot to unpack in this prophet’s vision of the sixth day, which represented an epoch lasting an indeterminate period of time, and was the only day God called “very good” (i.e., meod + tobe).
First, we see that God created more living creatures, more “souls” (nephesh) with minds of flesh and minds of spirits within those souls. These added souls were “livestock, creeping things, and animals of the earth.” And, in context, this was the way this ancient prophet tried to indicate mammals. For God created the other kinds of animals (what we call fish, reptiles, amphibians, insects, birds, etc.) on the fifth day, the creatures with smooth skin, scales or feathers, those that mostly lay eggs. As previously mentioned, the prophet contrasted animals created on this sixth day with those created on the fifth day by calling these sixth-day animals: (1) livestock ( behemah), which would refer to large domestic mammals; (2) rapidly moving animals ( remes), which would not include insects, since a different Hebrew word is used for them, nor reptiles, since they were like marine animals created on the fifth day, but would refer to all the smaller mammals, such as rodents, in contrast to the larger mammals called “livestock”; and (3) wild creatures ( chay), which refers to all the other mammals.
An indefinite period of time after creating the mammals, which would include the apes, God created human beings. In his vision, the prophet heard God say, “Let Us make man in Our image, after Our likeness.” And, of course, this prophet had just finished saying that He saw God as a Spirit hovering over the waters of the earth. Therefore, since God is a Spirit, and created human beings in His image, as entities representing Himself, then God’s creation of humans refers to bodies of flesh like the bodies of the other mammals, but with spirits bearing a higher capacity for love and service, with spirits that are much like God’s Spirit. It cannot refer to God creating their bodies of flesh, because this particular prophet, in this particular account of God’s creations, does not even mention that God had a body of flesh. This particular prophet solely refers to God as a Spirit. Therefore, this leaves the possibility that God only slightly altered the DNA of two apes to create the flesh belonging to those first two human beings. For God’s control over all the energy in all the molecules of DNA can surely produce whatever He wills, and this too is an act of God’s creation. And this too would be an act of creating Adam from the dust, because particles of dust would be what another ancient prophet might call the molecules that he saw God use in his vision, when God showed him how He created the body of Adam. Then who knows exactly what kind of miracle God might have chosen to perform for the creation of Eve from Adam? What prophets describe in a phenomenological language during the second millennium BC, about a vision from God, may not be even close to what we think is may be.
Then this prophet heard God say, “Let them have dominion,” and “them” is a pronoun which is embedded in a plural verb. Therefore, God gave dominion to all the spirits of all the human beings that He had created at that time. But God only created two people at that time. And this prophet said: Page 2004
“God created humankind [i.e., adam in Hebrew refers to all humankind] in His own image, male He created him of God, and female, them He created.” So this seems to imply that God created the male first, since the male was directly created “of God.” Then God also created the female, later, after the male.
However, in context, all the spirits in humankind, in all who existed on the sixth day, were created in the image of God’s Spirit. Therefore, since there were only two humans then, one male and one female, were granted stewardship over all God’s earthly kingdom. Yes, the male was first, and “of God,” while the female was second. But both spirits were full representations of God on the earth.
Then we also notice that this prophet used the plural Hebrew word elohim to refer to a singular Spirit of God throughout his narrative. Also, this prophet used a form of the Hebrew verb asah with a plural subject to indicate God’s words pertaining to Himself, “Let Us make ...” So here we definitely see how this prophet perceived the one God as more than one Person. And we cannot say that this is simply the way royals referred to themselves, in the plural, and therefore this prophet thought that God, the High King, should also refer to Himself in the plural. After all, the only reason royals said things like “let us do something” or “we declare this thing” is because they were acting or speaking according to the counsel of many advisors. But who would be God’s advisors? What incomplete and infantile little human image of God, or what angel in heaven, could possibly counsel the Creator who also created literally all that exists in each creations’ mind, including that mind itself? The answer is, none can counsel God except God Himself. What we see here is that this prophet sensed how God communicated and interacted with his own human spirit, and with all other created spirits. From the very beginning, God served and spoke to His created spirits as more than one Person, although God was only one Spirit, and all these Persons of God were one Spirit. This prophet saw God as a Creator Spirit who dwells in heaven, but also as the Creator Spirit who descended to earth and the Creator Spirit who entered his heart to reveal truths to his human spirit. In fact, God also told this prophet why He created human beings in His own image. And that is what we actually need to understand.
After seeing humans created, this prophet wrote: “God blessed them. God said to them, ‘Be fruitful, multiply, fill the earth, and subdue it. Have dominion over the fish of the sea, over the birds of the sky, and over every living thing that moves on the earth” (Gen. 1:26b, WEB). Then God blessed the lives of the human beings He created, and told them: “Be fruitful, multiply, fill the earth, and subdue it. Have dominion over the fish of the sea, over the birds of the sky, and over every living thing that moves on the earth” (Gen. 1:28, WEB). So God told humans to be fruitful and multiply, to bear His children and to “fill” or “replenish” the earth, by going out into all the places on God’s green earth, as emigrants to all lands. But His commands that cause the most difficulties here involve these two Hebrew verbs, “have dominion” ( radah) and “sudue” ( kabash). What did God intend them to mean?
Well, by the second generation of human beings, the verbs “have dominion” and “subdue” have most often been interpreted by the wanna-be human gods in a material sense. And they do this because they want to force their personal lusts and cravings for power on others. In fact, at one point in time, those exploiters of God’s creations ruined the earth so much, by doing precisely this, and filled the world with so much violence, that God announced to Noah that He was going to destroy all life on earth. For God saw that humankind did not act as His responsible steward in caring for His earthly kingdom. Likewise, many power-hungry human monsters have done the same ever since that time.
Therefore, the definitions and interpretations of those two verbs, as taught by ruthless exploiters in most churches and synagogues throughout history, must be wrong. Otherwise, why did God severely condemn those who “had dominion” and “subdued” the earth in the way they did during the days of Noah? And why does God still repeatedly condemn all who have done what those destroyers of the earth did during the days of Noah? So now our duty is to find God’s own interpretations and His Page 2005
own definitions of those two verbs, which that ancient Jewish prophet wrote down. Now we need to find out what He expects from humankind, based on His command to have dominion and subdue the earth. What did He want His first two elect human souls, and their descendants, to do after that day?
First of all, we need to remember the context of this prophet. Since he perceived God to be a Spirit in his vision, then we must conclude that God must have had a moral and spiritual purpose in mind as He gave His command to the first two human spirits He created in His image. In particular, when God gave humankind the command to “have dominion” and “subdue” the earth, it must have been for His principal spiritual purpose, which is to serve the spirits of life in His living creations through a just and God-like love, as stewards of His kingdom, even as His priests representing Him to all His living creations and representing them to Him through their prayers. Because the earth and all upon it forever belongs to God alone, and God created humans in His image, God created humans so He could maintain fellowship with them, in the same way a father enjoys the sight and fellowship of His children. Then, as their Father, God desired that His children and heirs might justly love and serve His earthly kingdom in the same way He did, labouring in His name for the good of all the life in it.
We surely must realize that His command to have dominion and subdue the earth was for the good of His earthly kingdom, not for its harm. For another reason we know this to be true is because, as we see later, in a vision granted to another prophet, “Yahweh God took the man, and put him into the garden of Eden to cultivate and keep it” (Gen. 2:15, WEB). Then that other prophet said that, after God created all the living creatures, He “brought them to the man to see what he would call them”
(Gen. 2:19, WEB). So, what that other ancient prophet indicated, when God caused humankind to name all the living creatures, was that God wanted His children to take responsibility for the well-being, behaviours and freedoms of all living creatures. In the language of the ancients, this obviously did not mean that God wanted humans to something as ridiculous as merely assigning names to all living creatures. Rather, in ancient times, the naming of children by parents or the naming of certain subjects by a king indicated that those parents or that king took absolute responsibility for the lives of those they named. Consequently, since we know God’s intent for humans was to tend the garden of the earth and take responsibility for the welfare of creatures living in it, we can better define what God meant when He commanded humankind to “have dominion” and “subdue” all life on the earth.
God's intended spiritual interpretation of these two verbs, “have dominion” and “subdue,” which were both authoritative words or commands given to all humankind for as long as the earth exists, definitely had good connotations. And the two elect human souls whom He made in His image were two awakened elect humans whose spirits were able to hear God’s voice, and represented all of the elect who would ever live on earth in the future. Then those two actions that God commanded us to perform were to be done as spirits made in image. That is, just as God’s loving Spirit does, so too our spirits must do. We are to emulate God. And God not only created all the universe and all the life in it, but also continuously maintains all life in it. That is, God never stops serving His creations. So, if we consider the context of God creating all life to be fruitful and multiply, in a good and balanced way which benefits all other forms of life, our commanded responsibility is to maintain this kind of balance, providence, freedom and activity for all life. This is why all the awakened elect spirits who have heard God in the past, and all who are able to hear Him in our day, have loved nature, have always been captivated by its beauty, as well as horrified by God’s portrayal of sin and death within those temporary creations on earth. So now let us seek God’s own definitions of His own words, and no longer define them solely based on lusts of non-elect flesh, who rob the life from God’s kingdom.
God, is a Spirit, who is the King of kings. So, being granted dominion by the High King, as images of that High King, means being granted stewardship over His creations in His earthly kingdom, in Page 2006
order to serve His kingdom for its good. We help His kingdom function well, labouring for the providence and freedom of all. We rule as He rules, by benefiting all. Of course, at times, this might mean the use of force, even deadly force, to maintain His just and loving order for all His creations.
We must occasionally exert force. But our principal goal is to serve all His creations as God serves all. Now, if too many invasive wild boars are destroying the habitats for humans and other creatures, we may need to kill some and fence in the rest. Or, if too many lawless human psychopaths and their dupes are destroying the habitats for man and other creatures, we may need to do the same. But our goal is to provide a good and free life for all of God's creations, in the best way we can, so God's will is done on earth as it is in heaven, because the whole earth is His kingdom, not ours. And those with spirits created in His image were put in temporary earthly bodies for this purpose, to learn to be like our Creator, by training as His stewards of His temporary earthly creations. We were not put here to become self-serving psychopaths forcing their own wills upon creations owned by God, in ways that destroy their wills and lives. Our goal is to tend the garden of the earth and benefit all living things.
What I am teaching about Genesis 1:28 here is not mere speculation, but a sound exegesis of God’s Word, based on the grammatical and historical context, based on when they were written and who wrote down these words through the guidance of God’s Spirit, taking into account both the local and global context of these Scriptures. Nor is this an idiosyncratic interpretation, but rather one shared by all honest elect souls who have taken the time to pray and seek God’s counsel while interpreting these words from God. Although the Roman Catholics and Evangelicals have traditionally loved to support psychopathic interpretations of these words of God, in order to support the wealth and power of ruthless exploiters, they are definitely wrong. I am not saying they might be wrong, but that those churches are categorically and absolutely wrong, and make themselves into enemies of the one God.
I do not want to exhaustively quote other authors about this subject, although their are many who agree with me. But, instead of quoting scholars with doctorate degrees, let me instead quote a bit of a maverick by the name of Jeff A. Benner, since I like some of the things he says about this Scripture:
“The word subdue in Genesis 1:28 is the Hebrew verb kavash meaning to subdue but, it is important to have the ‘full’ picture of a Hebrew word, as "subdue" is very limited in its ability to describe the Hebrew.... Figuratively this verb means to bring a people or nation into submission (Num 32:29). This word can also mean to bring into control (Mic 7:19).
Incidentally, this is the same word we use today such as in ‘put the kabash on it’ meaning to make an end of something or to "subdue" it.... The words "have dominion" are the Hebrew verb radah. Our normal understanding of "having dominion" over another is to rule over them, but this idea is found in the Hebrew verb malak. The Hebrew verb radah is related to other words which have the meanings of descend, go down, wander and spread. This verb
literally means to rule by going down and walking among the subjects as an equal.”
In the text of the above quote, the underlining, italics and bold print is mine. But, as you can see, this man also realizes that the ruthless and even psychopathic interpretations of these commands of God are not what God intended. And, just as God came down in a body of flesh to commune with Adam and Eve, God did so again in the body of Jesus. So our God Jesus is our example of how to “have dominion” and “subdue” the earth. We too are to walk among creatures, watch over all life on earth, as equals, not as superiors. For there can be no love between deluded humanistic wanna-be gods and those whom they falsely deem to be inferiors. Rather, we take our God Jesus as our example. And Jesus did not even bother to take the title of any king over any land, although He is the King of all kings. Nor did Jesus “subdue” with violence, but as a Teacher of truths that have been conquering and dethroning despots throughout the world, little by little, throughout the past two thousand years.
Page 2007
The use of the two Hebrew verbs radah and kavash imply that that humankind is to tend the garden of the earth with diligence, and take responsibility for the lives of the animals in that garden. All the growing lives in the heavenly Father’s kingdom are also beloved subjects of His heirs created in His own image, from His own “breath,” from His very Spirit. So His elected inheritors must learn from Him to make right, wise and loving choices. We need to let our Father and oldest Brother train the minds of our more rational spirits to judge in ways that benefit the earth, as we walk among spirits of life in all the earth. As the Father blesses His elect with the teaching, training, counsel and power of His own Spirit, in their oldest Brother who walks among them, they become able to work together as with one mind and one purpose. With this blessing, His awakened heirs can control life’s damaging excesses and disastrous mistakes, not as self-serving dictators, but as benevolent servants, as images of the King who serves the earth and the three heavens. Now let all inheritors of the earth tread softly among spirits of life, as infantile equals who have just begun their education, as children committing their lives to emulating their loving, just, wise, creating and serving Father and King of all that lives.
When God gave this vision to this prophet, everything in it revealed a Creator’s love making life for Himself, so He might eternally serve that life. And, as each new day began, there were just as many hours of darkness as light. During those equally long nights, which God deemed necessary to begin each new day, much waning, loss and death would have occurred. But all that terrifying destruction of the old was to build the new. Still, God hid all that from the eyes of this prophet, since that human soul could not yet comprehend that the entirety of life is spirit, and spirits cannot die. Nor did that prophet see into the mind of the Creator’s Spirit enough to discover that earthly death, even a painful death of the flesh on a cross, saves the spirits being held captive to earthly perceptions, and gathers them all into a deeper and richer understanding of life in their eternal homes. But now our God and King has walked among us in a body of flesh like ours. Now He has revealed all this to us, and sent apostles to write that knowledge down in ways we can access and comprehend. So let us accept the nights of our perceptions on this earth, realizing that they build the new, wiser, eternal thoughts of our spirits for our lives at home in the spiritual space-time continuum, where we will serve like Him.
Also notice how the Spirit of the Father created only two awakened elect souls, a male and a female, when He gave them dominion over His kingdom, as His stewards of all that lived. First the Creator Spirit made enough plants and other living entities to cover the entire planet, teeming and swarming over every inch of ground, filling the sky and the waters. And it was good, all interconnected, all working together to provide checks and balances to maintain the rotation of the circle of life. And God’s power kept the sun shining, the rains falling in their seasons, and the everlasting energy of life in the souls of all that life. So there was no need for infantile human beings to intercede in any way, to make any real decisions that would serve for the benefit of life on earth. And, in fact, when God granted those human heirs this dominion over the earth, He first placed them in a protected garden.
As we see in the next prophets vision of origins, Adam and Eve were created in the Garden of Eden, in a place without violence and death, in a place that served as a nursery for their infantile spirits. So, first of all, we know that, if they had to be put into a nursery, there must have been danger and death outside of that garden. Otherwise, their heavenly Father would not have needed to protect them by putting them in that garden, to prevent them from being overwhelmed and scarred by what they saw and could not yet comprehend. Yes, God could have easily protected them from physical danger if He chose to create them outside of the garden. But God also did not want them to see any violence and death, not until the minds of their spirits were ready to deal with it, to know why all of it existed.
God created the earth for a purpose, as a temporary perception apart from His heavenly home, apart from the more real realities that spirits can directly see, hear, touch, taste and smell. Specifically, the Page 2008
material universe had to differ from their eternal home in heaven because the less real physical existence had to demonstrate and illustrate both God’s intended will for spirits of life, as well as that which failed to fulfill His intended will. Only a place like the earth could serve as a training ground for spirits, allowing them to perceive both good and evil, side by side. And the material had to be set apart from the eternal home of those spirits because God cannot allow even the slightest hint of evil in heaven. Yet God wanted spirits to experience both His intentional will and at least some of that which deviated it from it, so eternal spirits would love the good in heaven more, by comparing it to evil. Even the spirits of plants and animals on earth, who often partially illustrated and exemplified evil, would learn to love their new and perfected good roles in heaven much more, after those spirits returned to their eternal homelands—although those kinds of spirits would never be able to fully comprehend any of the motives and intentions of spirits that deliberately worked either good or evil.
Then God predestined that Adam and Eve would leave that nursery, after He had walked among them for a time, teaching them His ways. After they sinned, “Yahweh God said, ‘Behold, the man has become like one of us, knowing good and evil” (Gen. 3:22a, WEB). So, after an indefinite period of teaching,, and after He gave them enough freedom to experience failure, God took them out of the garden and clothed them in animal skins, in garments made through the deaths of the very creatures they were to care for and protect. Thus, God’s teaching and training of their spirits made progress after they sinned. And, as we can see, God did not keep His children insulated in a little delusional world of human delusions and bigotry, like some homeschoolers and private schools do in our day.
Spirits of plants and animals could never truly comprehend the mind of the Spirit who created them, since the minds of their spirits were not created in His image. Only God’s heirs, with elect human spirits created in God’s image, would ever be able to truly understand the motives and intentions of love, to do good, as well as the motives and intentions of the loveless spirits whom God also created, whom we call demons and their children. But, for a time, those first two infantile elect souls, Adam and Eve, were put inside a garden, because they were even more immature than the spirits of the plants and animals. For God created all those other spirits to be fully mature, knowing all the data they would ever know, albeit without the experience and wisdom they would need to apply all their knowledge. Yet Adam and Eve, the heirs of God, did not yet know anything. Instead, they began life as infantile spirits who were utterly dependant on God. And this why God walked among them, as their equals, in a body of flesh, as their oldest brother and their Teacher, even in the body of Jesus.
So Adam and Eve were children in adult bodies. Adam was not yet a man who was able to make judgments and sacrifices, unable to build spiritual structures for his wife or for other lives on earth.
And Eve was not yet a woman, not yet able to sacrificially do works for the spirits she loved, with no ability to build upon and enhance the spiritual structures that Adam provided for her through God’s counsel. Neither the male nor the female were even remotely capable of serving God’s kingdom in His name, as His heirs. Neither had dominion or rule over anything. But the body of God, whom we call Jesus, walked in the garden daily, to teach them about the purpose and meaning of life, to train them to love one another. His Spirit poured knowledge into their spirits, whole concepts at a time, then led them through experiences which transformed that knowledge into wisdom, into an ability to make judgments and decisions effectively for the good of all life. And as God walked with them in a body flesh, as an equal older Brother, doing all this for their spirits, whom He kept awake and able to hear Him, Adam and Eve learned to truly love God, with a cherishing respect that they hoped to fully maintain forever, in a relationship that they dared not endanger in any way. So this is why God made their spirits so infantile. God wanted to walk with them daily, to gradually develop a very personal and truly loving relationship between His Spirit and the spirits of His children. Due to their utter Page 2009
dependence on Him for all the knowledge and wisdom they had to learn, Adam and Eve went to their God in a body of flesh every day. They communed with Him in joy, with their oldest Brother who is one with God the Father and one with the Holy Spirit that He caused to dwell in their hearts.
So is this not what we do with our infantile children, whom we also serve in the same way God served Adam and Eve? And God’s Spirit still serves all elect spirits in the same way He served Adam and Eve back then. For no time has really passed since then. Yet the infantile spirits of Adam and Eve were not yet awake and mature enough to hear the Spirit of God, except through the body of God. Thus, God kept Adam and Eve in the nursery of the garden, together with His body, for an indefinite period of time, perhaps more than thirty or fifty years. But they did learn enough about just and sacrificial love to pass those truths down to their children. And only one of their children, Cain, refused to learn about love, then even declared, “Am I my brother’s keeper!” immediately after he murdered his brother through evil motives, through sins of selfish ambition. But two of their sons, Abel, whom Cain murdered, and Seth, did learn so much love from their parents, and directly from the body of God walking with them on this earth, that God chose them to serve as His priests, in the same way their father, Adam, served them as their teaching and judging priest throughout their lives.
This was how “God blessed them,” and it was under these conditions that God said, “Be fruitful, multiply, fill the earth, and subdue it. Have dominion over the fish of the sea, over the birds of the sky, and over every living thing that moves on the earth” (Gen. 1:28, WEB). After God walked with them in the garden for an indefinite period of time, so they could learn and experience His selfless, serving kind of love, after they had also felt the effects of loveless, selfish evil through insurrection against their oldest Brother, He told them to bear children, so they would “fill” or replenish the lands on earth. Then their Friend and King called these first two spirits, made in His image, to subdue or subjugate whatever was out of order, to complete whatever was lacking, as disciples of their Lord and God, by walking beside all life. For this Creator God defined His own essence as equitable, just love. Therefore, this Creator God wanted His children, made in His image, to work that kind of love.
This was the reason “He created them male and female, and blessed them,” and this is why He made the male and female one flesh, why “on the day they were created, he named them Adam’” (Gen.
5:2, WEB). Yes, God named both the male and the female “Adam,” for they were both humankind, created in His image, each with different and highly complementary inclinations and gifts. God called both sexes to be humankind, to serve the earth as His heirs. Both were to inherit His earthly and heavenly kingdoms, after He personally trained both. He appointed both to the loving service of taking stewardship over His dominion, and to subdue all the causes of inequity, suffering and death.
As you can see, humankind has constantly failed in the stewardship of God’s dominion. Rather than subduing that which destroys life, they have allowed the non-elect to plunder life and steal God’s lands, to establish completely unnatural hierarchies ruled by deluded psychopaths, who somehow think their empty souls are superior, who have murdered God’s true servants or enslaved them, who lied by calling those loving souls, created in God’s image, their “inferiors.” Some have even dared plunder God’s kingdom while falsely claiming to do so in God’s name. But those deluded ones who destroy God’s earthly kingdom forget, the Creator still owns the earth and all that is upon it. Thus, all their God-given perceptions of land, waters, plants, animals and human beings can be removed from the minds of their spirits in a moment, at any second. Since they perceive all through God’s power alone, and God only allows that perception in the spirits of the non-elect and demons for the training of His elect children, their perceived times on earth will soon end. Then the spirits of the elect will have no worries, no injustice nor death. But those non-elect and their demon parents will suffer a second death of their own making, made worse by every delusion they crafted for themselves in the Page 2010
minds of their spirits, while perceiving earthly life. And their hell would have been less painful if they had let God’s true elect subjugate their evil and suppress their spiritual delusions, all the lies they will be forced to forever endure as the frustrating, fruitless, futile darkness of their eternal hell.
But the elect, whose spirits were created in the image of the loving and serving Father of all that truly lives, whose hearts have been discipled by their oldest Brother from birth, will continue to overcome evil with good, will share in the Messiah’s work of nullifying works of Satan and, above all, share His works of building up God’s just, equitable, balanced, free and loving earthly kingdom.
Before long, the one God will once more walk among those elect in a body of flesh, as their Teacher and Judge, to help them take dominion over all the earth, to subdue all causes of inequity, suffering and death, as they should. And those elect will do so in His name, as faithful stewards, whose spirits hear and heed His voice, as spirits who walk according to His power, authority and will. In the very end, when God withdraws His real power causing their perceptions of His real material space-time continuum, all the elect will go to the judgment day, for the full completion and perfection of their spirits. Then they will know real space and real time in an abundantly gratifying love with all life.
