A final thought.

If you're new to the faith or have even been a Christian for a while, the thought of changing your entire thought process can be daunting. But that's where God's goodness comes into play. Jesus tells us His "yoke is easy" and His "burden is light," meaning that for those of us who seek Him, He will alleviate our fears and stresses no matter the situation we're facing. (Matthew 11:28-30). So, we can rest in the fact that even though renewing our minds will take active work on our part, He will supply the peace and joy we need to sustain us throughout the process.
