Bayless Conley is an American televangelist and has an answer to every question. In view of my life experience, I am skeptical of anyone who immediately has a clever answer to every question. The world is teeming with people who have no idea about anything but an explanation for everything. And that's how they make money!

“The devil is not creative,” Conley once said. In the beginning, I took this saying from him and even adopted it. You can read this statement in an earlier work of mine. You see, that's the great danger of listening to charlatans when you simply believe things to be true and then pass them on. In the meantime, I have grown in my faith. The spirit of truth has filled me more and more, and for that, you have to open the Bible.

The devil is not creative? Today, I'm wiser and know that the devil is damn creative. Conley went one better and said, “The devil is not everywhere.” Doesn't he have numerous collaborators and traps lurking around every corner? Satan is rhetorically skilled and knows the Bible extremely well. He is tirelessly building his kingdom on earth day by day, and Christians are now in a global dilemma because it is becoming increasingly difficult not to come into conflict with God's commandments and requirements in any way—just think of the preservation of creation or the supply of weapons to countries attacked by an army led by a devil.

Conley likes to chat about his own experiences. He once talked about a friend who had found Christian faith. However, this friend later left Christianity and began to study and teach Far Eastern religions. Conley flatly said that such people were the false teachers the Bible warns against. A distraction! No, the Bible speaks of false teachers who are active in the Christian milieu, just like him.

“We're coming!” Conley blurted out at one point, clenching a fist in victory. I don't know what “we” was supposed to refer to in this show. We false teachers are coming? In connection with the wickedness of man, Conley said, “God will turn the tide.” Right! Absolutely correct! But when the boss turns the wheel of justice, it remains to be seen where Bayless Conley will end up—up or down? Isn't he already at the top? Let's be clear: God will exalt people, and God will humble people.

Like others, Bayless Conley demands money for his worldwide preaching of the gospel. But these swindlers preach falsely. They warn against twisting the Bible, but twist it themselves. They condemn fornication, but do bad things themselves. Don't get the idea of transferring money to them!
