He is now a part-time defense contractor, business owner, entrepreneur, and competitive Ultrarunner. Chadd and Brooke Wright started the 3-of-7 project, which is dedicated to helping people become the best version of themselves. along with his brother, after retiring from the service. Brooke has since created her own photography business.
