CAPITAL OF ISRAEL and from there (Jerusalem) shall the entire world be ruled and that rule will not be from anyone the God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob has not given it to.

The ruler of the world is and will be of the seed that Jehovah God has chosen.

It was the loss of their freedom of choice. For the survivors of the destruction, it meant a forced march of about 2,000 miles to Babylon, where they then had to live in exile, servitude, and misery.
