1. Self-awareness & Identity – ةيوهلاو سفنلا ةفرعم

﴾ َنو ُر ِص بُت َلاَفَأ ۚ مُكِسُفنَأ يِف َو﴿

“And in yourselves—will you not then see?”

« ُهَّب َر َف َرَع دَقَف ،ُهَس فَن َف َرَع نَم»

“ Whoever knows himself, knows his Lord.”

2. Values & Beliefs – تادقتعملاو ميقلا

﴾ ة َو خِإ َنوُن ِم ؤُم لا اَمَّنِإ﴿

“Indeed, the believers are but brothers.”

﴾ ِناَس حِلإا َو ِل دَع لاِب ُرُم أَي ََّاللّ َّنِإ﴿

“ Indeed, Allah commands justice and kindness”

«اًقُلُخ مُهُنَس حَأ اًناَميِإ َنيِنِم ؤُم لا ُلَم كَأ»

“ The most complete believers in faith are those with the best manners.”

« ِةَّنَج لا ىَلِإ يِد هَي َّرِب لا َّنِإ َو ، ِ رِب لا ىَلِإ يِد هَي َق د ِ صلا َّنِإَف ،ِق د ِ صلاِب مُك يَلَع»

“ Speak the truth, for truth leads to righteousness, and righteousness leads to Paradise”

3. Mental & Emotional Health – ةيفطاعلاو ةيسفنلا ةحصلا

﴾ ُبوُلُق لا نِئَم طَت َِّاللّ ِر كِذِب َلاَأ﴿

“ Truly, in the remembrance of Allah do hearts find rest.”

“ Your self has a right over you.”

« ِبَضَغلا َدنِع ُهَس فَن ُكِل مَي يِذَّلا ُديِدَّشلا اَمَّنِإ ،ِةَع َر صلاِب ُديِدَّشلا َس يَل»

“The strong person is not the one who overcomes others in wrestling, but the one who controls

himself when angry.”

« ِلاجرلا ِةَبَلَغو ِنيَّدلا ِعَلَضو ، ِنبُجلاو ِلخُبلاو ،ِلَسكلاو ِزجَعلاو ، ِنَزَحلاو ِ مهلا نم كب ُذوعأ ينإ َّمُهَّللا»

“ O Allah, I seek refuge in You from worry and sadness, weakness and laziness, miserliness and

cowardice, the burden of debt and being overpowered by men.”

4. Self-esteem & Confidence – تاذلا ريدقتو سفنلاب ةقثلا

﴾َمَدآ يِنَب اَن مَّرَك دَقَلَو﴿

“Indeed, We have honored the children of Adam”

﴾ ميِو قَت ِنَس حَأ ىِف َنٰـَسن ِ لإٱ اَن قَلَخ دَقَل﴿

“Indeed, We created the human being in the best form.”

«ةعَّمإ مكُدحأ نكي لا»

“ Let not one of you be an imitating follower”

« ُه نَع ُالل َي ِض َر ، ِساَّنلا ِطَخَسِب ِالل ىَض ِر َسَمَتلا ِنَم»

“Whoever seeks Allah’s pleasure, even if people dislike it—Allah will be pleased with him”

5. Motivation & Purpose – ةياغلاو عفادلا

﴾اًثَبَع مُكاَن قَلَخ اَمَّنَأ مُت بِسَحَفَأ﴿

“ Did you think We created you without purpose?”

﴾ اَهيِف أمُك َرَمأعَت أسٱ َو ِض أرَ ألۡٱ َنِ م مُكَأَشنَأ َوُه﴿

“ He brought you forth from the Earth and settled you upon it to develop and cultivate it.”

﴾ ًلاَمَع ُنَس حَأ مُك يَأ مُك َوُل بَيِل﴿

“That He may test you to see who is best in deeds.”

« ِساَّنلِل مُهُعَف نَأ َِّاللّ ىَلِإ ِساَّنلا بَحَأ»

“ The most beloved people to Allah are those most beneficial to others.”

6. Habits & Discipline – طابضنلااو تاداعلا

﴾اًتوُق وَّم اًباَتِك َنيِنِم ؤُم لا ىَلَع تَناَك َة َلاَّصلا َّنِإ﴿

“Indeed, prayer is obligatory upon the believers at fixed times.”

« َّلَق » نِإ َو اَهُم َو دَأ : َِّاللّ ىَلِإ ِلاَم عَ لۡا بَحَأ

“The most beloved deeds to Allah are those done regularly, even if small.”

« ُهاَن فَأ اَميِف ِه ِرُمُع ... نَع َلَأ سُي ىَّتَح ِةَماَيِق لا َم وَي د بَع اَمَدَق ُلو ُزَت َلا»

“The feet of a servant will not move on the Day of Judgment until he is asked… about his life and

how he spent it.”

7. Mindfulness & Contemplation – ةيبلقلا ةظقيلاو ركفتلا

﴾ ِض رَ لۡا َو ِتا َواَمَّسلا ِق لَخ يِف َنو ُرَّكَفَتَي َو ، مِهِبوُنُج ٰىَلَع َو اًدوُعُق َو اًماَيِق ََّاللّ َنو ُرُك ذَي َنيِذَّلا﴿

“ Those who remember Allah while standing, sitting, and lying on their sides, and reflect on the

creation.”

﴾ ًلايِلَق َّلاِإ ِم لِع لا َنِ م مُتيِتوُأ اَم َو يِ ب َر ِر مَأ نِم ُحو رلا ِلُق ِحو رلا ِنَع َكَنوُلَأ سَي َو﴿

“And they ask you about the soul. Say, ‘The soul is of the affair of my Lord. And mankind has not

been given of knowledge except a little.’”

« ِتِ يَم لا َو ِ يَح لا ِلَثَمَك ، ُرُك ذَي َلا » يِذَّلا َو ُهَّب َر ُرُك ذَي يِذَّلا ُلَثَم

“The one who remembers Allah and the one who doesn’t are like the living and the dead.”

 

Physical & Health – دسجلاو ةحصلا

1. Physical Health – ةيدسجلا ةحصلا

﴾ اًمي ِح َر أمُكِب َناَك ََّللّٱ َّنِإ ۚأمُكَسُفنَأ ا وُلُتأقَت َلا َو﴿

“ And do not kill yourselves (or harm yourselves). Indeed, Allah is ever Merciful to you.”

«اًّقَح َك يَلَع َكِدَسَجِل َّنإ»

“ Indeed, your body has a right over you.”

«ريخ لك يفو ،فيعضلا نمؤملا نم الل ىلإ بحأو ريخ يوقلا نمؤملا»

“The strong believer is better and more beloved to Allah than the weak believer, though in both is

good.”

2. Nutrition & Diet – ماعطلاو ةيذغتلا

﴾ اوُف ِر سُت َلا َو اوُب َر شا َو اوُلُك َو﴿

“ Eat and drink, but do not be excessive.”

«هِسَفنل ثُلُثو ،هِبارشل ثُلُثو ،هِماعطل ثُلُثف . . .، نطب نم ا ًّرش ًءاعو يمدآ لأم ام»

“No human ever filled a container worse than the stomach … a third for food, a third for drink, and

a third for breath.”

3. Sleep & Rest – ةحارلاو مونلا

﴾ اًساَبِل َل يَّللا * اَن لَعَج َو اًتاَبُس َم وَّنلا اَن لَعَج َو﴿

“And We made the night as a cover, and We made sleep a means for rest.”

4. Exercise & Fitness – ةيندبلا ةقايللاو نيرامتلا

«لسكلاو زجعلا نم كب ذوعأ ينإ مهللا»

“ O Allah, I seek refuge in You from incapacity and laziness.”

«ليخلا بوكرو ةحابسلاو يمرلا مكدلاوأ اومِ لع»

“Teach your children archery, swimming, and horse riding.”

5. Hygiene & Cleanliness – ةفاظنلاو ةراهطلا

« ِناَميِلإا ُر طَش ُروُه طلا »

“Cleanliness is half of faith.”

« َةَفاَظَّنلا ب ِحُي فيِظَن ََّاللّ َّنِإ»

“Indeed, Allah is clean and loves cleanliness.”

«لبقأ اذإ هحير بيطب فرعي ﷺ الل لوسر ناك»

“The Prophet ﷺ was known by his pleasant fragrance even before he arrived.”

6. Illness and Medical Care – ةيبطلا ةيانعلاو ضرملا

« ًءاَفِش ُهَل َعَض َو َّلاِإ ًءاَد عَضَي مَل ََّاللّ َّنِإَف ،ا و َواَدَت»

“Seek treatment—for Allah has not created any disease but He also created its cure.”

«اهنم اوجرخت لاف ،اهب متنأو ضرأب عقو اذإو ،اهولخدت لاف ،ضرأب نوعاطلاب متعمس اذإ»

“ If you hear of a plague in a land, do not enter it. If it occurs where you are, do not leave.”

7.Sexual Health – ةيسنجلا ةحصلا

«ينم سيلف يتنس نع بغر نمف ،يتنس نم حاكنلا»

“Marriage is my tradition; whoever turns away from my tradition is not of me.”

“O young men, whoever among you can afford to marry, let him do so, for it is more effective in

lowering the gaze and avoiding adultery.”

8. Substance Use & Avoidance - اهيطاعتو ةراضلا داوملا بنجت

﴾ ِةَكُل هَّتلا ىَلِإ مُكيِد يَأِب اوُق لُت َلا َو﴿

“ And do not throw yourselves into destruction.”

Intellectual & Learning – ملعتلاو ركفلا

1. Education & Knowledge - ةفرعملاو ميلعتلا

﴾ا ًًۭم لِع ىِن د ِز ِ ب َّر لُق َو﴿

“And say: My Lord, increase me in knowledge.”

«ملسم لك ىلع ةضيرف ملعلا بلط»

“ Seeking knowledge is an obligation upon every Muslim.”

« ِةَّنَج لا ىَلِإ اًقي ِرَط ُهَل َُّاللّ َلَّهَس اًم لِع ِهيِف ُسِمَت لَي اًقي ِرَط َكَلَس نَم»

“ Whoever travels a path in search of knowledge, Allah will make easy for him a path to Paradise.”

«اًم لِع ين د ِز َو ،ينُعَف نَي ام ين مِ لَع َو ،ينَت مَّلَع امب ينعفنا َّمُهَّللا»

“O Allah, benefit me from what You have taught me, teach me what will benefit me, and increase

me in knowledge.”

 

2. Critical Thinking - يدقنلا ريكفتلا

﴾ َنآ رُق لا َنو ُرَّبَدَتَي َلاَفَأ﴿

“Do they not then reflect on the Quran?”

“ Will you not then use your reason?”

«هنقتي نأ ًلامع مكدحأ لمع اذإ بحي الل نإ»

“Indeed, Allah loves that when anyone of you does a job, he does it perfectly.”

4. Communication Skills – لصاوتلا تاراهم

﴾ ِةَنَسَح لا ِةَظِع وَم لا َو ِةَم ك ِح لاِب َكِ ب َر ِليِبَس ٰىَلِإ ُع دا﴿

“ Invite to the way of your Lord with wisdom and good instruction.”

«الل ركشي مل سانلا ركشي مل نم»

“ He who does not thank people, does not thank Allah.”

«تمصيل وأ ا ًريخ لقيلف رخلآا مويلاو للهاب نمؤي ناك نم»

“ Whoever believes in Allah and the Last Day should speak good or remain silent.”

«ءيذبلا لاو ،شحافلا لاو ،ناعللا لاو ،ناعطلاب نمؤملا سيل»

“The believer is not a slanderer, nor does he curse, nor is he obscene or foul.”

 

Time & Life Management – ةايحلاو تقولا ةرادإ

1. Goal Setting – فادهلأا ديدحت

﴾ ِتا َر يَخ لا اوُقِبَت ساَف﴿

“So race to all that is good.”

« ى َوَن اَم ئ ِر ما ِ لُكِل » اَمَّنِإ َو ،ِتاَّيِ نلاِب ُلاَم عَلۡا اَمَّنِإ

“Actions are judged by intentions. Everyone will be rewarded according to what they intended.”

2. Productivity & Time Management – تقولا ةرادإو ةيجاتنلإا

«غارفلاو ةحصلا :سانلا نم ريثك امهيف نوبغم ناتمعن»

“Two blessings many people waste: health and free time.”

«هتبثأ ًلامع لمع اذإ ﷺ الل لوسر ناك»

“ When the Prophet ﷺ did something, he would do it consistently.”

«كتوم لبق كتايحو ،كلغش لبق كغارفو ،كرقف لبق كانغو ،كتمقس لبق كتحصو ،كمره لبق كبابش :سمخ لبق اًسمخ منتغا» “Take advantage of five before five: your youth before your old age, your health before your sickness,

your wealth before your poverty, your free time before your busyness, & your life before your death.”

3. Financial Planning & Spending Habits – قافنلإا تاداعو يلاملا طيطختلا

﴾ ِط سَب لا َّلُك اَه طُس بَت َلا َو َكِقُنُع ٰىَلِإ ًةَلوُل غَم َكَدَي لَع جَت َلا َو﴿

“Do not be tight-fisted or overly generous—seek balance.”

﴾ا ًريِذ بَت رِ ذَبُت لا َو﴿

“ And do not waste [resources] extravagantly.”

4. Minimalism & Simplicity – ةطاسبلاو دهزلا

﴾ قاَب َِّاللّ َدنِع اَم َو ُدَفنَي مُكَدنِع اَم﴿

“ What is with you will end, but what is with Allah is everlasting.”

«ليبس رباع وأ ،بيرغ كنأك ايندلا يف نك»

“Be in this world as if you were a stranger or a traveler.”

«سفنلا ىنغ ىنغلا نكلو ،ضرعلا ةرثك نع ىنغلا سيل»

“Wealth is not in having many possessions, but wealth is being content in the soul.”

«سانلا كبحي سانلا دنع اميف دهزاو ،الل كبحي ايندلا يف دهزا»

“Detach the world and Allah will love you; detach what is in people's hands and people will love

you.”

5. Work-Life Balance – ةايحلاو لمعلا نيب نزاوتلا

«هقح قح يذ لك ِطعأف ،اقح كيلع كلهلۡ نإو ،اقح كيلع كسفنل نإ»

“ Your soul has a right over you, your family has a right over you — so give everyone their due right.”

«ةعاسو ةعاس»

“ An hour (for worship) and an hour (for relaxation).”

6. Prioritization – تايولولأا بيترت

“Begin with yourself, then those you support.”

“Who seeks Allah’s guidance will never be disappointed; and he who consults will never regret.”

«ناطيشلا نم ةلجعلاو ،الل نم ينأتلا»

“Deliberation is from Allah, and haste is from the devil.”

8. Coping with Change – رييغتلا عم فّيكتلا

﴾ ِساَّنلٱ َن يَب اَهُلِواَدُن ُماَّيَ لۡٱ َك لِت َو﴿

“ Such days (of varying fortune) We alternate among the people”

«ارسي رسعلا عم نأو ،بركلا عم جرفلا نأو ،ربصلا عم رصنلا نأ ملعاو»

“ Know that victory comes with patience, relief with difficulty, and with hardship comes ease.”

9. Death & Legacy – يونعملا ثرلإاو توملا

«هل وعدي حلاص دلو وأ ،هب عفتنُي ملع وأ ،ةيراج ةقدص :ثلاث نم لاإ هلمع عطقنا مدآ نبا تام اذإ»

“When a human dies, all his deeds end except for three: ongoing charity, beneficial knowledge, or

a righteous child who prays for him.”

 

Work & Contribution - ةمهاسملاو لمعلا

1. Work & Skill Mastery – تاراهملا ناقتإو لمعلا

«ءادهشلاو نيقيدصلاو نييبنلا عم نيملۡا قودصلا رجاتلا»

“The honest and trustworthy merchant will be with the Prophets, the truthful, and the martyrs.”

«ملسم لك ىلع ةضيرف للاحلا بلط»

“Seeking lawful income is a duty upon every Muslim.”

«هدي لمع نم لكأي نأ نم اًريخ طق اًماعط دحأ لكأ ام»

“No one has ever eaten better food than that earned by the labor of his own hands.”

2. Volunteering & Charity – ةقدصلاو عوطتلا

«سانلل مهعفنأ سانلا ريخ»

“The best of people are those who are most beneficial to others.”

“Every act of kindness is a charity.”

“Helping your brother in need is better than secluding yourself in the mosque for ten years.”

“Charity does not decrease wealth.”

« نمؤُم ىلع هُل ِخدُت رورس َِّاللّ ىلإ ِلامعلۡا بحَأو ، ِساَّنلل مهُعفنأ َِّاللّ ىلإ ِسانلا َّبحَأ َّنإ»

“The most beloved people to Allah are those who are most beneficial to people, and the best deed

is to bring happiness to a believer.”

3. Teamwork & Collaboration – نواعتلاو يعامجلا لمعلا

﴾ ِنا َو دُع لا َو ِم ث ِ لإا ىَلَع اوُن َواَعَت َلا َو ، ٰى َو قَّتلا َو ِ رِب لا ىَلَع اوُن َواَعَت َو﴿

“And cooperate in righteousness and piety, but do not cooperate in sin and aggression.”

«اًضعب هضعب دشي ناينبلاك نمؤملل نمؤملا»

“ The believer to another believer is like a solid structure; each part supports the other.”

4. Leadership – ةدايقلا

«هتيعر نع لوؤسمو عار ماملإا»

“The leader is a shepherd and responsible for his flock.”

«مهمداخ موقلا ديس»

“ The leader of a people is their servant.”

5. Ethics at Work – لمعلا يف قلاخلأا

﴾ ِط سِق لاِب َنا َزي ِم لا َو َل يَك لا اوُف وَأ َو﴿

“ Give full measure and weight with justice.”

« » ِءاَدَه شلا َو َنيِقيِ د ِ صلا َو َنيِ يِبَّنلا َعَم ُني ِمَلۡا ُقوُدَّصلا ُر ِجاَّتلا

“The trustworthy, honest merchant will be with the Prophets, the truthful, and the martyrs (on the

Day of Judgment).”

“Whoever cheats is not one of us.”

«هقرع فجي نأ لبق هرجأ ريجلۡا اوطعأ»

“ Pay the worker his wages before his sweat dries.”

 

Social & Relationships - لصاوتلاو ةيعامتجلاا تاقلاعلا

1. Family Life – ةيرسلأا ةايحلا

«هلهلۡ مكريخ مكريخ»

“The best of you are those who are best to their families.”

« ُهَم ِح َر ل ِصَي لَف ِر ِخلآا ِم وَي لا َو َِّللّاِب ُنِم ؤُي َناَك نَم»

“ Whoever believes in Allah and the Last Day, let him maintain kinship/family relations.”

 

2. Children – لافطلأا

«هتيعر نع لوؤسم مكلكو عار مكلك»

“ Each of you is a shepherd, and each of you is responsible for his flock.”

«مكدلاوأ نيب اولدعاو الل اوقتاف»

“Fear Allah and be just among your children.”

3. Parents – نادلاولا

ًًۭلا وَق اَمُهَّل لُق َو اَمُه رَه نَت َلا َو فُأ آَمُهَّل لُقَت َلاَف اَمُه َلاِك وَأ اَمُهُدَحَأ َرَبِك لٱ َكَدنِع َّنَغُل بَي اَّمِإ ۚ اًنٰـَس حِإ ِن يَدِل َٰو لٱِب َو ُهاَّيِإ َّلاِإ اوُدُب عَت َّلاَأ َك ب َر ٰىَضَق َو﴿

﴾ا ًًۭريِغَص ىِناَيَّب َر اَمَك اَمُه مَح رٱ ِ ب َّر لُق َو ِةَم ح َّرلٱ َنِم ِ ل ذلٱ َحاَنَج اَمُهَل ضِف خٱ َو ا ًًۭمي ِرَك

"And your Lord has decreed that you worship none but Him and be kind to parents. If one or both of

them attain old age with you, don’t even express the slightest annoyance nor speak harshly, but

speak to them with respectful words. And lower to them the wing of humility out of mercy and say,

My Lord, have mercy upon them as they brought me up when I was small.”

«كوبأ مث ،كمأ مث ،كمأ مث ،كمأ :لاق ؟يتباحص نسحب سانلا قحأ نم ،الل لوسر اي :لاقف ﷺ يبنلا ىلإ لجر ءاج»

A man came to the Prophet ﷺ and said, “O Messenger of Allah, who is most deserving of my good

companionship?” He said, “Your mother, then your mother, then your mother, then your father.”

4. Marriage / Romantic Life – ةيفطاعلا ةايحلا / جاوزلا

﴾ ًةَم ح َر َو ًةَّد َوَّم مُكَن يَب َلَعَج َو اَه يَلِإ اوُنُك سَتِ ل اًجا َو زَأ مُكِسُف نَأ نِم مُكَل َقَلَخ نَأ ِهِتاَيآ نِم َو﴿

“And of His signs is that He created for you from yourselves mates that you may find tranquility in

them; and He placed between you affection and mercy.”

﴾ ِفو ُر عَم لاِب َّنُهو ُرِشاَع َو﴿

“And live with them in kindness.”

«مهئاسنل مك ُراي ِخ مك ُراي ِخ»

“ The best of you are the best to their wives.”

«اهرس رشني مث هيلإ يضفتو هتأرما ىلإ يضفي لجرلا ةمايقلا موي ةلزنم الل دنع سانلا رشأ نم نإ»

“Among the worst people before Allah on the Day of Judgment is a man who is intimate with his

wife and then discloses her secrets.”

5. Women’s Rights – ةأرملا قوقح

﴾ َن بَسَت كٱ اَّمِ م ًۭ بي ِصَن ِءآَسِ نلِل َو اوُبَسَت كٱ اَّمِ م ًۭ بي ِصَن ِلاَج ِ رلِل﴿

“Men shall have a share of what they earn, and women shall have a share of what they earn.”

«ميئل لاإ نهناهأ امو ،ميرك لاإ نهمركأ ام»

“Only a noble man honors women, and only a dishonorable man degrades women.”

“Treat women kindly”

6. Friendships & Community – ةيعامتجلاا تاقلاعلاو ةقادصلا

﴾اًض عَب مُكُض عَّب بَت غَي َلا َو﴿

“Do not backbite one another”

“ None of you truly believes until he loves for his brother what he loves for himself.”

“ Allah helps the servant so long as the servant helps his brother.”

“Give gifts and you will love one another.”

«ةرخلآاو ايندلا يف الل هرتس اًملسم رتس نم»

“ Whoever covers (the faults of) a Muslim, Allah will cover him in this world and the Hereafter.”

«ةباجتسم بيغلا رهظب هيخلۡ ملسملا ءرملا ةوعد»

“ The supplication a Muslim makes for his brother in his absence is accepted.”

«انريبك فرش فرعيو ،انريغص محري مل نم انم سيل»

“He is not one of us who does not show mercy to our young and respect to our elders.”

“ A true Muslim is one who does not harm others by words or actions.”

7. Neighbors – ناريجلا

«هب ملعي وهو هبنج ىلإ عئاج هراجو عبشي يذلا نمؤملا سيل»

“ The believer is not the one who eats his fill while his nearest neighbor is hungry, and he knows it.”

«هراج ذؤي لاف رخلآا مويلاو للهاب نمؤي ناك نم»

“Whoever believes in Allah and the Last Day, let him not harm his neighbor.”

«مهثرويس هنأ تننظ ىتح ناريجلاب ينيصوي ليربج لاز ام»

“ Gabriel kept recommending treating neighbors well until I thought he would assign them

inheritance.”

8. Conflict Resolution – تاعازنلا ّلح

﴾ ر يَخ ُح ل صلا َو﴿

“And reconciliation is best.”

«نيبلا تاذ حلاصإ :لاق .ىلب :اولاق ؟ةقدصلاو ةلاصلاو مايصلا ةجرد نم لضفأب مكربخأ لاأ»

“Shall I tell you what is better than prayer, fasting, & charity? It’s making peace between people.”

9. Social Etiquette & Manners – ةيعامتجلاا بادلآا

﴾اًن سُح ِساَّنلِل اوُلوُق َو﴿

“ And speak to people good [words].”

«مكنيب ملاسلا اوشفأ»

“ Spread greetings among yourselves.”

“ Your smile to your brother is charity.”

«ةلماعملا ُنيدلا»

“Religion is in interactions.”

«اقلاخأ مكنساحأ ةمايقلا موي اسلجم ينم مكبرقأو يلإ مكبحأ نم نإ»

“The most beloved and the closest to me on Resurrection Day are those with the best manners.”

«قلاخلۡا مراكم ممتلۡ تثعب امنإ»

“I was only sent to perfect good manners.”

10. Non-Muslim Relations – نيملسملا ريغ عم تاقلاعلا

﴾نيِ دلٱ ىِف َها َر كِإ َلا﴿

“ There shall be no compulsion in [acceptance of] the religion.”

«مهاضرم دوعيو ،رفاكلا ةيده لبقي ﷺ يبنلا ناك»

“ The Prophet ﷺ would accept gifts from non-Muslims and visit their sick.”

 

Civic & Legal Life – ةينوناقلاو ةيندملا ةايحلا

1. Citizenship & Identity – ةيوهلاو ةنطاوملا

﴾اوُق َّرَفَت َلا َو اًعيِمَج َِّاللّ ِل بَحِب اوُم ِصَت عاو﴿

“And hold firmly to the rope of Allah all together and do not become divided.”

«ىوقتلاب لاإ يمجع ىلع يبرعل لضف لا»

“No Arab has superiority over a non-Arab except by piety.”

« ًاضعب هضعب دشي ناينبلاك نمؤملل نمؤملا»

“The believer to another believer is like a building whose parts support each other.”

2. Law, Justice, and Rights – قوقحلاو ةلادعلاو نوناقلا

﴾ ِل دَع لاِب ُرُم أَي ََّاللّ َّنِإ﴿

“Indeed, Allah commands justice.”

﴾اَهِل هَأ ٰىَلِإ ِتاَناَمَ لۡا او دؤُت نَأ مُك ُرُم أَي ََّاللّ َّنِإ﴿

“Indeed, Allah commands you to return trusts to whom they are due.”

﴾ ِدوُقُع لاِب اوُف وَأ اوُنَمآ َنيِذَّلا اَه يَأ اَي﴿

“ O you who believe, fulfill all contracts.”

﴾ َنيِب َر قَ لۡا َو ِن يَدِلا َو لا ِوَأ مُكِسُفنَأ ٰىَلَع وَل َو َِّ ِللّ َءاَدَهُش ِط سِق لاِب َني ِما َّوَق اوُنوُك اوُنَمآ َنيِذَّلا اَه يَأ اَي﴿

“O you who have believed, be persistently standing firm in justice, witnesses for Allah, even if it be

against yourselves or parents and relatives.”

«رئاج ناطلس دنع لدع ةملك داهجلا لضفأ»

“ The best jihad is a word of justice before a tyrant ruler.”

«ةمايقلا موي تاملظ ملظلا»

“Oppression is darkness on the Day of Resurrection.”

3. Voting & Political Participation – ةيسايسلا ةكراشملاو تيوصتلا

﴾ مُهَن يَب ٰى َروُش مُه ُر مَأ َو﴿

“And consult among themselves in their affairs.”

4. Taxes & Legal Obligations – ةينوناقلا تابجاولاو بئارضلا

﴾ َنو ب ِحُت اَّمِم اوُقِف نُت ىَّتَح َّرِب لا اوُلاَنَت نَل﴿

“ You will never attain righteousness until you spend from that which you love.”

«يشترملاو يشارلا الل نعل»

“ May Allah curse the briber and the bribed.”

5. Public Safety & Violence Prevention – فنعلا عنمو ةماعلا ةملاسلا

﴾ َنيِدَت عُم لا ب ِحُي َلا ََّاللّ َّنِإ ۚ اوُدَت عَت َلا َو…﴿

“…do not transgress. Allah does not like transgressors.”

﴾اًعيِمَج َساَّنلا اَي حَأ اَمَّنَأَكَف اَهاَي حَأ نَم َو ا ًًۭعيِمَج َساَّنلٱ َلَتَق اَمَّنَأَكَف ِض رَ لۡٱ ىِف داَسَف وَأ س فَن ِر يَغِب ا ًًۭس فَن َلَتَق نَم …﴿

“ … whoever kills a soul is as if he had killed mankind entirely. And whoever saves one—it is as if he

had saved mankind entirely.”

«رارض لاو ررض لا»

“ Do not cause harm, nor reciprocate harm.”

«ةقدص قيرطلا نع ىذلۡا طيمت»

“ Removing harm from the road is a charity.”

6. Police & Military – شيجلاو ةطرشلا

﴾ ة َّوُق نِ م مُت عَطَت سٱ اَّم مُهَل او دِعَأ َو﴿

“Prepare against them whatever you can of power”

«الل ليبس يف سرحت تتاب نيعو ،الل ةيشخ نم تكب نيع :رانلا امه سمت لا نانيع»

“ Two eyes will not be touched by the Fire: an eye that wept from the fear of Allah, and an eye that

stayed awake guarding in the way of Allah.”

7. Civil Responsibilities – ةيندملا تايلوؤسملا

﴾ ِرَك نُم لا ِنَع َن وَه نَت َو ِفو ُر عَم لاِب َنو ُرُم أَت ِساَّنلِل تَج ِر خُأ ةَّمُأ َر يَخ مُتنُك﴿

“You are the best nation produced for mankind—you enjoin what is right and forbid what is wrong”

« ملسملا ءرملا ىلع ةعاطلاو عمسلا»

“Obedience is due from a Muslim to the ruler”

 

Environment & Nature – ةعيبطلاو ةئيبلا

1. Animal Rights – ناويحلا قوقح

«ةحلاص اهوبكراف ،ةمجعملا مئاهبلا هذه يف الل اوقتا »

“ Fear Allah regarding these mute animals. Ride them in good health.”

«قاوسلۡاو تاقرطلا يف مكثيداحلۡ َّيسارك اهوذختت لاو ،ةحلاص اهوعدو ،ةحلاص اهوبكراف ،ةمجعملا مئاهبلا هذه يف الل اوقتا »

“ Fear Allah regarding these mute animals. Ride animals while they are healthy and leave them

healthy. Do not use them as seats for idle talk on the roads.”

«هَتحيبذ ح ُريلو ،هَترفش مكُدحأ َّدحُيلو ،َةحبِ ذلا اونسحأف متحبذ اذإو ،َةلتقلا اونسحأف متلتق اذإف ، ءيش ِ لك ىلع َناسحلإا َبتك َالل َّنإ »

“Verily, Allah has prescribed kindness in everything. So, if you slaughter, slaughter well. Let one of

you sharpen his blade and spare suffering to the animal.”

«مئاهبلا نع ىراوُت نأو ،رافشلا دحُت نأ ﷺ » يبنلا رمأ

“ The Prophet ﷺ commanded that knives be sharpened and kept out of sight from the animals.”

«ناويحلاب ل ثم نم ﷺ الل لوسر نعل»

“The Messenger of Allah ﷺ cursed those who mutilate animals.”

2. Planting & Sustainability – ةمادتسلااو ةعارزلا

«ةقدص هب هل ناك لاإ ،ةميهب وأ ناسنإ وأ ريط هنم لكأيف ،اًعرز عرزي وأ اًسرغ سرغي ملسم نم ام»

“Whenever a Muslim plants a tree or sows a crop, and a bird, a person, or an animal eats from it, it

is regarded as a charity for him.”

«اهسرغيلف ،اهسرغي ىتح موقت لا نأ عاطتسا نإف ،ةليسف مكدحأ دي يفو ةعاسلا تماق اذإ»

“If the Day of Judgment begins and one of you has a palm shoot in his hand, let him plant it.”

« ًءانب اومدهت لاو ،هوقرحت لاو ًلاخن اوعطقت لا»

“Do not cut down palm trees, nor burn them, nor destroy buildings”

«رانلا يف هسأر الل بوص ًةردس عطق نَم »

“ Whoever cuts down a tree (that provides shade) without cause, Allah will punish him.”

3. Water & Sanitation – يحصلا فرصلاو ءاملا

«راج رهن ىلع تنك ولو ءاملا يف فرست لا»

“ Do not waste water even if you perform ablution on the flowing river.”

«هيف لستغي مث يرجي لا يذلا دكارلا ءاملا يف مكدحأ نلوبي لا»

“ None of you should urinate in still water and then wash in it.”

«هتايحل لاو دحأ تومل نافسخني لا ،الل تايآ نم ناتيآ رمقلاو سمشلا نإ»

“The sun and the moon are two signs among the signs of Allah. They do not eclipse for the death or

life of anyone.”

5. Eco-conscious Living – يئيب يعوب شيعلا

«نولمعت فيك رظنيف ،اهيف مكفلختسم الل نإو ،ةرضخ ةولح ايندلا»

“The world is lush and green, and Allah has appointed you as stewards in it to see how you

behave.”

«ةقدص قيرطلا نع ىذلۡا طيمت»

“ Removing harm from the road is a charity.”

1. Arts (music, poetry) – ) رعشلا ،ىقيسوملا( نونفلا

«فوفدلاب هيلع اوبرضاو ،دجاسملا يف هولعجاو ،حاكنلا اذه اونلعأ»

“ Announce this marriage, perform it in the mosque, and beat the drum.”

«ةمكحل رعشلا نم نإ»

“ Indeed, in some poetry there is wisdom.”

2. Sports & Recreation – هيفرتلاو ةضايرلا

« 'مكنود' لاقف ،دجسملا يف مهبارحب نوبعلي مهو ةشبحلا ىلإ رظني انباب ىلع اًفقاو ﷺ يبنلا تيأر»

“The Prophet ﷺ said ‘Continue! Play on!’ watching kids playing with spears in the mosque.”

«ينقبسف ُدعب ينقباس مث … ُهُت قبسف ﷺ الل ُلوسر ُتَقباس»

“I raced with the Prophet ﷺ and I beat him... then later he raced me and he beat me.

3. Travel & Exploration – فاشكتسلااو رفسلا

﴾… اورظناف ضرلۡا يف اوريسف﴿

“ Travel through the earth and observe...”

﴾اوُف َراَعَتِل َلِئاَبَق َو اًبوُعُش مُكاَن لَعَج َو﴿

“And We made you into nations and tribes so that you may know one another.”

4. Festivals & Celebrations – تلاافتحلااو دايعلأا

«انُديع اذهو ،اًديع موق لكل نإ»

“Every nation has its festival, and this is our festival.”

«ةاشب ولو ملوأ»

“ Give a wedding feast, even if with only one sheep.”

5. Food Culture & Hospitality – ةفايضلاو ماعطلا ةفاقث

«الل فيض فيضلا»

“The guest is the guest of Allah.”

6. Style & Modesty – ماشتحلااو ءايزلأا

﴾ ر يَخ َكِلَٰذ ٰى َو قَّتلا ُساَبِل َو اًشي ِر َو مُكِتآ وَس ي ِرا َوُي اًساَبِل مُك يَلَع اَن ل َزنَأ دَق َمَدآ يِنَب اَي﴿

“O children of Adam, we have bestowed upon you clothing to cover you and as adornment. But

the clothing of righteousness— that is best.

﴾ مُهَجوُرُف اوُظَف حَي َو مِه ِراَص بَأ نِم اوُضُض غَي َنيِنِم ؤُم لِ ل لُق َو﴿

“And tell the believing men to lower their gaze and guard their private parts.”

«لامجلا بحي ليمج الل نإ»

“ Indeed, Allah is beautiful and loves beauty.”

Spirituality – تايناحورلا

1. Relationship with Allah – الل عم ةقلاعلا

﴾ ِدي ِر َو لا ِل بَح نِم ِه يَلِإ ُب َر قَأ ُن حَن َو﴿

“And We are closer to him than his jugular vein.”

﴾ مُكَل ب ِجَت سَأ يِنوُع دا﴿

“ Call upon Me; I will respond to you.”

﴾ مُك رُك ذَأ يِنو ُرُك ذاَف﴿

“Remember Me, and I will remember you.”

« مكدحأ نم هدبع ةبوتب اًحرف دشأ لله»

“ Allah is more joyful over the repentance of His servant than any one of you would be”

2. Forgiveness & Mercy – ةمحرلاو ةرفغملا

﴾ ء يَش َّلُك تَعِس َو يِتَم ح َر َو﴿

“ And My mercy encompasses all things.”

﴾ َِّللّٱ ِةَم ح َّر نِم اوُطَن قَت َلا مِهِسُفنَأ ٰىَلَع اوُف َر سَأ َنيِذَّلٱ َيِداَبِع اَي لُق﴿

“ Say: O My servants who have wronged themselves, do not despair of Allah’s mercy. Indeed, Allah

forgives all sins.”

«ةمحرلا هسفن ىلع مكبر بتك»

“ Your Lord has prescribed mercy upon Himself.”

« ِءاَمَّسلا يِف نَم مُك مَح رَي ِض رَلۡا يِف نَم اوُمَح را»

“ Show mercy to those on the earth, and the One above the heavens will show you mercy.”

3. Gratitude & Contentment – اضرلاو ركشلا

﴾ مُكَّنَدي ِزَ َلۡ مُت رَكَش نِئَل﴿

“If you are grateful, I will surely increase you [in blessings].”

«سانلا ىنغأ نكت كل الل مسق امب َضرا»

“Be content with what Allah has given you, and you will be the richest of people.”

«الل ركشي لا سانلا ركشي لا نم»

“Whoever is not thankful to people is not thankful to Allah.”

4. Suffering & Patience – ربصلاو ةاناعملا

﴾ َني ِرِبٰـَّصلٱ ب ِحُي َُّللّٱ َو﴿

“ And Allah loves the patient.”

«هاياطخ نم اهب الل ر فك لاإ ... بصو لاو بصن نم ملسملا بيصي ام»

“No fatigue, nor disease, nor sorrow, nor sadness, nor hurt... afflicts a Muslim, except that Allah

expiates some of his sins through it.”

«ءلابلا مظع عم ءازجلا مظع نإ»

“The greatest reward comes with the greatest trial.”

«اَنَّب َر ي ِض رُي اَم َّلاِإ ُلوُقَن » َلا َو ،ُن َز حَي َب لَق لا َو ،ُعَم دَت َن يَع لا َّنِإ

“The eyes shed tears, and the heart grieves, but we say only what pleases our Lord.”
