There are many different types of sailboats to choose from, here I will provide you with a list of some possibilities.
1. Modern Sloop: this is one of the most common midsized sailing boats The rig has one mast and two sails, a tall mast and tall triangular sail called bermuda rig. These sails generate a great amount of power and are generally used in most sailboats.
2. Racing Sloop: The sails are generally much bigger and are mainly used in cruise ships.
3. Fractional Sloop Ring: this is a small racing dinghy, easy to handle due to larger mainsail.
4. Cat rigged racing Dinghy: Small one person boat, it is simple to trim and easy to manage when racing.
